针对这些问题我想本学期的任务要从以下几个方面展开：

1.完善队员管理守则。如完善队员的考核入队制度、退队制度，每一个良好的团队都有着严格的纪律，纪律制度是一个团队的灵魂，是将大家团结起来的凝聚剂。良好的纪律能保证一支队伍的长久发展。

2.完善班制度的建设。现在国护以班为单位进行训练，班制度的完善可以提高训练和工作的效率，起到增进大家相互了解的作用。

3.本学期将安排的除任务以外的集体活动。国旗护卫队不仅只有各种任务和训练我们也会组织各种形式的娱乐活动让大家乐在其中，把国护当作家当作有归属感的地方。

1、班组管理方面：班组是企业组织生产经营活动的基本单位，是企业最基层的生产管理组织。企业的所有生产活动都在班组中进行，所以班组工作的好坏直接关系着企业经营的成败，只有班组充满了勃勃生机，企业才会有旺盛的活力，才能在激烈的市场竞争中长久地立于不败之地。而一个班组是否有活力，有战斗力，多取决于班组中的领导者——班组长，班组长是班组生产管理的直接指挥和组织者，也是企业中最基层的负责人，属于兵头将尾，因此，我个人认为要作为一名合格的生产一线管理者，应该是一个能充分发挥全班组人员的主观能动性和生产积极性的调动者;是一个能团结协作，合理地组织人力、物力，充分地利用各方面信息，使班组生产均衡有效地进行、产生“1+1>2”效应的指挥者;是一个能做到按质、按量、如期、安全地完成上级下达的各项生产计划指标的执行者。所以，我个人认为要担任好班组长应该具备以下几点：

(1)有良好的群众基础、协调能力和沟通能力。(理由)

(2)具有过硬的理论基础和实际操作能力(理由)，那种只会说不会做，只说不做，或只会做不会说的班组长都是不合格的;

(3)懂得资源分享。我这里所说的资源是指工作经验和技术分享。

所以，我在日常工作中充分注意以上三点，使得站内工作得到顺利开展。

2、班组安全管理方面：站作为开发公司计量窗口，安全的保证是确保生产顺利进行的第一要素，是确保公司经济利益不受损害的前提保证，抓好班组安全管理是配气站日常管理工作的重点内容。所以，在班组安全管理中，我明确自身责权，树立安全"第一责任人"的形象，严格遵守各项安全规章制度，并结合站内实际情况制定了班规，进一步加强对安全(班内巡回检查，安全学习)、生产(资料审核)、设备的管理(计量设备检查和调试)，在班组实际安全教育工作中，着重突出安全教育有“实效”(比如灭火器材器材和空气呼吸器的使用方法和维护保养)，技术培训有“实用”(如工作经验的交流)，制度管理有“落实”(制定班规)，认真抓好“三违”控制，及时制止不安全行为，确保了站内生产安全。

三、工作设想;
