二、服务内容：

(一)、看护、照顾两位老人(均为病人，父亲半自理、母亲暂时不能自理)：

1、全天看护、照顾两位老人，照顾好两位老人的饮食和起居及与之相关的服务工作。

2、对待两位老人要有爱心和耐心，____温和有礼貌，____严禁哄骗、____训斥老人，按时给老人吃饭、服药。

6、重点看护、照顾甲方母亲要求：每日早晨温水洗脸洗手，每日晚上睡前热水洗脚。每星期帮助母亲洗澡(两/叁)次。及时帮助母亲接大小便并清洗干净，每次尿袋尿液超过150ML须立即清理干净。随时清洗母亲的衣服并归类放置。每天定时或按照甲方母亲要求帮助就餐、喝水、翻身、坐起、晒太阳等护理。每晚主动向甲方汇报老人当天生活和病情情况。

7、天气良好条件下，视情况帮助甲方的父亲每日按照固定路线进行二次(上午________点和下午________点)的户外走动活动，每次时间不超过分钟，活动时，乙方特别注意上下楼梯、周围交通安全、甲方父亲精神和身体状态，规避和防止发生意外情况。

(二)、家庭日常家务：

家庭日常家务必须在老人口头说明暂时不需要照顾、老人休息睡觉或者有甲方家人照顾时，乙方可进行日常家务，家居清洁等家务工作。

1、负责包括乙方在内的5个人的每日三餐，厨房卫生保洁等(不负责买米、买菜等外出工作);

2、参考冰箱存有的菜品情况，可自行决定三餐品种，主、副食以及调料、炊具等厨房用品缺少时及时向甲方提出补给要求。

3、生熟菜板不混用。生熟刀具不混用;菜板,洗菜盆和炊具、刀具用过后要即时里外清洁。

4、厨房橱柜、餐桌椅、墙壁、地面、抽油烟机等要随时保持清洁;冰箱每月至少整理、清理一次。

5、洗衣服，清扫、整理房间环境卫生等家务(包括但不限于清理家具灰尘、擦洗家具、拖地、卫生间卫生保洁、阳台浇花等等工作)。

6、乙方的主要工作地点为________，甲方根据服务内容需要，可要求乙方在甲方其他的居住地________履行合同约定有关服务内容。

三、工资待遇：

四、工资支付方式和时间：

工资按月给付，支付时间为每月底的最后一天，乙方收到工资后，签字为据。

五、工作时间：

乙方每周7天工作制，乙方承诺同意在国家规定的周末(周六和周日)、节、假日不休息，但乙方应在每月收到工资、签字为据时在旁边注明清楚每月实际工作天数。

六、甲方的权利和责任：

1、甲方有权要求乙方按照上述服务内容提供服务;

2、甲方发现乙方患有疾病不适合继续开展服务内容工作的情形及乙方有偷盗等不正当行为时，有权随时解除合同;

3、甲方不得拖欠或扣发乙方的工资，按时、按约定、按月付给乙方足额的劳务工资。

4、不安排乙方从事可能存在安全隐患的工作，如夜间单独外出、电路修理、攀高工作等。

5、向乙方提供免费正常食宿，不得安排其与异性成年人同居一室。并做到平等待人、不岐视、不虐待、保证乙方服务期间人身财产的安全。

6、在乙方使用家庭任何设备、设施前，必须予以必要的安全性规范使用指导。尤其各种家用电器、厨房电炉、高压锅、煤气设施等有危险性的设备及精密、贵重用具等用设备的安全使用方法，指导乙方小心谨慎使用，杜绝盲目操作。

7、工作期间，因乙方身体隐患而突发疾病，甲方不承担医疗费用和相关责任，但须提供必要的帮助。

8、有权要求乙方在甲方指定医院进行体检，如果体检不合格，费用由乙方承担，反之，由甲方承担。

9、有权拒绝乙方将同乡、亲友带入家中。有权拒绝乙方使用家中长途电话。

10、甲方家中手饰、珠宝、现金等贵重物品应自行妥善保管。对乙方因工作失误造成的经济损失，应同其协商解决或求助法律帮助。不得侵犯乙方的人员权益。

11、发现乙方患有不能胜任合同规定的服务内容的疾病，甲方有权及时解除本合同。

七、乙方的权利和责任：

1、乙方必须对向甲方提供的有关证实自身身份情况的身份证、户口本原件、具备从事本合同服务内容的工作经验、乙方亲属信息和联系电话，以及近期体检资料等的真实性、合法性、有效性、实用性负责。乙方的身份证自愿交由甲方保管，乙方工作期限满或合同解除后，甲方应交还乙方身份证。

2、尊重和维护甲方的合法权利，尊重甲方的生活习惯，自觉履行本合同规定的服务项目，热诚服务。尊重甲方的就餐习惯，乙方同意在保证照顾好两位老人的就餐后，可与甲方同台就餐。

3、乙方有权按合同约定按月、如数拿到工资的权利。乙方承诺并同意在国家规定的周末(周六和周日)、节、假日不休息。

4、乙方要热心工作，勤快，有责任心，有爱心，爱卫生，积极主动多承担事务，遵守公共道德和国家法律、法规。乙方不得与其他人员(如小区其他保姆、保安等)随意谈论甲方的家庭情况。

5、积极按照合同约定的服务内容做好家政服务工作;如遇特殊情况(亲属患病、家有急事等)，需临时离开回家处理时，应先征得甲方的同意，履行请假或终止合同手续，不得擅自离岗。未经甲方允许私自外出或违反上述规定，发生问题乙方自负责任。

6、未经甲方同意，乙方不得擅自将他人带入甲方家中，不得随便翻拿甲方家中物品，不得有偷窃等违法行为。

7、不得参与甲方家庭邻里纠纷，尊重甲方家的生活习惯。严禁出现服务工作不主动、消极怠工、言语态度粗俗、粗鲁以及侮辱性语言和行为恶劣、虐待所服务对象的现象，否则甲方有权及时解除本合同。

8、乙方应在甲方指导下事先详细了解并掌握甲方家用电器、厨房电炉、高压锅、煤气设施等有危险性的家电设备及精密、贵重用具等的安全使用方法，小心谨慎使用，杜绝盲目操作，由于乙方未按规范操作带来的伤害，由乙方自行承担，甲方不承担任何责任。

9、如因乙方过错造成甲方及其家人的人身伤害或财产损毁，应承担赔偿责任。如因乙方的工作疏忽使病人发生呛食、呛水、摔倒等意外而产生的一切后果由乙方负责。

10、保持自身卫生，工作整齐、干净，工作态度和谐，但不负责甲方成员内衣、内裤清洗及室内吊灯、玻璃清洁。

11、乙方如欲解除合同，则需提前30天通知甲方，乙方不得擅自不辞而别，否则，甲方将追究其违约责任。

12、乙方在非工作范围和工作时间所发生的事故，由其自己解决，甲方不承担任何责任。

八、合同的变更和解除：

本合同生效后，甲、乙双方无正当理由不得提前解除合同。任何一方解除协议，须提前30天通知对方，方能解除协议。

九、其它：

1、合同期满，双方经协商可续签定新一轮合同。

2、合同期未满，单方要求解除合同，应提前30天通知对方。

3、合同执行期间，如发生纠纷、争议和其它事故，可先由见证机构进行调解协商解决，解决不了可申请由服务工作所在地仲裁机关裁决。

十、合同的生效：

本合同自双方签字后生效。本合同一式两份，甲乙双方各执一份。合同未尽事宜，协商解决。

十一、安全指导确认：

在乙方使用家庭任何设备、设施前，甲方已经完成对乙方服务工作的安全性规范指导，乙方详细了解并已经熟练掌握甲方家庭的家用电器、厨房电炉、高压锅、煤气设施等有危险性的设备及精密、贵重用具等的安全使用方法，并承诺小心谨慎使用，杜绝盲目、不安全的操作行为。

如果我是社区副主任我要多关注弱势群体，扶助困难家庭。我们**小区是廉租房与经济适用房小区，小区的居民以城市弱势群体为主，我在工作中时常接触到各类生活困难的家庭，每每看到他们，我的心里都很不是滋味，希望可以切切实实地为他们做点事。在社居委成立初期，廉租房里有一户低保家庭，妻子早逝，留下了2个孩子,我们入户调查时发现家里只有一张床，大人只能睡地上，家里几乎没有其他的家具，于是我们社区在沈书记的带领下成立了以帮助困难家庭为目的的慈善工作室--惠善工作室，借助网络的力量发起号召来帮助他们，很快明珠社区的沙先生和其他合肥市民纷纷进行了捐助，这样他们一家人的问题得到了解决，我们感到很欣慰。但这样的困难家庭在我们**小区还有很多。这就要求我们在今后的工作中借助社会各界的其他力量，帮助弱势群体，解决困难家庭的基本问题，因此民生服务也是我们今后工作的重中之重。

如果我是社区副主任我要多关心老人，多关注妇女儿童，多关爱残疾人。在平时的工作中多关心老年人的生活多和他们聊聊天，使他们的晚年生活更加开心，让他们感受到这个大家庭的温暖;同时积极开展关心下一代宣传活动，让居民树立男女平等,优生优育的观念;建立残疾人康复中心，培养他们的健康心理，帮助他们，让他们能更快地融入社区大家庭的生活，尽可能的解决他们的就业问题，让他们更好的融入到社会当中去。

如果我是社区副主任我要丰富居民的文化生活，共建和谐社区。我们根据居民的特长爱好，积极开展居民感兴趣的文体娱乐活动，比如舞蹈，绘画等，今年我们就成功的举办了一次乒乓球比赛，而且这次比赛受到了广大居民的支持和好评;同时要联系物业做好社区的安全防盗、防火、卫生等工作;配合其他相关部门做好流动人口的管理和服务工作;积极开展社区志愿服务等等，力争把我们的社区打造成环境优美，邻里和谐，互帮互助的和谐社区!

二、倡导企业文化建设

在传统管理过程中，一般比较重视人事管理、财务管理、技术管理、生产管理等职能性管理。但最新的管理理论认为，包括文化管理在内的创新管理、战略管理、知识管理等经营要素的综合性管理，才是现代管理中的重要环节。其中不少重要的学者和企业家认为，世界级着名公司之所以能较长期地保持世界领先地位，最重要原因之一是它们都有一种能吸引人、激励人和留住人的独特的企业文化。

也许有人会问："企业文化是什么？"它什么也不是。一个企业的文化看不见、摸不着，但文化无处不在，你外婆给你讲故事时其中有非常多的做人的道理，这就是文化。从某种意义上来讲，文化是土壤，人才是种子。文化是一个平台，是使有潜力、有才能的人真正发挥作用的平台。

目前，我们公司靠积极的管理创新和制度创新，已经在很大程度上摆脱了传统体制的束缚，它已具备一个现代企业的特征。然而，在机构改革、人员整合发生质的变化之后，如何调动公司员工的积极性、主动性和创造性，以及如何统一职工思想认识、增强凝聚力和战斗力可能领导们最关心的问题。我想，如何在目前的氛围中培育电信独特的企业文化，对电信的未来发展至关重要。

关于建设电信的企业文化，我认为应做到以下两点：
