一、教材分析

全教材由“培养良好的学习习惯(3)”、“识字”、“课文”和“练习”组成。识字与课文全部都有注音。

识字共安排了两个单元，每个单元四课，一共8课。其中，1、2、5、6四课是词串识字;3、7两课是看图会意识字;4、8两课是形声字归类识字。三种不同的识字形式的安排，目的都是为了引起儿童的学习兴趣，激发儿童热爱祖国语言文字的感情。

课文一共安排了六个单元，每单元3～4课，一共23课。其中，韵文6篇，大体上分布于6个单元中。本册课文篇幅短小，语言规范、浅显，便于学生朗读、背诵和复述;插图精美，富有儿童情趣，并能再现课文意境，有助于激发想象，启发思维，帮助学生理解课文内容;每篇课文后面都安排了三个方面的内容的作业题。

全册教材一共安排8个综合练习，每单元后面安排一个，练习以综合性为主，内容包括：学用字词句、写字、成语和古今诗文的朗读背诵、口语交际等，既相对独立，又各自成系列。

二、学情分析

本班共有学生 人，其中男生有 人，女生有人。学生大多来自全国各地，有部分学生整体素质不是很好。对于这些学生我想我应该要不同的方法，用多种方法进行教学，有很多方面，包括班级管理，学生的基本情况分析，家庭的帮助等。目的是让学生有好的学习兴趣和爱好，要让学生懂得除了读书我们还要有爱心，关心班级，有集体荣誉感。在教学方面通常有以下不足之处：1、识字：通过一年多的学习，大部分学生能认识20__个左右的常用汉字，能识记字的基本笔画、笔顺和偏旁部首。但是，由于识字量的不断增加，音近字、形近字的大量出现，学生经常会出现混淆，识字的准确性不够，在作业中经常出现错别字。2、阅读：通过阅读，学生们都有了简单的句型概念，认识了陈述句，疑问句、感叹句。知道阅读课文时要做到：注意力集中，边读边想。对于教材中要求背诵的课文、段落、古诗，多数的学生都能完成。在阅读的过程中，能积累一些好的词语和句子。在读课文方面，大部分的学生都能做到读正确，不添字、不漏字。但是由于一些学生没有预习的习惯，加之本身拼读又不熟练，因此朗读时不连贯、读破句，没有自己的感悟等现象也较为严重。3、写话：多数学生能用上学过的词语写一句话，把图意表达正确。一小部分学生能用上一些描述性的语言进行描写，语言丰富、流畅，但是大部分学生的标点使用仅仅停留于句号，一部分学生还不会使用标点，错别字还比较多，主要是因为形近字、音近字的混淆。

三、教学目的要求

(2)认识大写字母，能熟记《汉语拼音字母表》。

(1)准确认读生字408个。

(2)掌握本册课文安排的27个常用偏旁。

(3)能按笔顺正确书写，默写生字277个;能按字的结构特点把字写匀称。

4、口语交际

(1)能认真听别人讲话，能听懂别人说的一段话或一件简单的事。

(2)能在看图或观察事物后，用普通话说几句意思完整、连贯的话。

面对这个艰巨而充满挑站性的工作，我先说自己竞聘这个岗位的条件：

第一、在工作中认真责，做好每一件事的工作态度是我对自己的要求。不管有无经验、能力如何，我都想以自己正直、善良的人格，去感染这些不幸的孩子们。第二、我曾经担任过近十年的班主任工作，让我积累了班主任工作的直接经验，从中学到了很多的管理方法和经验。我想这段经历对我以后的工作会有很大帮助。

班主任是联系学生和家长、学校之间的纽带,是学校工作中的重心。一个班级就像一列列火车，这列火车能装多少货物、沿什么轨道跑，跑向哪里，跑得快不快，全靠班主任这个火车头带领。班主任工作尤其琐碎、辛苦，它要求承担此工作的老师要有高度的敬业精神和责任感，有着科学的管理方法和组织能力，更要有“一切为了学生，为了学生的一切”服务的精神。感悟班级管理，说到底方法只有一个字，那就是爱，但班级管理的真谛却在于会爱。

假使给我一个班级，我将至少具体，扎实，细致的做好以下五方面的工作：

一、规范班级制度，抓好团、队组织建设，形成良好班风。

一个良好班集体的成长，并不是班主任一个人孤军奋战，我认为应建立健全《班级公约》等制度，既要关心和尊重学生，又要严格要求学生，做到严格有度，要求有法。加强班风建设，充分发挥班委的作用，选好班团干，营造积极向上的氛围，为班级未来更好地发展奠定坚实的基础。

二、通过丰富多彩的课余生活，提升班级文化内涵，形成良好的学习风气。

班级的文化建设是一个班级工作的重心，只有建立一个良好的班级文化，才能让学生形成正确认识，促进学生向正确的方向发展。因此我打算通过丰富多彩的课余生活，激发学生的热情、开发潜能、充实学生的精神世界，来提升自己的班级文化，让学生在正确文化、舆论的引导下、浓郁的学风中向积极的方面发展，实现我们共赢的目的。

三、针对学生年龄阶段，切实抓好思想教育。

一是抓好低年级的养成教育，帮助学生尽快的进行角色的转换，以更好的状态投入紧张而忙碌的学校生活。具体做法是，制定班级公约，用以规范学生的言行举止，进行团队精神教育，建立班级的集体荣誉感，培养他们的集体主义精神。

二是抓好中年级的青春期教育。特校学生入学年龄大，随着身心的发展，青春期也已到来，不仅要巩固之前养成的良好习惯，还要关注学生的心理变化，引导好学生对友情、爱情的认识，发展同学之间纯洁的友情，杜绝学生早恋现象的发生。其次还要对学生进行感恩教育，了解师长的艰辛与不易，教育学生珍惜来之不易的学习机会，帮助他们形成正确的人生观与世界观。

三是抓好高年级的理想前途的教育，让学生从前途与理想方面加强思考，为最后冲击中考做好充分的准备，以一种饱满而热情的状态面对最后的抉择。其中将以板报、演讲、主题班会等多种形式开展学生的工作，为学生充分营造环境，加强引导，争取最后的胜利。

四、密切联系各科教师，协调各方力量，发挥纽带作用。

班级教育需要各科教师共同配合，所以做好班级任课教师的协调工作及班主任与学校工作的协调是每个班主任工作的重要环节，也是关系一个班级发展的重要因素。班主任考核中为什么要

加入其他学科的成绩，体现的就是这一职责。我准备在班级工作中，认真听取各位老师的意见，做他们与学生之间沟通的桥梁，为学生与教师进行平等的沟通搭好平台，让每位教师在我班上课感到轻松和谐的氛围，让每个学生在班级授课中感到民主自由，让他们在平等和谐的环境中健康自由的发展。

(三) 对培训人员心理的掌握

除了做终端市场外，其实我也有做过培训的工作。平时对促销员口头的培训，也在XX年东莞，与移动厅促销员进行K700产品的培训和10年汕头蜂星店员培训U5产品功能。惠州旺达，鸿达促销员天语的培训。培训过程是一人独当一面去将产品作介绍，功能卖点的刷新，作详细描述。在培训过程中也有留意学员们的动态，是否留心听或开小差，如果分心我会考虑自己是否语言组积能力不足，还是产品知识自己未到位等等都要去考虑的。如果在培训过程中有学员分神，我会提出相应问题让学员回答，让众人留意他的表情，嘲笑他，让他在内心感觉害羞，从而专心听课。我在培训过程中喜欢相互互动，随时欢迎学员提出问题。在培训前还要准备一些小礼品，让表现好的学员得到奖励。

(四)产品知识的掌握

要有好的培训质量，必须先对产品知识有熟悉的掌握。我最深体会是天语U2产品的上市，居然连卖点都讲不出来，令我打击十分大。所以产品知识对我们来讲，是销售战争的武器，在战场上连枪都不知道怎样使用的士兵，肯定会死在敌人的枪林弹雨中。说真，我对手机的软件不是很熟悉，刚好公司有培训主任的职位竞聘，趁此机会，让自己对手机软件更进一步的认识，在学习中提高自己各方面的能力，在学习中提高个人演讲水平。

市场培训目标:

1. 定期举行公司内部销售人员，促销员的培训，巩固产品知识。
