(2)上课：本学期，利用课改的契机，要求每位教师大胆尝试科学的合乎我校实际的教学方法，逐渐改变传统教学方式。对教改有成效的教师要多鼓励、多表扬，多树典型。教导处随堂听课时的课堂评价更加侧重于学生是否参与学习、主动学习、师生关系是否融洽;加强课堂教学质量的督导。

①组织机构：建立课堂教学督导小组，成员有校长、教导处主任、年级组长。

②形式：深入课堂随堂听课。

③目的：督促指导教师提高课堂教学质量，准确评价教师课堂教学水平。

④标准：教师每学期听课10节，分管教学负责人20节。

(3)作业：对知识的掌握乃至灵活的运用，很重要的一环就是练习。主学科必须有足够的作业训练量量。教导处检查作业：一查作业量、二查批改是否及时、三查批改是否认真(定期与不定期检查相结合)。

(4)考试：平时单元检测或练习各学科要尽量统一，月考仍然采用课任教师阅卷的方式，大力加强班风、学风、考风建设，进一步提高监考和阅卷质量，组织教师开好成绩分析会，总结、交流经验，寻找差距，改进教学，提高成绩。

(二)明确职责，树立为学校负责、为校长和分管领导负责的意识

校长是学校的核心，校长的办学、治校思想是学校的灵魂，中层领导的职责应该是践行学校的具体工作，在态度上积极主动，率先务实，勤政敬业，敢于创新;在方法策略上团结协作、尊重他人、集思广益、作风民主。在落实工作的过程中，克服按部就班、形式主义、高耗低效、极端偏激的思想与做法，站在领导安排的角度、工作需要的角度、教师乐于接受的角度落实工作、创新工作，克服工作中的等靠思想、畏难情绪，做到上对校长和分管领导负责、下对教师和学生负责，最大限度地发挥好职能作用，凡事不能使校长亲自躬亲，使校长在具体工作的开展上，处在应管和不应管之间，摆正自己的位置，当好学校管理的配角。

(三)抓好全程，注重抓好九年级毕业班。

七年级抓好起始。七年级任课教师，在教学中一定要注意知识的衔接，在教学中要做到心中有数，降低难度，减小坡度，放慢脚步，打好基础。要注重对学生学习行为习惯的养成教育和对学生学习方法的指导。各班要把需要学生必须做到和能够做到的学习行为习惯(规范)张贴上墙，督促学生遵照执行。教导处将加强对七年级学生的成绩跟踪。抓好九年级毕业班。全校上、下一条心，扎扎实实抓好毕业班的教学工作，所有的工作成效应体现在中考成绩上，要求20xx年中考我校成绩保持稳中有升，中考成绩在大面积和尖子生方面力争大幅度上升，确保完成指标。具体措施：

(1)成立九年级毕业班领导小组;

(2)合理配置毕业班的师资力量;

(3)召开新、老毕业班教师教学研讨会;

(4)有条件将组织毕业班教师到兄弟学校学习交流;

(5)注意对中考信息的收集;

(6)定期召开九年级教师工作例会;

(7)加强对有体育艺术特长学生的培养;九年级教学工作思路：面向全体，力保重点，注重课堂，强化基础，突出能力，提高得分，统筹兼顾，通力合作，狠抓特色，普遍开花。

(四)依靠教师，落实以研促教、以学促教的思想

社会的发展对教师的工作提出越来越高的要求，我们不能用昨天的知识教今天的学生，服务于学生的明天，传统的教研在教师的成长中虽然起了一定的作用，但它的模式和层次较浅，在教育改革的今天教导处应把教师的培养当作自己的重任，积极主动地组织教师开展各种形式的教研活动，在完成继续教育、课题研究、骨干培养等基本教研任务的前提下，把新课改的推行责无旁贷地当做自己的职责，有计划、有目的地组织教师学习课改理论、践行实践活动，促使教师在观念、角色、教法上有一个大的转变，在新型师生关系、合作探究能力、现代教育技术、电子备课、资源整合、教学反思等方面不断学习，发展自己。同时加强备课组、教研组、史生地教学、初三年级的工作等方面指导与研究，真正在以研促教的路子上迈出新的一步。

(五)强化对教研组的管理。抓好教研组“以研促教”，为了防止教研组活动流于形式，本学期将进一步明确教研的职责、义务。定期召开教研组长会议，本学期要求各教研组：

①每学期每人至少上一节全校公开课;

②每人设计一篇优秀教案;

③参加学校组织的培训;

④每人出一份高质量的试卷;

⑤组织好集体备课，程序规范。本学期要求各教研组每两周至少活动一次，教研组活动要求定时间，定内容，活动有记录。坚持集体备课，备课要求做到四个统一：统一教学内容，统一重难点，统一作业，

统一考试，备课组活动记录学期末交教导处。

(六)完善教学管理制度，体现以激励为本的管理理念

无规矩不成方圆，交通规则中，没有红绿灯的约束就不会有道路的畅通，但制度只能解决不可这样做，而不能解决怎样做才能更好的问题。因此，在教学管理中，既要重视制度对人的约束作用，更主要地是要看重教师的主观能动性，激励人才是最高的要求，管理工作应根据教育本身的规律、结合学校的实际，按照有利于教师发展的思路：开展活动、重视过程、树立典型、寻找抓手，探索激励性的师生评价方式，最大限度地调动教师工作的积极性，收到好的管理效应。

(七)抓好师资队伍建设，造就高素质的骨干教师群体。

教师是教学质量管理的主体，本学年对师资队伍建设实行“分别要求，分类推进，分层评价”。青年教师的要求：快速成长，迅速成为学校的骨干教师;中年教师：学者型、教研型教师发展;老年教师：发挥参谋咨询、指导新秀等作用。积极参加论文评选和教学比赛，全体教师要有“现代网络下的教育”思想，充分用好电教设备。建立教师业务档案，对每位教师教学态度、课堂教学、教学效果、学生评教等方面的情况实行监控，建立业务档案，作为评优、评先和晋级的主要依据。

(八)采取措施，激活教和学的积极因素

教育以人为本，学校以教师为本，教师以学生为本，学校因学生而美丽，学生因个性而独特，教师因激情而奉献。随着社会的发展，教师、学生越来越有主见、有个性，教师应当保护学生的自尊、尊重学生的个性、唤醒学生的潜能，学校应当尊重教师的劳动、关心教师的生活、促进教师的成长。因此教学管理应致力于教风、学风的培养，通过勤学教育、成才教育、素质展示、生命的价值等主题教育活动，让学生明白勤奋学习是幸福人生的基础，幸福人生是生命发展的主题这一永恒的道理。通过一些课余文体活动，缓解教师工作的压力，放松他们的身心，让教师把笑脸带进学校、带进课堂，从而实现课堂活起来、校园动起来，这样一个变学堂为乐园的目的，焕发校园的生机与活力，提高教学成果的转化率 教导主任竞聘演讲稿。
