4. 工作条件：

译员在工作地点有一间单独客房作为休息及翻译工作准备地点。 口译工作，甲方应在适当时间内提前向乙方提供相关资料，以供乙方做好准备。

笔译工作，甲方应提前向乙方提供需要翻译的文稿，以使乙方有合理充分的时间完成翻译任务。

5. 乙方职责：
