自XX年7月，我在丰县局(营销部)从事会计工作，在领导和同事们的关心、支持和帮助下，我从一个初出茅庐的学生逐步成长为一个有较强的专业技能和强烈责任心的会计人员，在这近五年的工作当中，我时时刻刻感受到了烟草公司这个大家庭的温暖，正是因为自己进了烟草，才有我施展才华的天地，因此我决心和烟草公司同呼吸共命运，把振兴和发展烟草事业作为我应尽的责任。今天，我来竞聘财务委派室副主任这个岗位，就是希望通过自己的专业技能和平时积攒的工作经验，来为我市烟草事业的发展贡献自己的一份力量。

二、日积月累，我有较为丰富的工作经验。

最近几年，我市烟草系统发生了翻天覆地的变化，尤其是XX年底取消县级公司法人资格后，烟草商业系统财务工作也随之产生了较大改变，我经历了这场变革，更适应了这场变革。在工作中，我严格执行《徐州烟草商业系统关于加强财务管理的暂行规定》，在费用报销、现金管理、商品销售以及缴纳各种税费上能做到有条不紊、及时准确。经历了我公司近五年的各项变革，我能从容应对工作中出现的突发事件，能较好地协助财务委派室主任做好预算与执行工作。

三、虚心好学，我有开拓进取的创新意识。

我热爱财务工作，业余时间，我学习了《企业会计制度》、《企业会计准则》、《中级会计实务》、《财务管理》、《经济法》等专业性较强的知识。在提高自己专业技能的同时，努力把自己培养成为“一专多能”的人才，我先后参加了丰县统计局组织的统计知识培训，市局组织的用友财务软件培训，国家局组织的会计人员培训，均取得了较好的成绩。同时我更加注重政治理论知识的学习和思想意识的改造，能够始终保持坚定的政治立场和较高的政治敏锐性，XX年6月我荣幸地成为一名中共预备党员。通过学习，我掌握了大量新的知识，使我在工作中更加自信，在实际工作当中我勇于突破创新，提出了许多有益于财务管理的方法。

四、严于律己，我有诚信为本的优良品质。

五、雷厉风行，我有求真务实的工作作风。

近五年的财务工作经历，培养了我雷厉风行，求真务实的工作作风，养成了我遇事不含糊，办事不拖拉的工作习惯，造就了我求真务实的工作态度。不管做什么事都要做到“三个负责”，即对国家负责、对领导负责、对自己负责。

六、任劳任怨，我有吃苦耐劳的敬业精神。

工作以来，我严格遵守公司考勤制度，只有在结婚时请了两天假。寒来暑往，无数次往返于公司与银行、税务局之间，风雨兼程，一路走来，圆满完成领导交办的各项工作，一份耕耘，一份收获，由于工作出色，我每年都被评为“先进个人”，尤其是最近三年连续被评为市局(公司)“先进个人”。

此次竞岗，如果组织上委以我财务委派室副主任的重任，我将着力做好以下几个方面的工作:

一是要摆正位置，搞好服务。在工作中,我将尊重领导的核心地位，维护领导的威信，遇事多请示,多汇报，同时与同志们搞好团结，做好服务。扬长避短，团结协作，力求做到：服务到位不越位，工作补台不拆台。

二是要完善会计内部控制制度。下一步,我准备从遵循合法性、约束性、全面性、内部牵制性及成本效益性等几个方面进一步落实、细化内部控制制度。主要有日常费用报销、固定资产、办公用品、合同管理、预算管理等会计制度，切实提高财务管理水平。

三是要加强预算的执行和监督，形成以负责人、分管领导、部门负责人为一条线的预算保证体系。以单位负责人为预算第一负责人，以分管领导为预算监督人，部门负责人为预算落实、执行人，各司其职，各负其则，确保预算目标的完成。

四是要建立会计人员考核细则，以此来有效提高会计人员的业务素养，确保各项业务的正常开展和全年业务作安全无事故，促进各项财务管理制度的全面落实。

五是要以高度责任感，加强自身的勤政、廉政建设。具体讲就是，在廉政上要做到“三有三只”，即：有权不滥用，只求搞好工作;有钱不乱花，只讲自觉奉献;有成绩不骄傲，只想如何开创新局面。

六是要加强财务人员的政治和理论学习，提高政治思想、职业道德和业务技能水平，进一步解放思想，端正态度，提高服务质量，适应烟草系统管理的新形势。
