7.市场情况报告

9.协议有效期

11.其他条款

（1）甲方不得向经销地区其他买主供应本协议所规定的商品。如有询价，当转达给乙方洽办。若有买主希望从甲方直接订购，甲方可以供货，但甲方须将有关销售确认书副本寄给乙方，并按所达成交易的发票金额给予乙方_________％的佣金。

我之所以竞聘办公室主任的职位，基于以下因素。

第一，具有长期从事办公室工作的经验，熟悉办公室工作的业务。参加工作26年来，我先后有在企业的办公室、市行业主管局办公室和省厅办公室三个层次的办公室工作的经历，累计从事办公室工作时间达12年之多。特别是1994年到厅办公室以后，对办公室工作的各个环节有了更全面细致的了解，对办公室行政管理业务知识有了更系统的接触和研究，同时也在工作的实践中不断丰富和完善了我的办公室工作经验，从而，除按职位要求完成我所承担具体工作外，还组织指导办公室相关同志较好地完成了秘书、文书、信访、提案、建议办理、档案、保密及财务、后勤服务等项工作。

第二，具有办公室主任职位要求的综合协调能力和做好协调工作的基础条件。到办公室工作以来，始终注意加强并做好协调工作，首先是内部协调，在日常工作中，遵循把方便留给业务处室的原则，使其和谐顺畅;其次是注意强化外部协调，几年来通过工作上的联系加之有意识的强化这方面的工作，同部办公厅、省委、人大、政府、政协办公厅，省委组织部、财政厅、卫生厅等有关处室建立了良好的工作关系，这样一些工作协调起来就很顺，我们的很多工作都得到了这些部门的帮助与支持。如办公厅的几位省领导同志的秘书在协调工作上提供了很多的方便条件，省财政厅文财处、外经处、住房管理中心在拨付款项、建房贷款方面都给予了有力的支持，省卫生厅公费医疗办在医疗费方面给予了很大的帮助，所有这些与注意做好协调工作都有一定的联系。

第三，具有一定的做好政务工作的基础和文字综合能力。到办公室工作以来，注意结合工作的业务、强化政务工作的力度，一是严格执行国家行政机关公文处理办法，不断提高公文办理质量。针对我厅公文办理工作中存在的一些问题，着重加强了公文办理程序和公文结构规范性的管理，几年来公文办理中一些常见的问题基本得到了解决。对此，省政府办公厅给予了充分的肯定，被省政府办公厅评为全省行政机关公文处理先进集体。二是及时准确拟办各类公文。近年，由于工作改革的深入，每年办理各类文件近千件(中央、国务院、国家部委、省委、省政府及省有关领导同志批转的文件)基本达到了办理及时、分类合理、意见明确。三是会同相关处室及时办理好人大代表建议和政协委员提案。我厅一直是全省人大代表建议和政协提案工作办理大户，几年来，无论是自己具体负责承办建议、提案，还是组织室内同志办理，始终把这项工作做为改善和推进干部人事工作的一个重要措施，重要的建议提案及时与相关处室沟通，并向有关厅领导报告，能解决的商处室尽快落实，尚不能解决的则耐心细致地向代表、委员做好宣传解释工作。1994年以来，我们会同业务处室共办理人大代表建议150多件，政协提案170多件，基本达到代表、委员满意，人大、政协满意，政府满意。从1996年至今我厅连续4年被省政府评为建议提案办理先进集体。四是认真做好厅党组会、厅长办公会及有关综合性会议的相关会务工作。1994年以来，除会同分管主任做好每年的各市局长会议等大型会议会务工作外，做为厅党组秘书还列席了160多次党组会议和40多次厅长办公会议。并较好地完成了会前准备、会议记录、会议纪要整理议定事项督办等相关工作。

第四，从稳定大局的需要出发，认真妥善地做好人民群众的来信来访工作。从1994年到办公室工作，我一直分管信访工作，在实际工作中，会同室内的同志始终做到接待上和蔼热情，解答上有理有据，特别是注意做好集体访的接待处理。几年来，我厅的信访工作始终处于全省和全国人事系统的前列，我们的作法两次在全国系统会上做了介绍，1994年以来连续5年受到了省委、省政府的表彰。

三、具体工作

(一)加强对教学的管理

课堂是素质教育的主阵地,提高教学质量关键在课堂，而课堂教学是一个系统工程，该工程的质量是以其每道工序的质量保证的。教师教的工序就是备课、上课、批改作业、课外辅导及教学效果的评价等。学生学的工序就是预习、上课、复习、完成作业及检测等。本学期教导处将对教学各道工序实行全面有效的管理：

(1)备课：要做到，“六备”(备目标、备提问、备板书、备练习、备学生、备教具)。本学期将在每个月对教案进行检查，作为对教师考核的一项内容，学期中间对部分教师的教案进行不定期的抽查。提倡写教后记和反思。提倡鼓励创新的备课方式。

(2)上课：本学期，利用课改的契机，要求每位教师大胆尝试科学的合乎我校实际的教学方法，逐渐改变传统教学方式。对教改有成效的教师要多鼓励、多表扬，多树典型。教导处随堂听课时的课堂评价更加侧重于学生是否参与学习、主动学习、师生关系是否融洽;加强课堂教学质量的督导。

(三)抓好全程，注重抓好九年级毕业班。

(1)成立九年级毕业班领导小组;

(2)合理配置毕业班的师资力量;

(3)召开新、老毕业班教师教学研讨会;

(4)有条件将组织毕业班教师到兄弟学校学习交流;

(5)注意对中考信息的收集;

(6)定期召开九年级教师工作例会;

(五)强化对教研组的管理。抓好教研组“以研促教”，为了防止教研组活动流于形式，本学期将进一步明确教研的职责、义务。定期召开教研组长会议，本学期要求各教研组：

resulting from transactions initiated prior to its receipt. This authorization shall inure to the benefit of Commerce, its

successors and assigns. The provisions hereof shall be in addition to and in no way shall it limit or restrict any right that Commerce may have under any agreement with the undersigned. In addition, Commerce is further authorized and directed to deduct from the undersigneds account and pay the Agent the amount of all management fees, incentive fees, advisory fees and/or brokerage commissions to be paid to the Agent upon Commerces receipt of invoices from the Agent.
