一,具体实在,确切审慎

教师的评语应既评人又评文,不能忽视学生作文在写作形式,写作技巧方面存在的问题,这方面可以借鉴我国古代文论家,评点家的方法和艺术.例如毛宗岗评点《三国演义》,增加了卷首词《临江仙》(滚滚长江东逝水),然后又增添了开篇语"话说天下大事,分久必合,合久必分".又将卷末《古风》最后两句"鼎足三分已成梦,一统乾坤归晋朝"改为"鼎足三分已成梦,后人凭吊空牢骚".不仅如此,他还就此写了一段鉴赏性的评语:"此一篇《古风》,将全部事迹隐括其中.而末两语,以一’梦’字,一’空’字结之,正与卷首词中之意相合.一部大书,以词起,以诗收,绝妙章法."这种对原文精修后,又对修改处赏析的评语方法,不仅解决了"应该怎样写"的问题,还指出了"为什么应该这样写"的理由.如果我们把这种方法运用到学生的作文评改中,必会给他们带来深刻的启迪和感悟.

2. Dear Mr. Smith，

As a graduate of an institution of higher education， I have a few very basic expectations. Chief among these is that my direct superiors have an intellect that ranges above the common ground squirrel. After your consistent and annoying harassment of my co-workers and me during the commission of our duties， I can only surmise that you are one of the few true genetic wastes of our time.

Asking me， a network administrator， to explain every little nuance of everything I do each time you happen to stroll into my office is not only a waste of time， but also a waste of precious oxygen. I was hired because I know how to network computer systems， and you were apparently hired to provide amusement to myself and other employees， who watch you vainly attempt to understand the concept of cut and paste for the hundredth time.

You will never understand computers. Something as incredibly simple as binary still gives you too many options. You will also never understand why people hate you， but I am going to try and explain it to you， even though I am sure this will be just as effective as telling you what an IP address is. Your shiny new iMac has more personality than you ever will.

You walk around the building all day， shiftlessly looking for fault in others. You have a sharp dressed， useless look about you that may have worked for your interview， but now that you actually have responsibility， you pawn it off on overworked staff， hoping their talent will cover for your glaring ineptitude. In a world of managerial evolution， you are the blue-green algae that everyone else eats and laughs at. Managers like you are a sad proof of the Dilbert principle.

Since this situation is unlikely to change without you getting a full frontal lobotomy reversal， I am forced to tender my resignation. However， I have a few parting thoughts.

1. When someone calls you in reference to employment， it is illegal for you to give me a bad recommendation. The most you can say to hurt me is I prefer not to comment. I will have friends randomly call you over the next couple of years to keep you honest， because I know you would be unable to do it on your own.

2. I have all the passwords to every account on the system， and I know every password you have used for the last five years. If you decide to get cute， I am going to publish your favorites list， which I conveniently saved when you made me back up your useless files. I do believe that terms like Lolita are not usually viewed favorably by the administration.

3. When you borrowed the digital camera to take pictures of your Mothers birthday， you neglected to mention that you were going to take pictures of yourself in the mirror nude. Then you forgot to erase them like the techno-moron you really are. Suffice it to say I have never seen such odd acts with a sauce bottle， but I assure you that those have been copied and kept in safe places pending the authoring of a glowing letter of recommendation. (Try to use a spell check please; I hate having to correct your mistakes.)

Thank you for your time， and I expect the letter of recommendation on my desk by 8：00 am tomorrow. One word of this to anybody， and all of your little twisted repugnant obsessions will be open to the public. Never screw with your systems administrator. Why? Because they know what you do with all that free time!

其一:这份工作适合我发挥自己的特长,我不想轻易言弃.

其二:公司的薪水足够我月月如流水的时尚消费理念,过了这个村未必还有别的店.

其三:我不想别人以为一山难容二虎,我被打落马下所以败者为寇当了逃兵.为了表示我的诚意,故本人采取公开公平的公正的态度向各界群众公开道歉。您大可不必吃不好饭睡不好觉,有意无意总想从我嘴里套出什么话来,您的嘴很稳,您不说,我们自然不知道,您就放心吧.

亲爱的笑笑：对不起!又是连续两个“夹层”夜。昨天晚上收了3位主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者，加班到晚上10时;今天做这3个夹层手术，做完又到了晚上11时。回想周末那两天，也是这个节奏。

我承认我是铁打的，但你不是。我经常会内疚：如果说作为医生的我幸福感来自治病救人，那作为我的宝贝，你的幸福感又来自哪里呢?

记得有一天晚上10时多，病房里有一个刚做完先天性心脏病手术的小宝宝突然发烧，需要我留下来观察。你妈妈心急如焚地给我打来电话，说你在家里也发烧了。我很想回家看你，带你去看病。但病房里的小宝宝只有3个多月大，刚刚闯过一道生死关，这次更是一个严峻的考验。所以，我必须陪着她。那时，爸爸虽然担心你，但爸爸除了是笑笑的爸爸，还是一位医生。所以我把她当做了你，守护她的健康就像是守护你的健康一样。

你经常会关心地问我：“医院的事情做完了吗?”我不敢回答，因为我不知道什么时候又有紧急情况要待命。经常是很多天没办法看到活蹦乱跳的你，因为我上班时你还没醒，而我回家时你已经睡着。但我保证，我每天都一定会跟你说两句话，就是“早上好”和“晚安”。虽然我说的时候，你是闭着眼睛而我是湿着眼睛的……

有时，你看到我接电话，会主动说：“去吧!”爸爸很愧疚，但也很感动。其实，病房里的其他叔叔阿姨也和我一样，早上7时到病房，晚上10时出病房是常态。

但是，这一切都需要你和妈妈、爷爷、奶奶的理解。在爸爸心中，值得点赞的真不是自己，而是我的家人。是你们的默默牺牲成就了医生的治病救人，是你们的无私奉献让更多家庭幸福。爸爸在心里为你点赞!爸爸也保证一定会多抽一点时间来陪你。因为再不陪你，你就长大了!

一粒水珠顺着残叶滚动着，滴落在地上发出暴风雨的余音，一场大雨过后，大地显的格外的静谧，折断的枝叶，凋谢的花儿，泥泞的道路和不时滴下的那珍珠般的....让空气中充满着饱受欺凌后的气息，她不知所措的望着天空，带着对未知的不安和对艰难的前路的迷茫在想着什么...

虽然一个人走在路上，但不是还有那明朗的天空么。细碎的阳光洒在路边的野花上，洒在风中摇曳的叶子上，也照进了漫步轻摇的她的发丝里，一成不变的天空万里无云。就让这天空与我作伴吧，她想。贴近自然的她看着路边的风景，哼着小曲，慵懒的走着，带着对未来的期望，心中描绘道路尽头的场景，走着...一切都是那么多美好，以至于她对天边不知何时飘来的一抹灰色而毫不在意.....

一场突如其来的暴风雨打乱了她的计划，也击碎了她对这次旅途的想象，她开始害怕起来，与她作伴的天空不是她想象的那么温暖，无害。那这条旅途我是与谁作伴呢，还是一直都是我一个人，孤单的走在路上?环顾四周，空无一人...她开始害怕起来，是继续前进还是回到自己熟悉的地方?她不知道...在没做出决定之前，她在略带试探性的步伐中往前走着，走着...泥泞的道路让这一切都变的那么的糟糕，这是她此刻最直观的感受...

天空又恢复到明朗的状态，阳光依然那么的细碎，周围的风景也在慢慢的变回原来鸟语花香的样子，她却不敢走的那么惬意了，尽管似乎一切都回复到初始状态，但不一样了，终究还是不一样了，背后不远处的天空依然是灰色的，或许再往前走走就看不到了，但现在还需提高警惕，与防备。经历总会让人成熟，不是吗...?

微风吹过，带着因下雨而弥漫在空气中的泥土的气息，那是大地的呼吸，新鲜而让人舒畅，她再看去，经历过暴风雨洗礼过的风景好似散发出一种特殊的味道，她品味了一下这种味道，那是坚强的味道。彩虹出现了，静静的穿过天空，它是那么的神奇与绚丽，却又安详与静益，像是天空在提示着前方似的，我该相信他么，她望着空中的彩虹带着一丝疑问，默默的看着....

人与人相处，就算感情再怎么好，也会有意见不合的时候。这时，那位邪恶的争吵恶魔就会悄悄出现，让人越吵越大声，让好友互相敌视，也让敌人有更深沉的仇恨。

那天，在教室里，一个女生对我愤怒地咆哮，而我也不甘势弱地回应她;我们俩都已经脸红脖子粗了，但仍继续恶言相向，辱骂对方，直到其他同学把我们彼此拉开。事情发生的原因，是因为我把她的铅笔用丢了，当我跟她道歉时，她却把我的书包摔到地上，并踩了几脚;这时，那个可恨的，却又经常来捣乱生活的恶魔出现了，但这一次，它毁了我们这份宝贵的友谊。

回家后，沮丧的我躺在床上，心想：吵架真的可以解决事情吗?想着想着，我们一起玩、一起读书、一起大笑、一起追逐的场景有如幻灯片呈现在眼前，我感到好难受。突然，我感到背后有块硬硬的东西，当我了解到那是什么时，不禁愣住了，那个东西就是引爆这一次战争的导火线--她的铅笔，就静静躺在床上，似乎在对我微笑。

隔天，当我还给她铅笔并道歉时，我顿时领悟到：包容和接纳是如此的重要，当下，我真想高兴地大吼，因为，我已经彻底打败那个邪恶的争吵恶魔。

活动简介：自星级班级活动月开始，我班同学满腹热情，积极参与，在我班班长和心理委员的组织领导下，我班同学积极参与此次由外国语学院举办的英文心理短剧大赛，同学们发散思维，勇于创新，选题材，编剧本，创翻译，挑演员，调音乐，排剧情。在我班同学的共同努力下，我们自编自导自演了一个以反映当代大学生心理变化及人际交往为题材的英文短剧，并在大赛中取得院级三等奖，年级一等奖的好成绩，大大的鼓舞了同学们的士气，增强了班级的凝聚力。

l 在题材的选择上，我班紧贴时事，紧密联系当代大学生在现今物欲横流的社会背景下如何正确处理人际关系，该题材以贫富差距下引起的某些同学的自卑心理及某些同学奢侈的生活和自傲的畸形性格为前提，以大学生单纯热情的性格感化同窗为脉络线索，并穿插当前大学生做兼职的不公平待遇及校园扒手肆虐等现象；

l 在剧本的成型上，我班同学集思广益，融合英文电影中的精彩对白，兼收并蓄，为我所用，一篇融入三十人心血的剧本终于成功出炉；

l 在演员的选择上，我们结合各位同学的性格特点与剧中人物相匹配，以求使剧情升华而发展；

l 在话剧的排练上，同学们更是齐心协力，不论主角配角亦或普通观众，同学们都抽出自己的休息时间，在导演（班长、心理委员）组织下，积极配合，最终取得圆满成功。

活动意义：通过这次英文心理短剧大赛，一方面调动了同学们观察时事、学习英语的积极性，另一方面，有利于增强集体的凝聚力。大多数同学反映通过这次活动，对很多同学有了进一步的了解，发现了很多同学的闪光点，并且在这次活动中深刻体会到了团结合作的重要性。

活动之后，我班班委商量决定类似活动将在以后的时间里多多开展，创新思维，巩固英文，和谐班级，增进亲情。
