第一节、劳动管理管理制度

1.工作时间：早班：上午11：00—14：00左右，下午16：50—收市，

2.休假：新员工第一个星期无休假，从第二个星期开始每星期休假一天。

3.辞职：员工辞职需提前一个月，提交辞职申请给店长处。店长或领班辞职需提前一个月提交辞职申请书给人事部处。

4.试用：新员工试用期为1—3个月(服务员为1个月店长领班为3个月)根据员工的工作表现及业务技能可以考虑是否延长其试用期或提前转正，，在试用期内若有不称职、不能融入企业文化或犯有重大过失，店方可随时辞退员工并不作任何补偿，，若有擅自离职，工作天数工资不予以发放。
