1. 甲方委托乙方翻译或进行其它方式处理的文件或资料中不得有违反国家法律或社会公德的内容，如果出现此种情形，甲方应承担相关责任并保证乙方不会因此而蒙受任何损失。否 则乙方有权拒绝接受委托或要求甲方改正或有权随时单方解除本协议，并由甲方承担违约 责任;

(4) 乙方因履行本合同而产生的加急费、特殊排版费、差旅费、交通费、食宿费等费用经甲 乙双方协商一致后在订单中明确。
