我实习时间从20xx年8月—20xx年5月，进行了为期九个月的实习工作。我们会计部门的核算主要分为三个步骤：记账、复核与出纳。由于我是出纳，所以主要是办理支票业务。对于办理支票业务，首先是要审核，看大小写金额是否一致，出票金额、出票日期、收款人要素等有无涂改，支票是否已经超过提示付款期限，支票是否透支。值得注意的是大写金额记到元的应在后面加”整”字，到分的则不能加”整”。支票核对后，我需要到银行填写支款凭证及银行进账单，并把相应联带回给会计作为登记入账的原始凭证。

实习的一开始首先是对公司的财务情况以及人员设置进行了解，以及还了解了公司的财务规程以及财务制度，并熟悉会计凭证的编制;然后慢慢熟悉会计账簿是如何登记的，并很好的熟练掌握了现金日记账和银行日记账;之后就到生产单位了解产品的生产流程，了解产品生产的主要原材料及辅助材料，了解产品的成本构成等;最后就对产品的生产材料核算进行模拟实践，对产品的成本核算也进行了模拟实践，并辅助公司的会计人员进行工资核算，编制会计报表和编制生产月报表及销售量月报表。

作为一名出纳统计员我认为必须重视对公司财务的管理，做到“资金预控”。做出纳统计最最重要、也最最关键的是责任心和细心，我刚接触出纳统计时就要求日日对帐，做到日清月结，尤其是我在进行现金收支业务较多时更要细心，还有银行帐，因为有往来传票所以也不能出错。当然还有对现金和各种有价证券，我也要确保其安全和完整无缺。我还得保管公司的印章，并签发支票的各种印章。审查销售业务的有关凭证，并严格按照销售合同和银行结算制度，及时办理销售款项的结算，催收销售货款。并进行对公司的现金结算，主要是结算公司与内部核算单位和职工之间的款项结算;公司与外部单位不能办理转账手续和个人之间的款项结算;低于结算起点的小额款项结算等。审核工资单据，发放工人工资等等

在实习过程中我不仅学会了出纳统计的相关知识，还学到了会计上的登账过程：首先要根据业务的发生，取得原始凭证，将其登记记帐凭证。然后，根据记帐凭证，登记其明细账。期末，填写科目汇总表以及试算平衡表，最后才把它登记入总账。结转其成本后，根据总账合计，填制资产负债表、利润表、损益表等等年度报表。这就是会计操作的一般顺序和基本流程、

还学懂了收付职能。出纳的最基本职能是收付职能。企业经营活动少不了货物价款的收付、往来款项的收付，也少不了各种有价证券以及金融业务往来的办理，这些业务往来的现金、票据和金融证券的收取和办理，以及银行存款收付业务的办理，都必须经过出纳人员之手;反映职能。出纳的第二个主要职能就是反映职能。出纳要利用统一的货币计量单位，通过其特有的现金与银行存款日记账、有价证券的各种明细分类账，对本单位的货币资金和有价证券进行详细地记录与核算，以便为经济管理和投资决策提供所需的完整、系统的经济信息;监督职能。出纳不仅要对本单位的货币资金和有价证券进行详细地记录与核算，为经济管理和投资决策提供所需的完整、系统的经济信息，还要对企业的各种经济业务，特别是货币资金收付业务的合法性、合理性和有效性进行全过程的监督;管理职能。出纳还有一个重要的职能是管理职能。对货币资金与有价证券进行保管，对银行存款和各种票据进行管理，对企业资金使用效益进行分析研究，为企业投资决策提供金融信息，甚至直接参与企业的方案评估、投资效益预测分析等也是出纳的职责所在。

虽然出纳的职能对企业十分重要，但我的工作流程也不算复杂。我的工作主要有:1、办理银行存款转账和现金的保管。、2、负责支票、发票、收据的管理。3、登记银行日记账和现金日记账，并及时与银行对账。出纳工作细则包括：工作事项及审核等程序，失误防范及纠正程序和现金收付：1、现金收付的，要当面点清金额。2、现金多付或少付金额，由责任人负责。3、每日做好日常的现金日记账及盘存工作，做到账实相符，防止现金盈亏，下班后现金与等价物交还总经理处。4、一般不办理大面额现金的支付业务，支付用转账手续，特殊情况需审批。5、员工外出借款无论金额多少，都须总经理签字，批准并用借支单借款,若无批准借款，引起纠纷，由责任人自负。

日记账处理分为：1、登记日记账时要先分清账户，避免张冠李戴。、每日结出各账户存款余额，以便总经理及财务会计了解公司资金运作情况，以调度资金。3、保管好各种空白支票，不得随意乱放。

四实习总结与体会

时间过的真快，转眼间，在张家港市新荣医疗器械公司的实习马上已经满半年了。在这半年多的时间，我学到了很多东西，不仅有学习方面的，更学到了很多做人的道理，对我来说受益非浅。做为一个刚踏入社会的年轻人来说，什么都不懂，没有任何社会经验。不过，在领导和同事的帮助下，我很快融入了这个新的环境，这对我今后踏入新的工作岗位是非常有益的。除此以外，我还学会了如何更好地与别人沟通，如何更好地去陈述自己的观点，如何说服别人认同自己的观点。相信这些宝贵的经验会成为我今后成功的最重要的基石。实习是每一个大学毕业生必须拥有的一段经历，它使我们在实践中了解社会，让我们学到了很多在课堂上根本就学不到的知识，也打开了视野，增长了见识，为我们以后更好地服务社会打下了坚实的基

毕业实习是学生大学学习完成全部课程后的最重要的实践环节。通过这次的实习，我对自己的专业有了更为详尽而深刻的了解，也是对这几年大学里所学知识的巩固与运用。从这次实习中，我体会到了实际的工作与书本上的知识是有一定距离的，并且需要进一步的再学习。由于会计行业的特殊性我只能参加财务部门中较为简单的工作，如出纳及帮助会计进行帐目的核对等工作，但是，这帮助我更深层次地理解现在的企业会计，并且我对会计分录、记帐、会计报表的应用也有了进步的掌握。不在局限于书本，而是有了一个比较全面的了解。实践暴露了我许多知识上的不足，也是对理论知识的一种补足。

会计工作中的每一个步骤都是十分重要的，只要有一个部分出差错，那么就会牵连到其他的部分，所以会计真的不是简单的算算记记，这是一项十分严谨的管理活动，工作前先做好个人工作计划，有条不紊地进行。此外，我还结交了许多朋友、老师，我们在一起相互交流，相互促进。因为我知道只有和他们深入接触你才会更加了解会计工作的实质、经验、方法。为我们以后进一步走向社会打下坚实的基础。

在这次的社会实践中，让我学到了很多在课堂上根本就学不到的知识,打开了视野，增长了见识，也改掉了很多毛病。知道挣钱的不容易，工作的辛苦，与社会的复杂多变。而为了适应社会，我们要不断的学习，不断的提高自己，在实践中锻炼自己，使自己在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地!
