3. 乙方执行翻译行业通用流程规范以确保文件翻译质量，乙方所提供的翻译服务应满足《中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T 19682-20xx》(翻译服务译文质量要求)相关规定;

4. 为确保乙方翻译服务能够达到甲方要求，在本合同签订时，乙方可应甲方书面要求进行试译，供双方核定并确认质量标准。如果甲方在收到试译稿后3日内未向乙方提出书面意见或建议，则该试译稿的质量标准将作为乙方今后的质量标准。

5. 译文中不应出现技术性错误，不能与原文意思相悖，专业词语表述应准确一致;文字表述符合相关专业的表达习惯与要求，目标语言与源语言在行文风格上一致;符号、量和单位、公式和等式需按照译文的通常惯例或国家有关规定进行翻译或表达，译者的注释使用恰当;

6. 对于笔译项目，乙方在向甲方交付工作成果后，若存在以下三类错误，乙方应免费对工作成果进行必要修改，并不得另行收费：

(1) 语法与单词拼写错误;

(2) 同一或同批稿件中前后用词或表达法不统一;

(3) 由于专业或背景知识不足发生的错误。

第三条 为保证乙方有效进行翻译服务工作，甲方应当向乙方提供下列工作条件和协作事项：

1. 甲方委托乙方翻译或进行其它方式处理的文件或资料中不得有违反国家法律或社会公德的内容，如果出现此种情形，甲方应承担相关责任并保证乙方不会因此而蒙受任何损失。否则乙方有权拒绝接受委托或要求甲方改正或有权随时单方解除本协议，并由甲方承担违约责任;

2. 甲方同意把技术资料电子稿或复印资料作为乙方的工作件提供翻译使用，保证提供待译资料图文清晰、内容完整，乙方应保证维持甲方提供资料的原始完整性;

3. 为保证翻译质量，甲方应尽可能协助乙方，包括但不限于向乙方提供翻译项目所需的参考资料，专业的固有、惯用译法，解答相关技术问题，必要时提供相关背景知识培训。

第四条 甲方向乙方支付翻译服务报酬及支付方式为：

1. 翻译服务费：

(1) 笔译项目为外文译成中文的，下订单时计算的费用为估算，最终以甲方采用的译文版本中文字符数为依据计算实际费用。

(2) 以甲方最后采用的译文版本为最终确定稿计算字符数，以电脑统计的中文字符数计算[Word—工具—字数统计—字符数(不计空格)]。如果中文稿为纸件，则以经双方确认的不计空格的中文字符数为准。翻译项目不涉及中文的，统计方式双方另行约定。

(3) 本合同服务费用按以上单价标准，以甲方订单要求的服务工作量计算。如翻译项目有特殊情况需要调整价格的，经甲乙双方协商一致后在订单中明确。

(4) 乙方因履行本合同而产生的加急费、特殊排版费、差旅费、交通费、食宿费等费用经甲乙双方协商一致后在订单中明确。

2. 翻译服务费由甲方选择以下方式支付乙方。(根据协商确定的交易方式)方式A.在双方签订本合同及订单后二个工作日内，甲方应当支付乙方费用总额的50%作为预付款，余款在乙方完成翻译服务后五个工作日内支付。支付可采用现金、支票或银行转账等方式。方式B. 甲方提交翻译服务订单的次月，向乙方全额支付上月的文件翻译服务费。

第五条 双方确定因履行本合同应遵守的保密义务如下：

1. 保密内容：

(1) 乙方不得向第三方公开或传播(包括复制、影印和使用)甲方的任何文件资料、软件、档案、协议、技术和服务项目(口头的或文字的)以及其他任何形式的信息;乙方同意所有甲方披露的资料都归甲方专有。乙方正在翻译的和已译好的文稿的专利权、版权、商业秘密，或其他知识产权项下的权利属于甲方所有，乙方无权处置;乙方对甲方向第三方承诺的所有保密义务负有连带责任，即如果甲方因乙方泄密而被第三方追究责任，甲方将追究乙方责任。乙方需执行甲方相关规定并积极配合，采取必要的防范措施来防止保密信息的泄露。 (2) (3) (4)

3. 出现以下情况可免除乙方责任且不影响本合同履行：

(1)乙方在翻译过程中，因执行甲方的意见而产生的错误。

(2)因甲方提供的翻译原件错误而产生的译文内容错误。

(3)甲方未能按合同约定的时间交付原文件材料，以致乙方延期交付译稿的。

(4)因甲方计算机原因引起的资料损坏或资料丢失。

(5)甲方或第三方使用译文过程中，产生的任何特殊性的、意外性的、滋生性内容损失。

第十条 双方确定，在本合同有效期内，甲方指定 为甲方项目联系人，乙方指定 为乙方项目联系人。项目联系人承担以下责任：

1. 及时、定时沟通情况、协调处理有关问题;

2. 及时、定时向各自部门传递相关信息，保证信息的完整与准确;

3. 本合同第五条约定的保密责任;

一方变更项目联系人的，应当及时以书面形式通知另一方。未及时通知并影响本合同履行或造成损失的，应承担相应的责任。

第十一条 双方确定，出现下列情形，致使本合同的履行成为不必要或不可能，可以解除本合同：发生不可抗力。不可抗拒力因素主要指战争因素;地震、洪水等不可抗拒的自然灾害;非合同方责任而产生的影响合同方工作正常进行的火灾;国家公共强制性原因引起的合同方不能正常工作产生的延时。

第十二条 双方因履行本合同而发生的争议，应协商、调解解决。协商、调解不成的，依法向甲方所在地的人民法院起诉。

“生命在于运动“，这是法国著名思想家伏尔泰的名言;“健全的头脑，寓于健全的体格”，这是艾莫尔的处事之道;“身体的健康因静止不动而破坏，因运动练习而长期保持”，这是卢梭的感悟……伟人们睿智的话语启示我们：健康的身体，顽强的意志，人人都可以得到，而这个秘诀就是：坚持体育锻炼。

运动会将至，同学们应借此为契机，积极的参与体育锻炼，坚持每天锻炼，在体育锻炼中应做到以下几点：

一、树立“健康第一”的理念，提高对体育运动的认识。我们要积极行动起来，以热爱生命、热爱运动的态度对待体育，以饱满的热情投入到体育运动中来。

二、坚持每天锻炼一小时，养成良好的体育锻炼习惯，让体育健身成为我们成长过程的美好经历，成为我们全面发展的不懈追求。

三、强化团结协作精神，大力弘扬奥林匹克精神。“更高、更快、更强”的奥运精神是一面旗帜，是一种追求，是一种境界，更是团队精神的最佳体现。让我们在奥运精神的感召下，快乐运动起来吧，积极的为班级贡献自己的一份力量，提高班级的凝聚力。

最近，在翻看人教版高一美术教材时，无意中竟看到“新浙派人物画”的奠基人方增先1955年的成名作《粒粒皆辛苦》。画中近景为一老农形象，头带白色包头，身着青白色棉布袄。右手伸向斜前方，正欲捡起一棵麦穗;左手拿着一支旱烟袋和几棵刚捡起的麦穗。一张黑红的脸庞，低垂的目光凝视着地上的麦穗。其身后远景隐约可见两辆装满谷物的马车，施以淡墨浅色，成功地拉伸了画面的空间纵深感。车与麦穗，远景和近景，形成了鲜明的对比，使“谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦”喻示的精神表现得更为明确。

看着这幅图画，我的内心感慨万千。我们一家四口，父亲和母亲都是兵团农场的职工。这在当时，家庭条件已经算是很宽裕的了。但母亲却是当地出了名的“勤俭节约”的代表。那时，心灵手巧的母亲不但能给我们一家人缝制衣裤，编织毛衣，制作布鞋、书包、坐垫、鞋垫等，而且还能用玉米面做出多种饭食。

父母亲对子女的要求也是很严格的，特别在饭食方面，决不允许有丝毫浪费。小时候吃饭，饭粒掉在桌子上，是一定要捡起来吃掉的。以至到现在，不管是在家里吃饭，还是在饭店，我都养成了碗里不留剩饭的良好习惯。那时，连队大田里的小麦全部收割完后才让小家小户进地捡麦穗。记得一年夏天，母亲带我去捡麦穗，她跟我说，“想吃白面馍吗?”我说：“白面馍好吃，当然顿顿想吃呢!”母亲对我说：“那就加油捡麦穗吧!”为了实现这个愿望，我和母亲，冒着酷暑顶着烈日，中午也不舍得休息片刻。有一天，母亲流起了鼻血，我吓坏了，她说，“没事，就是热的。”然后拿出随身携带的水壶打湿手绢敷在额头、脖颈上，等鼻血止住后，她又继续寻找收割后遗留下的麦穗。我跟在她身后，想让她多休息一会，而母亲却说，“收获的日子一年就这几天，这几天懒惰了，就等于浪费了一年时间。”听了母亲的话，我弯腰苦干，一天下来，累得头晕眼花。这时，母亲总是过来提一提我捡的麦穗，夸奖地说，“不错呀，够蒸几顿白面馍的了，明天继续加油哦!”就这样，在母亲的带领下，我在麦田里度过了那个终生难忘的夏天。

后来才知道，家里分的口粮白面少，玉米面多。为改善家里的伙食，母亲就将玉米面过筛过箩，筛细后和白面混合搭配好蒸馍、擀面条，剩余的粗面就用来烧汤熬粥。到了夏天小麦收获的季节，她再抓紧时间捡拾一些麦穗换成白面，这样下来，一家人的生活在母亲节俭合理的安排下过得井井有条。

那个夏天拾麦穗，母亲一方面是要锻炼我的意志力，另一方面就是要让我明白勤劳是人的本分，只有付出了辛勤的汗水，才会珍惜收获的果实，也才有资格享用劳动的成果。

如今，我早已为人妻为人母，也早已离开了当年那个锻炼我成长的兵团农场，我们家的生活水平和过去相比，已经发生了翻天覆地的变化，我们家的生活也在响应着党的号召，已开始由解决温饱问题向全面建成小康社会的目标迈进。但是，越过越红火的日子，却让我在每次反思中也越来越感到继承优良家风的重要性。感谢母亲，感谢勤俭节约的家风。不管社会怎样变化，怎样发展，不管生活水平怎样提高，中华民族勤俭节约的优良传统，都需要一代代地传承下去。

I school since the school has maintained the fine tradition of rigorous scholarship. In such an academic atmosphere, the spirit of innovation is more dense environment, in the strict demands on teachers and the efforts of individuals, after two years of

professional courses of study and year of clinical practice, it has a more solid foundation of professional knowledge and clinical

experience, the overall quality has been enhanced. Developed a keen sense of observation. Good sense, ability to work independently, rigorous, practical work. And careful, caring, patience, sense of responsibility to treat patients. Meet the development needs of the overall care. So I have full confidence in the future.

I love nursing career, eager to look forward to your leadership for the cause of this glorious building blocks, and continuous learning in their work and progress.

“食官饭，任官办;食官粥，任官督。”这是几千年来广泛流传在我们客家人群里的一句民间谚语，父亲常常挂在嘴边。这句谚语意思是说在其位要谋其政，对工作高度负责任，做到守土有责。父亲为人本分厚道，用行动影响和教育着我们，使我们自小就树立了敢于承担责任的精神。

我们的老家在广东省和广西壮族自治区交界的北部湾畔，每年的九十月前后，受气候变化的影响，都要迎来几回凶神恶煞的台风。台风来临，狂风呼吼，伴随的是大雨袭击，不但对人民群众的财产造成毁灭性摧毁，而且对那些在大海上捕捞耕作、堤坝上往来、蜗居在危房的人民群众的生命也造成了巨大的威胁。

那一年，我在读小学，连续几天的酷热后，那天又闷热得使人心烦，天上的乌云密布，万里浮云一动也不动，木麻黄树不时地摆动着顶端的尾巴。天刚拂晓，父亲草草地吃了两碗白粥，嘱咐一番我们要注意天气变化，就骑着自行车往他驻点的德耀村而去。德耀村南濒英罗港，打一个喷嚏也会溅起数点海水。我们到了学校后，学校宣布放假回家避台风。回到家后，雨水一点大过一点地往下扔，狂风刮得一阵比一阵猛，母亲站在家门口的屋檐下，焦急地模仿着母鸡的叫声，企图将散落在四周山边的小鸡吸引回家。正好在此时，邻居的人家冒着雨将成熟的稻谷收割回家，母亲一脸的忧愁，埋怨父亲在关键的时候不在家，眼看好收成的稻谷都成了煮熟的鸭子飞了。午时时分，接踵而来的闪电划破宁静的长空，雪白的滂沱大雨急剧而下，狂风呼啸，不时传来了竹木“噼噼啪啪”的折断声。家门前的那一口山塘也被雨水冲崩了塘基，不远处山岭上的尤加利、木麻黄被狂风吹刮得横七竖八地倒在地上。我们兄弟3人吓得钻在被窝中，大气也不敢喘。因房子的瓦面被狂风吹坏了，母亲赶忙将家里的洗脸盆、木桶、大盘子等拿出来接水。下午时分，台风夹着尾巴逃走的时候，平时高高地昂着头的山稔花也低垂着头，裸露着红土的村道还在潺潺流水，村子的里里外外一片狼藉。母亲一直忙个不停，既要急着找鸡找猪，又要在屋前屋后忙着排水，防止积水浸崩墙基，还要牵挂禾田里的水稻。我们都说，如果父亲在家的话，就不会这么手忙脚乱了。

3天后的中午，父亲回到家里，我发现他全身上下留下不少泥巴的痕迹，变得又黑又瘦了。父亲兴奋道，3天来的努力没有白费，居住在危房的群众迁移到安全地带了。党员干部突击队夜以继日地搬沙包加固沿海危险堤坝，防风工作不留死角，群众没有伤亡，台风过后及时采取措施，群众的损失降到最低程度。由于家里的稻谷没有及时收割，减产已经成定局，父亲反倒一脸的自豪，母亲难免要数落他。父亲说：“这是工作责任嘛，我们共产党人要冲锋在前，在这关键的时刻我能往后退吗?”

小小年纪的我，记住了父亲所说工作责任。参加工作后，无论是在乡镇里还是到市机关工作，我都牢记自己身上的责任，用守土有责来要求和规范自己。
