有些还会将问题交代清楚:肚子痛;发烧;感冒;牙痛;出水痘之类.

有些就只写着:看医生;不舒服,更简单的还会写:病.

2.事假.

事由有些不写清楚,就直接写着:有事,个别会写着:家里有事,还有写:公事.

家里有事的也会有认真写明,如美国的舅舅回国;亲人重病之类;清明扫墓;请假学车考车牌等等.
