上周，被戏称为“东莞女侠”的石龙女子徒手拆掉柜员机的图文被网友疯狂转评。经媒体报道后，更是登上各大门户网站的显眼位置，成为热点话题。监控录像显示，女子反复取钱不成，对着电脑显示屏狂拍，又徒手将取款设备的塑料胶框掰下，并将电脑显示屏用力拽了下来。警方称，女子疑似患有精神病，后由东莞市精神病院关押治疗。

虽然疑似精神病病人所为，由此或可解释光天化日拆卸ATM机或是其头脑不理智的举动。但事件的主角并不是这位女子，而是那个被拆得七零八落的ATM机。舆论热切关注的重点在于，印象中本该固若金汤的ATM机，却被一名女子徒手大卸八块，这与他们的认知相去甚远。

The writer of the novel is Jane Austen . Jane Austen was born at Steventon on December 16, 1775, the youngest of seven children. She received her education—scanty enough, by modern standards—at home. 一、翻译实训课的重要性实训课作为实践性课程的重要组成部分，对高职教育来说自然非常重要。与普通高等教育相比，高职教育更加重视培养实用型、应用型的人才。实训课程即为实现这一培养目标的重要途径之一。杨国祥，丁钢总结了高职课程建设的基本原则，其中即有突出实践教学的原则。同时，高职教育较普通高等教育而言更强调培养学生的动手实践能力，有人也称高职教育为就业教育。因此，尽快缩短学生进入工作角色的周期就成为高职教育的一个重要目标。设置一些实践性的课程，比如实训课，就有助于实现这一目标。翻译课本身即是实践性非常强的课程，如果没有大量的实际操练和训练，就容易偏于理论而失去其应有的实践性意义。相反，只有通过大量的笔译和口译实操，在训练的过程中发现并帮助解决学生存在的问题，同时补充一些做好翻译所必需的方法、技巧，如笔译中长句的断句技巧、主动语态与被动语态的互变、增词译法、减词译法，口译中的顺译技巧、焊接技巧、拆句技巧、合句技巧、耽搁翻译、预判技巧等，才能让高职商务英语专业的学生更快地掌握翻译技巧和方法，提高翻译能力，从而增强其就业竞争力。

二、高职商务英语翻译实训课现状尽管翻译实训课非常重要，但是高职商务英语翻译实训课目前却表现出发展极其不均衡的状况。

1.就重视程度而言，一些院校非常重视，不仅开设翻译实训课，有些还专门建立了翻译实训室。然而，很多高职院校的商务英语专业不重视或不够重视翻译实训课的建设，只是在翻译课中加一些练习。究其原因，一方面可能是财力、物力等方面有所局限;另一方面，则可能是主观上不够重视，有些院校则根本不设置翻译课和翻译实训课。

2.在开设了翻译实训课的院校中，也存在着各种各样的问题。(1)师资问题教授翻译实训课的教师必须要有翻译知识背景，要了解基本的翻译理论、技巧、方法等，同时最好有商务实践背景。现实情况却是，有些院校的商务翻译实训课是由纯语言学背景但无翻译背景的教师来教授的，有些则由有实践经验但缺乏必需的翻译理论、方法、技巧的教师任教。结果自然都无法令人满意。(2)翻译实训课的课时不足有些院校也开设翻译实训课，但课时却严重不足，导致的结果是教师的讲授和学生的练习均无法达到令人满意的效果。(3)缺乏好的翻译实训课教材教材对教学活动的重要性不言而喻。实训教材包括实训教学大纲、实训指导书、实训教学文字材料、实训教学软件、实训教学音像材料等。市面上缺乏此类翻译实训课教材，因此在教授翻译实训课时只能选择一些翻译教程为教材。如此一来，教学效果肯定会受到很大影响。(4)实训室和实训基地缺乏或数量不足实训室和实训基地对于实训教学的重要性不言而喻，商务英语翻译实训亦是如此。但现实情况却是很多院校根本没有商务英语翻译实训室和实训基地。(5)校企联合、产学研开展不够在实训教学中，校企联合、产学研等都起着举足轻重的作用。据笔者较为详尽的调查，这一块的现状总体也无法令人满意。

三、高职商务英语翻译实训课的改革翻译作为语言的五大基本技能之一，对高职商务英语教学而言，其作用显而易见。商务英语翻译实训课更是商务英语教学中的核心课程之一。据笔者较为详实的调查，广州番禺职业技术学院应用外语系近几年的毕业生有55%左右从事翻译工作或与翻译密切相关的工作。笔者这几年也一直跟踪该系毕业生的情况，给相当多的毕业生修改过翻译任务，归纳了他们所面临的最主要的困难和问题：广告的翻译、商务信函的翻译、合同的翻译、产品说明书的翻译、公司简介的翻译等。这些都为笔者进行的商务翻译实训课程的改革提供了资料和数据支持。以下，将探讨高职商务英语翻译实训课的改革问题。1.重视商务英语翻译实训课的核心地位和作用翻译能力为语言的基本五大技能之一，实训课又是高职教育的特点和亮点，因此高职商务英语翻译实训课的核心地位和作用勿庸置疑。我院应用外语系已将其列为专业必修课。在总结为期一周的商务英语翻译实训课的时候，很多同学都认为通过这一周的实训课，所学的知识几乎超越一学期的翻译课。这其中当然有夸张的成分，并且我们的实训课是在翻译课上完以后开始的，自然离不开翻译课上所学的知识和技巧、方法，但也在一定程度上说明了实训课的重要作用。

2.认真制定实训教学文件，开发实训教材教学文件和教材对于教学活动而言非常重要，我们一定要重视其制定和开发。笔者认为，应当重视专业指导委员会的重要作用，让委员成员们参与到教学文件的制定和实训教材的开发中来。同时，还应当邀请其他的从事翻译工作的企业人士参与其中。只有这样，制定出的教学文件和开发出的教材才能在培养优秀的翻译人才过程中发挥重要作用。

3.做好翻译实训课的师资培训工作教师在教学活动中的重要作用尽人皆知。为了更好地开展翻译实训课的教学工作，一定要重视师资和师资培训问题。(1)可以输送有商务背景但无翻译背景的教师去相关院校培训翻译的相关知识。(2)可以输送有翻译背景但无商务背景的教师去相关院校培养商务知识。(3)邀请专业指导委员会的委员和其他企业界人士前来授课。

11.其他条款

（1）甲方不得向经销地区其他买主供应本协议所规定的商品。如有询价，当转达给乙方洽办。若有买主希望从甲方直接订购，甲方可以供货，但甲方须将有关销售确认书副本寄给乙方，并按所达成交易的发票金额给予乙方_________％的佣金。

探讨基层央行良好学风建设

在中纪委第七次全会上就大力倡导“勤奋好学、学以致用”良好风气时指出：“勤奋好学、学以致用，牢固树立终身学习的思想，坚持理论联系实际的马克思主义学风，努力在建设学习型政党和学习型社会中走在前列，把学习的体会和成果转化为全面建设小康社会、构建社会主义和谐社会的能力，转化为推动党的执政能力建设和先进性建设的能力。”这是基层央行干部职工增长才干、提高素质的重要途径，也是做好金融服务工作的重要基础。因此，我们要从健全完善机制入手，要下决心抓紧、抓实、抓出成效，努力营造基层央行的良好学风。

一、建立“勤奋好学、学以致用”良好学风的形成机制。

当前，基层央行在深入开展保持共产党员先进性的后续教育活动中，要把加强良好学风建设纳入教育的重要内容。要抓住当前深入学习《文选》这一有利契机，全面把握我党坚持马克思主义中国化新的重大成果，特别要重温毛泽东、邓小平等党的领导人对学风建设的系列论述，密切联系新的实践，深刻领会党对新时期学风建设的新要求。在思想上明确应该弘扬什么样的学风，反对什么样的学风，运用马克思主义世界观和方法论，找准差距和问题，落实整改措施。变“要我学”为“我要学”，提高改造主观世界的能力，在学以致用上下功夫，完整准确地掌握《文选》的基本内容，即奋力推进中国特色社会主义伟大事业和党的建设新的伟大工程。做到真学、常学、深学，勤于思考，善于运用，真正学通弄懂马列主义、毛泽东思想，特别是邓小平理论和重要思想。要加大导学力度，通过网络、电教等媒介，采取辅导、讲座等形式，培育干部职工理论联系实际的良好学风。

二、健全“勤奋好学、学以致用”良好学风的监督机制。

基层央行要切合实际，把行内与行外、上级与下级、群众与组织的监督有机结合起来，形成立体交叉的学风监督机制。一是要健全行政监督，坚持并改进现有的督学办法，每年组织的集中检查不仅要查读书笔记、心得体会、理论文章等学习情况，还要通过其工作业绩、遵守党纪政纪等工作、生活的现实表现，分析其学风状况，让那些学习风气不正、搞形式主义的部门和员工过不了检查关。二是要强化党员监督，把学风建设纳入民主生活会内容，开展批评与自我批评，找准问题，限期整改。对不良学风敢抓敢管，一旦发现苗头，及时指出，严肃纠正。三是要坚持导学监督，引导干部职工科学运用马克思主义的立场、观点、方法研究和解决实际问题的求实态度和创新精神，坚持解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进，为落实科学发展观、深入推动金融服务持之以恒地去学习、去工作、去奋斗。

三、完善“勤奋好学、学以致用”良好学风的考核机制。

在抓基层央行员工学习上，尽管基层单位普遍建立了行之有效的制度，但应根据坚持与时俱进、创造性开展工作的责任和使命，要进一步加以完善。目前主要应在讲求实效上增添新措施，提出新要求，将理论学习纳入职工队伍建设的目标管理体系，纳入文明单位达标要求，纳入年终考评的程序，建立干部职工学习“述学”、“评学”、“考学”制度。“述学”制度，除反映学习的一般情况外，应重点“述”思想政治上的收获，理论联系实际，坚持解放思想、实事求是在工作上取得的成效；“评学”是按照民主、公开的原则，在一定范围内让群众对学习情况及水平进行评议；“考学”则是由上级行对下级行的理论学习和运用方面的情况进行考评。通过强化对良好学风建设的检查考核力度，促进干部职工不断学习市场经济、宏观调控、金融理论、法律法规、工作技能等方面的新知识，缺什么补什么，加快知识更新，优化知识结构，使自己成为本职工作的行家里手。

四、强化“勤奋好学、学以致用”良好学风的指导机制。

建设基层央行良好的学风，就是要把理论和实际结合起来，解决思想和金融实践中的问题。我们强化指导机制的目的在于引导干部职工立足经济全球化的视野，在系统学习马克思主义基本理论和当代金融经济理论的基础上，要更加注重学习理论与武装头脑相结合，学习理论与联系实际相结合，学习理论与调查研究相结合，学习理论与推动金融工作相结合。党员干部尤其是基层行领导干部，要自觉成为学以致用、用有所成的表率，着眼于解决金融改革发展中的实际问题，把学习的体会和成果转化为实施货币政策的思路，落实宏观调控的措施，支持地方经济的韬略，特别是要转化为全面建设小康社会、构建社会主义和谐社会的动力，转化为打造金融生态环境、稳定一方金融秩序的能力，从而把中央银行的事业不断推向前进。

一到周末，我们总会提前接到妈妈打来的电话：“休息赶紧回来，我给你们做好吃的。”每次接到这样的电话，我的心里总是满满的感动。

我的妈妈出生于1960年，那时正值中国闹饥荒的时期，妈妈是家里的老大，下面还有陆续出生的5个弟弟。从懂事起，她就成了外婆的好帮手，在家负责烧火做饭，照看舅舅们。到了该上学的年龄，妈妈央求着要跟着院里的同龄孩子们一起步入学堂。好不容易上了两个多月，外婆患了心脏病，妈妈只能辍学回家帮忙照顾家里，从此失去了读书的机会。后来，舅舅们一天天长大，妈妈跟着上学的舅舅们学会了数学加减乘除口诀。虽然她只会写自己的名字，认识的汉字也不多，但是我刚上学时家庭作业都是妈妈指导的。妈妈经常鼓励我，在学校要老老实实听老师的话，好好念书，莫着急家里，考取了，就是砸锅卖铁也会让我上学。或许正是妈妈这般鼓励和支持，我成为全村第一个考取中学和中专的女孩儿。

妈妈嫁给爸爸时，是在爷爷的葬礼上拜堂成亲的，农村的习俗叫“随丧磕头”结婚，那是爷爷离世时的心愿，希望看着她嫁过来，了却老人的念想。面对贫困的婆家和3个未成年的弟妹，勤劳的妈妈跟着爸爸一起成为家里的主劳力，每天白天下地干活挣工分，换取全家人的口粮。

到我中专上学那年，家里的田地被洪水淹没，基本的口粮没有了。更糟糕的是，每年为我们攒学费要卖的两头猪因一场瘟疫病死。这一切像一座大山，压在妈妈的心头。那年腊月，妈妈到处跑着为我凑学费，20xx多元钱当时来说不是个小数目，终于在过年以前凑齐了，妈妈的脸上露出了久违的笑容。然而在我读中专第二年，我的弟弟因摔伤住院，身体一向很好的妈妈大病一场，整个家庭陷入经济困境。眼看到了上学的时间，妈妈咬紧牙关，不顾全家人的反对，毅然做出卖房供我上学的决定。当时在乡亲们看来，妈妈简直不可理喻，供个女娃儿读书，还卖房子，早晚是嫁出去的人，不值。妈妈对我说：“女儿，莫管人家咋说，跟以前一样老老实实的读书，你要争口气，妈妈小时候很想读书，没有机会，你只要能读，妈妈会想尽一切办法的。”
