第二个科室是神经外科，在这里实习，由于是学生，在累也不能当者护士长及科室的老师的面休息，感觉真的好累好累，全身都是酸痛，下班后回到住处倒床就是睡。身心具累。

三、火警程序：

当消控室火警报警时，消控中心值班员要立即查明火警指示方位板，并采取下列措施：

1、通知巡逻安全员找出起火位置，并立即报告安全部经理和值班经理。

2、与楼面服务员保持紧密联系，随时准备提供帮助。

楼面服务员将采取下列措施：

1、检查楼面指示板，确定哪一间房间发出火警。

2、检查有没有起火，起火时，通知接线员拨119报火警。

3、如查明是假火警，巡逻安全员要立即报告安全部经理(白天)、值班经理(晚间)，以便找出原因及时复位，解除警报。

四、灭火程序：

发生为灾后，在立即通知119的同时，由总工程师/安全部经理指挥灭火。

酒店参与灭火的有关员工须按以下程序进行：

1、水工到维修中心报到，密切注意消防泵和供水系统工作。

2、电工到大厅报到，按指令切断电源。

二、考 勤

1. 考勤内容：包括对出勤、缺勤、迟到、早退、擅离岗位、旷工等情况的考核和记载。

2.出勤、缺勤：员工一律实行上下班打卡管理，员工上下班均需亲自打卡，任何人不得代理他人或者由他人代为打卡，违反此规定者，均予以处罚(罚款或通报批评)。

3.迟到、早退、上班中途离岗：按规定上班时间迟到半小时以内的计迟到一次，一月累计迟到三次做旷工一天，迟到每次扣除工资元;按规定下班时间提前半小时以内下班的计早退一次，一月累计早退三次早

退者视为旷工一天，早退每次扣除工资 元;上班期间未经许可擅自离开工作岗位半小时以内的计中途离岗一次，做迟到处理。

4.旷工：无故不到岗记旷工一次，旷工半天扣除当日工资，旷工一天扣除工资 元，旷工二天扣除工资元，旷工三天及以上者扣除当月工资，并按公司相关规定处理。员工有下列情况之一者按旷工论处：

a.当月累计迟到、早退或上班中途擅自离岗三次者(每次半小时以内)，按旷工一天执行，以此类推计算。

b.迟到、早退或上班途中擅自离岗一次半小时以上，四小时以内为旷工半天，四小时以上为旷工一天。

c.未请假或请假未批准而擅自离开工作岗位者;

d.无特殊原因假满不办理续假手续或续假未批准不上班者;

e.逾期不归，又无正当理由者;

f.编造虚假理由请假，欺骗单位，经查属实者;

g. 由公司、部门安排的值班时间，值班人无故缺席者;

三、请 假

4.请病假须持学院医院或县级以上医院有效证明(急诊除外)向所在中心申请，经批准后方可休假。确因急诊不能上班，应由本人或亲属在24小时内电话告知所在中心，并在痊愈上班后8小时内持急诊证明补办请假手续。

四、出差制度

1. 出差交通工具及出差补助，员工出差可乘坐的交通工具，按照公司规定的标准乘坐，其标准由公司根据员工所处岗位及其他具体情况而订定。

2.出差人员住宿费报销，凡实际住宿费在标准以内的，按实际住宿费票据报销，实际住宿费超出公司标准的，按公司标准报销。如住宿费超过标准，需经主管领导批准。

3.市内交通费、伙食补贴二项开支，实行限额包干，按出差的实际天数计发，85元/天。打的费用一律不予报销。凡出差期间报销了招待餐费的，按报销招待餐费次数扣除伙食补贴费。

4. 公司安排员工出外培训，培训费用、住宿费用、火车、轮船或飞机票等按实报支，其他各项补贴包括路途时间均不给予报销。

2 。出差申请和报支审批程序

1.出差人员出差前需填写《出差申请表》，申请表需经部门经理签字同意，部门副经理(含)以上人员需经直属主管批准签字方可，特殊情况下可先口头申请，但事后必须补单财务方可给予报销。

2.出差人员返回单位后，无特殊情况者，必须在一周内将填写好的差旅费报销单及全部票据(车票、住宿发票等)和《出差申请表》粘贴好，需经部门主管核准签字，后交财务部门报销。

3. 差旅费费报销补充规定

3.1.出差期间，因公外出要请客用餐和购物送人等各种规定之外的开支，先征得本部门经理或以上人员同意再行开支。报销时，报销人应填制费用报销单，按规定程序报销。

3.2.报销招待餐费等需在票据后面注明发生时间、地点、事由、客户当事人等。

五、工作纪律的规定

1.1 员工必须自觉遵守考勤制度，按规定上下班并真实打卡，不 得代他人打卡，不得无故早退，请假要按程序办理有关手续。

1.2 非经允许，工作时间不得使用扬声器，只能使用耳机，以免 影响他人

1.3 除在工休时间内且在休息时间里，其他任何时间和任何工作 场所不允许相互闲聊。

第三条 合同价格

3.1按照第二条规定的内容和范围。本合同采用提成方式计算价格，计价的货币为＿＿＿。

3.2本合同提成费的计算时间从合同生效之日后的第xx个月开始，按日历年度计算，每年的十二月三十一日为提成费的结算日。

3.3提成费按当年度合同产口销售后的净销售价格计算，提成率为%，合同产品未销售出去的不应计算提成费。

3.4在提成费结算日后10天之内甲方应以书面通知的形式向乙方提交上一年度合同产品的销售数量、净销售额和应支付的提成费，净销售额和提成费的具体计算方法详见本合同附件三。

3.5甲方依据本合同的专利许可，销售的合同产品一经付款则视为货已售出。

3.6若在交付专利权使用费后，已售合同产品被退回或折价，甲方有权在以后支付的专利权使用费中扣除因此而多支付的专利权使用费。

3.7乙方如需查核甲方的帐目时，应在接到甲方依上述第3.4款规定开出的书面通知后10天内通知甲方、其具体的查帐内容和程序详见本合同附件四。

第四条 支付条件

4.1本合同第三条中规定的提成费，甲方将通过x银行（此处为甲方的业务银行)和x银行（此处为乙方的业务银行）支付给乙方，支付中使用的货币为＿＿＿＿。

4.2乙方在收到甲方按第3.4条的规定发出的书面通知后应立即开具有关的单据，甲方在收到乙方出具的下列单据后三十天内。经审核无误，即支付提成费给乙方：

4.3按本合同规定，如乙方需要向甲方支付罚款或赔偿时，甲方有权从上述支付中直接扣除。

第五条 技术服务和培训

5.1技术服务

5.1乙方在合同有效期内派遣一名技术专家到甲方，对合同产品的图纸和技术资料进行解释，并就产品设计、制造、调试和检验，以及维修等方面进行技术指导，以使甲方在保证合同产品性能的情况下，能尽快采用国产的材料和元器件，实现合同产品的生产。

5.1.2.乙方在合同有效期内分两次派遣技术人员赴甲方进行技术服务，共30人日。
