3.具有对工作认真负责、肯投入，吃苦耐劳和乐于奉献的精神

2.选好侧入点，指导各部、小组积极开展培训工作。员工的培训工作一方面是起到提升员工业务技能、业务水平和更新理念。另一方面又起到提升企业形象的作用。配送中心一半以上的职工分部在各区县的前方仓库，一线员工经常面对的是消费者、供应商、门店导购员，员工的服务水平如何，服务意识如何，服务观念如何，都会直接影响到我们的企业形象。因此，我想应以基层的管理员为侧入点，展开不定期的教育培训工作。反复地灌输服务工作的重要性和必要性，先让管理员牢固树立服务意识，增强服务观念，身体力行地去正确引导员工。通过以点带面的方法。最后实现整体水平的提高。

b) 精诚团结，密切配合，为保证领导的意图和布置的工作更好地贯彻执行，协调好内部几个部门的关系是关键，要始终做到不越位，补台不拆台，求同存异，共谋发展，不断增强领导的向心力，凝聚力和战斗力。

2、班组安全管理方面：站作为开发公司计量窗口，安全的保证是确保生产顺利进行的第一要素，是确保公司经济利益不受损害的前提保证，抓好班组安全管理是配气站日常管理工作的重点内容。所以，在班组安全管理中，我明确自身责权，树立安全"第一责任人"的形象，严格遵守各项安全规章制度，并结合站内实际情况制定了班规，进一步加强对安全(班内巡回检查，安全学习)、生产(资料审核)、设备的管理(计量设备检查和调试)，在班组实际安全教育工作中，着重突出安全教育有“实效”(比如灭火器材器材和空气呼吸器的使用方法和维护保养)，技术培训有“实用”(如工作经验的交流)，制度管理有“落实”(制定班规)，认真抓好“三违”控制，及时制止不安全行为，确保了站内生产安全。
