4，学习语言有一个积累过程，在听、说、写、读四项基本技能中，阅读是关键。应该大量阅读简写本文学名著和其他简易读物，培养对英语的感性认识，了解英语社会的文化背景知识。如果把自己感兴趣的文章或诗歌或名篇背下来，那对以后写地道的英语会有很大的好处。

5，写作最能使人感到英语学习上的不足，最能提高对语言的敏感性和吸收能力。好的作文是(学生)写出来的，不是(老师)改出来的，多写才能出文章。写作在开始时往往是苦事，一不坚持就会放弃，因而需要毅力。写作应辅以大量阅读，写作中出现的错误能通过阅读自我纠正。

10，学语言同学文化分不开。通过语言学英语国家的文化，通过文化学语言要听读题材广泛的书籍和文章(历史，文学，传记，科技，经济，政治，军事等)，在提高语言水平的同时增长各种知识，并学到另一种文化的精华。

11，简易读物对打好基础极有用，要多读。一是数量要多，至少读四十本。二是要重复读，选出十至十五本，读三遍，读到许多问题印在脑子中。设想一下，别人能用一千五百到两千词汇写出几十本书来，如果我们能把这些表达方式掌握住，能够表达多少内容!

第二条 公司上班时间为9：00～17：00.

第三章 工作制

第三条 公司一般实行每天8小时标准工作日制度。实行每周5天标准工作周制度，周工作小时为40小时。

第四条 其他工作时间制度：

1. 缩短工作时间。主要针对特别繁重和过度紧张劳动，夜班工作，哺乳期的女职工。

第四章 考勤范围

第六条 公司除高级职员(总经理、副总经理)外，均需在考勤之列。

第七条 特殊员工不考勤须经总经理批准。

第五章 考勤办法

第八条 在有条件的情况下，采用考勤机打卡制度。未采用考勤机的，可填写员工考勤表。

第九条 任何员工不得委托或代理他人打卡或签到。

第十条 员工忘记打卡或签到时，须说明情况，并留存说明记录。 第十一条 考勤设置种类：

1. 迟到。比预定上班时间晚到。

2. 早退。比预定下班时间早走。

3. 旷工。无故缺勤。

4. 请假。可细分为几种假。

5. 出差。

6. 外勤。全天在外办事。

7. 调休。

第十二条 员工须出示各类与考勤有关的证明材料。

第六章 考勤统计及评价

第十三条 行政主管负责每月填写月度考勤统计表。

第十四条 公司通过打分法综合评价每个员工的出勤情况。

第十五条 考勤计分办法。

1. 迟到。迟到10分钟扣2分，迟到10～30分钟扣5分，迟到30～60分钟扣10分，迟到60分钟以上扣20分。

2. 早退。早退10分钟扣2分，早退10～30分钟扣5分，早退30～60分钟扣10分，早退60分钟以上扣20分。

3. 旷工。旷工一次扣20分。

4. 请假超期。一天扣20分。

以100分为基数扣除，考勤成绩分为五级：

优： 90分以上;良： 80～90分;中： 70～79分;及格： 60～69分;差： 60分以下。

第十六条 公司依据员工考勤成绩决定员工的考勤奖励、处罚。

仪表：仪表是人的外表，包括容貌、姿态、个人卫生的印象中，表情非常重要。

仪态：仪态是指人们在交际活动中的举止所表现出来的姿态和风度，包括日常生活和工作中的举止。

仪表的具体要求如下： 1、着装要清洁整齐，上班要穿工作服，工作服要整齐干净，领带，领花，挺直，干净。纽扣要齐全扣好，不可敝胸露怀，衣冠不整、不洁。工号牌要佩戴在左胸前，不能将衣袖、裤子卷起，女工作人员穿裙子，不可露出袜口，应穿肉色的袜子，注意长筒袜抽丝或脱落，系领带时要将衣服下摆扎在裤子里，穿黑皮鞋要保持光亮。

6、每日上班前要检查自己的仪表，在公共场所需整理仪表时，要到卫生间或工作间，到客人看不到的地方，不要当着客人的面或在公共扬所整理，上班之前，前后台工作人员都应检查仪表，做到着装整洁。

表情具体要求如下：

1.要面带微笑，和颜悦色，给人以亲切感;不能面目冷漠，表情呆板，给客人以不受欢迎感。

2.聚精会神，注意倾听，给人以受尊重之感;不要没精打采或漫不经心，给客人以不受重视感。

3.要坦诚待客，不卑不亢，给人以真诚感，不要诚惶诚恐，唯唯诺诺，给人以虚伪感。

4.要沉着稳定，给人以镇定感;不要慌手慌脚，给客人以毛躁感。

5.要神色坦然，轻松、自信，给人以宽慰感;不要双眉紧锁，满面愁云，给客人以负重感。

6.不要带有厌烦、僵硬、愤怒的表情，也不要扭捏作态，做鬼脸、吐舌、眨眼，给客人以不受敬重感。

站姿的标准

1.正确的站姿应该正直，头颈身躯和双腿应当与地面垂直相平，两臂用手在身体两侧自然下垂，眼睛平视，环顾四周，嘴微闭，面带笑容，以保持随时为客人服务的姿态。

2.其下颌应微上，目视前方，胸部稍挺，小腹收拢，整个形体显得庄重、平稳、正确的站立能帮助呼吸和改善血液循环减轻身体疲劳。

3.女子的站姿有两种：一是双脚呈V字型，即膝和脚后跟要靠紧。两脚张开的距离应为两拳。

二是双脚并拢即双脚关拢直立脚，或是把重心入在一脚上，另一只脚过前，脚斜立而略弯曲，女性站姿要有女性特点，要表现出女性的温顺和娇巧、纤细、轻盈、娴静、典雅之姿，给一种“静”的优美感。

4.男子的站姿：男子站立时，双脚可并拢，也可分开，又同地双脚与肩同宽，身体不应东倒西歪，站累时脚可以向后，或身前半步但上体仍需保持正直，不可把脚向前向后伸手得太多，甚至叉开得大，站立时若空着手，可双手在下体交叉，右手放在左手上，双后放前，放后均可以。

走姿的标准：

1.男子的走姿应当是昂首，闭口，两眼平视前方，挺胸收腹，直腰，上身不动，两肩不摇，步态稳健。

2.女子走路的姿态应是头端正，不宜抬得过高，以端正，目光平和，目视前方，上身自然挺直，收腹，两手前后摆动的幅度要小，以含蓄为美，两腿并拢，平步行进，走成直线，步态要自如，匀称轻柔。

3.行走线路是脚正对前方所形成的直线，脚跟要落在这条直线上，上体正直，抬起头，眼平视，脸有笑容，双臂自然前后摆动，肩部放松，走时轻而稳，两只脚所踩的应是两条平行线，两脚落在地上的横向距离大约是三公分左右，步度就是每走一步，两脚间的距离标准是：如果左脚一步迈出落地，脚跟离合，脚步恰好是一只脚的长度，随身体高矮而定。

4.走路时，脚步要既轻而稳，切忌晃肩摇头，上体摆动，腰和臀部居后。行走应尽可能保持直线前进，遇有急事，可加快步伐，但不可慌张奔跑。

5.两人并肩行走时，不要用手搭肩;多人一起行走时，不要横着一排，也不要有意无意地排成队形。

6.走路时一般靠右侧，与宾客同走时，要让宾客走在前面;遇通道比较狭窄，有宾客从对面来时，服务人员应主动停下来，靠在左边上，让宾客通过，但切不可把背对着宾客。

7.遇有急事或手提重物需超越行走在前的宾客时，应彬彬有礼地征得宾客同意，并表示歉意。

坐姿的标准：

1.正确的坐姿是身体坐在椅子的三分之二处，上身保持正直，两手自然放于两膝上，两腿平行，与肩同宽。

2.胸部自然挺直，立腰收腹，肩平头正，目光平视，女服务员着裙时双腿并拢，斜放或平直放，双手自然摆放在腿上。

3.与人交谈时，身体要与对方平视的角度保持一致，以便于转动身体，不得只转动头部，上身仍需保持正直。

举止：

1.举止要端正，动作要文明，站、走、坐要符合规定要求。迎客时走在前，送客时走在后，客过要让路，同行不抢道，不许在宾客中间穿行，不在浴场内奔路追逐。

2.在宾客面前应禁止各种不文明的举动。如吸烟、吃零食、掏鼻孔、剔牙齿、挖耳朵、打饱嗝、打喷嚏、打哈欠、抓头、搔痒、修指甲、伸懒腰等，即使是在不得已的情况下也应尽力采取措施掩饰或回避。在工作场所及平时，均不得随地吐痰、扔果皮、纸屑、烟头或其他杂物。

4.尊重客人对房间的使用权，因工作需要进入客房时，应养成先敲门的良好习惯。待房内客人应声后才能启门进入。客人放在房内的物品、书籍、文件等不随意移动、翻阅，打扫房间进避免发出大的声响。

7.严禁与宾客开玩笑、打闹或取外号。

8.宾客之间交谈时，不要走近旁听，也不要在一旁窥视客人的行动。

9.对容貌体态奇特或穿装异服的宾客切忌交头接耳或指手画脚步，更不许围观。

10. 听到宾客在用方言土语认为奇怪好笑时，不能模仿讥笑;对身体有缺陷或病态的客人，应热情关心，周到服务，不能有任何嫌弃的表示。

11.客人并不熟悉浴场的分工，他的要求可能会在你某项不属于你职责范围内的服务，切不可能把客人当皮球踢来踢去，应主动替客人与有关部门联系，以满足客人的要求，不能够“事不关己，高高挂起。”

12. 客人要求办的事，必须踏实去做，并把最后结果尽快告知客人。

13.不得把工作中或生活中的不快带到服务中来，更不可以泄在客人身上。

手势： 手势是一种最有表现力的一种“体态语言”，它是服务人员向宾客作介绍谈话，引路，指示方向等常用的一种形体语言，要求正规，得体，适度，手掌向上，在指引方向时，应将手臂伸直，手指自然并拢，手掌向上，以肘关节为轴指向目标，同时，眼睛要转向目标，并注意对方是否已看清目标，手掌掌心向上的手势是虚心的，诚恳的，在介绍，引路，指示方向时，都应掌心向上，上身稍前倾，以示敬重。在递给客人东西时，应用双手恭敬地奉上，绝不能漫不经心地一扔，并忌以手指或笔尖直接指向客人。

在使用手势时，还应注意各国的风俗习惯，坚起大姆指，在我国有称赞，夸奖的意思，而在澳大利亚则有侮辱之意，用手指点组成“0”形在美国含有好与平安的意思;在日本是钱的意思;在地中海沿岸，则含侮辱之意。阿拉伯人用小手指拉在一起表示断交。 1.握手礼节 行握手礼时，距离受礼者约一步，上身稍前倾，两足立正，伸出右手，四指并拢，拇指分开向受礼者握手，并轻轻向下微摇2-3下，礼毕即松开，行握手礼时应注意：

party b shal1 notify party a by cable or telex of the contract number， number and date

of the air consignment note， items of the documents， number of pieces， airmail to

party a two copies of each of the air consignment note and detaikled list of the

technical documents.

6.4 if the technical documents are foumd lost， damaged or mutilated during air

trans-portation， party b shall supply party a free of charge with a second lot of

documents within thechortest possible time but not later than thirty days after it has

received from party a the writtennotice. within sixty days after party a has received

the documents from party b，if party a does not declare the shortage and request to

cover the same， it is considered asa-cepted.

6.5 the technical documents shall be in english and based on metric system of

measure-ments.

I am a third year master major in automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, P. R. China. With tremendous interest in Industrial Engineering, I am writing to apply for acceptance into your Ph.D. graduate program.

Education background

In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester,In 1999, I got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test.

At the period of my graduate study, my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5% in the department. In the second semester, I became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students only. This year, I won the Acer Scholarship as the one and only candidate in my department, which is the ultimate accolade for distinguished students endowed by my university. Presently, I am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor of Excellent Graduation Thesis.

Research experience and academic activity

When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.
