英文补充协议变更的起草

一般来说对于合同的小修改，没有必要重新签订合同，重新签订都是费时费力，也没有必要，所以都用补充协议对原合同进行修改。如果对合同改变重大的话，比如对方想换个姊妹公司来签合同，或者合同条款有多处重大变更，可以说从根本上改变了合同的内容，都可以重新签订合同的。重新签订合同有两种方式。一种是交出所有原合同的原件，然后废除，撕毁都可以，然后再签订新合同；如果对合同原件到底有多少份不清楚的话，保险起见可以先起草一个对原合同的终止协议，然后再签新合同。当然如果为了做到天衣无缝，两个合同之间权责无缝转移的话，我自己使用过这种模式，不用撕毁原合同或者起草终止协议，先在新合同中写终止原合同，一般写新合同生效后原合同立即终止，在新合同未生效前原合同保持有效。然后在新合同上盖上三种章，第一种是原合同的对方的章，第二种是新合同的对方的章，第三种是我方的章，这样操作有个缺点是财务看见合同上有三个章，如果她们不看合同内容的话，有时候容易混淆合同内容。

××，1983年1月24日上午11时15分出生于山东省无棣县小泊头镇卫生院。从小与土地亲近，与自然感情之久毋庸置疑。读书生涯以母亲的《中药学》和父亲的《储粮害虫》发端，与生物学结缘也始于此。

接受了正统的十二年中国基础教育，十二年寒窗乏善可陈。初中两次参加中学生物奥林匹克竞赛，分别取得省区一等奖和特等奖。高中三年，平心而论只拼了半年，用减肥八千克换了一张总分623的高考成绩单。怀着对生物学的一腔热情，力排众议报考了山东大学生命科学学院，并被录取。

进入大学，发现理想中之自由开放的象牙塔仍遥不可及，但对我来说已经是“如鳅得泥”。虽然与中学相比，课程的负担不止增加了倍余，但我更喜欢这种忙碌。基础课的教学，应该不能算得上理想，我想这是国内多数大学的通病。不过，课程本身的吸引力，远远大于我对教学方式的不满。虽然没有在拿到全部的优秀，但也算是顺利通过。英语轻松拿下四级六级，也似小马过河，不是一件异常恐怖的事情。

因本人无暇顾及爱我的人的感受，因次日在酒店上班时间无意中与其间的管理有了些隔阂，遂心态不平衡，纠结众多非法分子，准备予以报复，因其心态比较莽撞，遂让其心爱之人甚为担忧。只因一时之怨气给我爱着的女孩子造成一些心理影响。而其中不知爱的人的心情，仍是一无反顾的坚持自己的心中所想的杂念。其犯错误其一、

承诺在相识之后，有过为彼此考虑到一些不良嗜好需引出，并予以坚决性的悔过。但因嗜酒成性，其间也让心爱之人为此缀泪，甚感为愧疚之意，因昨日纠结他人为答报复之目的，却予以忘却。当其朋友劝阻，不因一时冲动而忘记了我和心爱的人的约定，即认识到自己错误，而加以阻止众先锋的前进，并当众饮下一瓶白酒和一瓶干红表示予以抱歉之意，人之退却却有触碰彼此间的承诺，遂造成嗜酒乱性的结果，差此量成众大后果。其犯错误其二

后因回到网吧由于心态不是特别的好，在加此心情欠佳，告知一切让我爱的人为之担忧，其为不守约定之后果，因其酒精度过重，神经有些许麻痹，遂像我爱的人要其生活照，想以此平衡，因遭回拒，态度也随之有所变迁，从而伤了心爱之人的心。并以缀泪而告终，最后满载疑问和猜忌以一种不是很好的心态说话，口气完全与此绝句。并让其害怕，代酒醒至，方知自己一切言行都让我爱的人心痛遂予以道歉，并执笔扼守下此翻悔过之意。

为此为表悔过之意，以后决心退出社会组织，不无礼左右她人，对待感情不予以操控与掌握。让其自然的随意流动。心与心的默契绝不持猜忌之意。对待友情持审视态度，决意退出社会组织，慎其良友而从其善!慎其损友而顾若闲!对待生活绝不触碰两者间的承诺。为此予以担待的是其责任与义务。

尊敬的生物老师：

生物老师，我们错了，我们不应该欺负您这个连普通话都说不标准的老年人，您都已经黄土埋到脖子上了，我们还欺负您，我们真是罪该万万死，所以您还是不要回来了。不，写错了，你还是回来吧。

学生不上课学费不是白交了吗?老师不讲课工资不是白领了吗，我们怎么也是祖国的花朵，世界的希望，有你这么对待花朵和希望的吗?

世界上的事都是具有两面性的，我们向您道歉，我们为什么会向您道歉呢?这是一个有深意，有的问题，好像是您晚来教室了把，您迟到了我们还没有找您呢，音乐老师就来了，音乐老师是新老师，我们不能粗鲁的对待新老师，您是有资历的老老师，还和新老师斤斤计较，原来您这么的小肚鸡肠，还好意思为人师表，我真对您无话可说了。

老师，我一直对您用的称呼都是您，可见我对您多么的尊重。

个人的道歉信(五)

尊敬的单位经理：

关于我此次实习培训期间工作马虎不细心，向您递交这份道歉信。我知道公司专门安排这次实习生的培训机会来之不易，实习之后可以根据我们在实习期间的表现考虑给我们分配工作。

然而我在实际训练当中却没有引起足够的重视，我不专心的工作态度，严重的导致实习工作的质量验收不通过。我个人的散漫作风，宽松的纪律态度，学习态度上也存在相当严重的问题。

此时此刻，我向您递交这份工作散漫的道歉信。希望公司能够从宽处理，原谅我的错误。给我一次重新工作的机会，我定将努力奋斗。
