7.2 if the verification test demonstrates that the performance of the contractedprod-uct isnot in conformity with prescribed technical specifications， both partiesshall， throughamicable negotiations，make a joint study of and analyse the cause andtake measures to e-liminate the defects and carry out asecond test. when the second testdemonstuates tha the performance is qualified， both parties shall sign a testingcertificate for the proper perfot- mance

7.3 if party b is responsible for the failure of the first test， party b shall sendat ist own expense technical ersonnel for the second test.

大二的下学期， 我的职责是俄语翻译，翻译一些资料。实习的目的是增加社会实践经验，迅速将翻译理论知识应用到实践当中，并加强使用计算机和翻译工具的能力。

翻译实践的过程中，我总结了4种必备的翻译工具：一是灵格斯翻译工具，里面可安装简明俄汉词典、新俄汉词典、大俄汉词典、俄汉实用工业技术词典;二是百度搜索工具;三是Google搜索工具;四是яндех搜索工具——专业的俄文搜索工具。翻译的具体步骤可如下：首先可以现在灵格斯里查询不懂的单词或词组，寻找最符合原文的解释。当然这只是最基本的做法，但是由于缺少专业的科技词典，在灵格斯往往是查询不出所需的单词或语义。于是，求助于Google和яндех则是很有必要的。按照我自己的经验来说，我采取同时在Google和яндех搜索的做法，并对同种搜索工具搜索结果进行比较。它们有着各自的优缺点。Google的优点是打开俄文页面的同时可以同时打开另外一个翻译页面，即Google可以自动把页面从来源语俄语翻译成汉语，而缺点是经常发生翻译错误，翻译的可信度是50%。яндех的优点是用俄语词组和句子解释俄语词汇，意义更准确，更贴近原文，而缺点就是有时用于释义的词汇过于深奥，过于专业，相当于用更专业的词汇解释专业词汇，即难上加难。所以我认为最后就需要用到百度工具了。结合Google和яндех的参考翻译，用百度搜索翻译过的专业词汇，查看是否有相同或相近的专业用语，之后才确定出最准确的译法。

自己校对，虚心地向本专业的老师和材料学院的老师请教。首先进行的自己去校对。原以为会限于“当局者迷”之说而不懂查看、修改自己的译文。但认真看完一遍译文之后才知道自己的眼睛还算是锐利的，检查出不少错误。比如最明显的一处是有一个句子翻译得不通顺，如果是一个没看过原文的人肯定是看不懂得。还有专业术语的译错。但错的最离谱的是编辑排版上的错误。于是我反复对照原文和译文之后，及时把发现的错误都改了过来。之后我找到了材料学院的一个同学，她的专业能力一直都是优异，她无疑是能够帮我校对的好帮手。我让她帮我看我的译文，查找出不符合材料专业方面的词汇或句子，并提出相关问题和相应地译法建议，之后我根据她的意见参照原文，采用了其中可取的建议。最后我就需要找本专业老师的对我进行针对性的指导了。我把之前摘录在本子上的疑点。难点句一一请教老师，比如应该怎样正确分析句子的结构，何种情况下采用拆分语义翻译，何时应该直译。老师讲得很详细很耐心，似乎想把自身积累下来的翻译经验全部都传授给我了。此行确实受益匪浅，越来越明白到做一个合格的翻译工作者不容易，要想做一个优秀的翻译工作者则是更难了，必须同时具有高水平的语言能力和某一领域的专业知识。

经过几天的翻译工作，心里感触良多，收获也颇多，细细梳理了第一次真正的翻译生涯，总结出了几点体会。

1、翻译的工作性质需要我们仔细、认真并且耐心。翻译是一项慢中出细活的工作，要坐得住，稳得住，要一丝不苟地对待，字字斟酌，句句思量，严格遵守“信、雅、达”的翻译标准，力求把译文翻译得通顺准确，忠实原文。

2、俄语和其他学科知识的积累。毫无疑问，要想成为一个出色的翻译工作者，就必须同时具有高水平的语言能力和某一领域的专业知识。这一次的翻译实践大大拓宽了我的视野，积累了不少专业的俄语词汇，也逐渐认清科技俄语文章的翻译特点。

3、计算机操作能力提高，尤其是俄语打字的水平。现在翻译文章无不需要借助于电脑，翻译的过程中直接考验了一个人的打字水平，现在我的俄文打字速度已经相当快了，即使没有俄文键盘照样能熟练打字。

4、增加了做一个合格翻译工作者的信心。第一次真正的翻译实践就得到了褒奖，大大增加了我的信心。我相信自己的能力，对自己的翻译生涯充满了热切的期待。也许我不是天才，不能一下子就成为优秀的翻译者，但我愿意先从一个合格的翻译者做起，从合格到优秀，一直努力，一直在进步，这才是我一生所应该追求的梦想。

第二:我对教育有着充分的热情。我有一个很大的毛病，那就是爱为人师，但是我认为这也正是我在教育方面所具有的优势，它既使我具有了很强的说服别人的能力和自我表达能力，更使我具有了超乎常人的耐心，让我在任何时刻都能充满激情!

第三:我有充足的教学经验。作为大一的学生，大家可能会认为我的经验不足。但是，大家可能不知道的是，当我选择了师范专业以后，我就开始留心每一个可以锻炼自己教学水平的机会，在高考完的那个暑假里，我就找到了一份家教，迈出了我走向教育生涯的第一步;来到学校后，我更是珍惜每一次可以锻炼自己语言表达能力和教育实践能力的活动，尽自己最大努力去参加每一个支教活动和各种演讲比赛，。

第四:我很注意个人品德的培养。为人师表是教师义不容辞的责任，教师的形象并不是自己个人的形象，他深刻影响着社会若干年后的风气，决定着一个民族的修养。然而，若教师自己没有一个好的修养，那必定会误导许多栋梁之材，更是对教师这个神圣职业的亵渎!师德就是教师的灵魂!但一个人的修养并非一朝一夕所能养成，需要长年累月的培养，我正是认识到了这一点，在平时的待人接物中，我很注意自己的方法和态度，完善自己的性格。

我有充足的自信相信拥有以上条件的我是会被录用的，如果我被录用，我会从以下几个方面来实现我在教育事业上的梦想:

一，我会杜绝死读书和读死书的学习方法，用我那双敏锐的双眼去发现每一个学生身上的闪光点，因材而施教。俗话说“三百六十行，行行出状元”，每个人都有自己所擅长的方面，只是有些人发现了而功成名就，有些人却因才能没被挖掘出来而碌碌无为无，我希望并力争当一个精明的伯乐，去发现更多的千里马。

三，教育就是教书和育人，当我书本上的教学任务完成时，我并不会认为就万事大吉了，与教书相比，我更加注重育人，我会以自己的行为作为他们的榜样，来提高同学们的个人素质，决不让一个同学变为高智商、低素质的学生。

四，作为一个刚刚涉足教育领域的教育工作者，我会虚心地向其他老师学习，来弥补自己在教育方面所不足的地方，尽自己的最大努力去做一个完美的追梦人!

在教师这个岗位上，我可能不会有谭千秋老师那样的惊人举动，但是，我会秉持着一颗火热的心，满怀激情的投入到每一件事情当中，绝不侮辱了教师这个头衔。我的行动也会告诉每一个人我足以承担得起这个头衔!

after confirmation of the order， party b shall arrange to open a confirmed， irrevocable l/c available by draft at sight in favour of party a within the time stipulated in the relevant s/c. party b shall also notify party a immediately after l/c is opened so that party a can get prepared for delivery.

6.佣金

commission

在本协议期满时，若乙方完成了第二款所规定的数额，甲方应按装运货物所收到的发票累计总金额付给乙方_________％的佣金。

upon the expiration of the agreement and party b’s fullfilment of the total turnover mentioned in article 2， party a shall pay to party b _________% commission on the basis of the aggregate amount of the invoice value against the shipments effected.

7.市场情况报告

reports on market conditions

乙方每3个月向甲方提供一次有关当时市场情况和用户意见的详细报告。同时，乙方应随时向甲方提供其他供应商的类似商品样品及其价格、销售情况和广告资料。

party b shall forward once every three months to party a detailed reports on current market conditions and of consumers’ comments. meanwhile， party b shall，from time to time， send to party a samples of similar commodities offered by other suppliers， together with their prices， sales information and advertising materials.

8.宣传广告费用

advertising & publicity expenses

在本协议有效期内，乙方在上述经销地区所作广告宣传的一切费用，由乙方自理。乙方须事先向甲方提供宣传广告的图案及文字说明，由甲方审阅同意。

party b shall bear all expenses for advertising and publicity within the aforementioned territory in the duration of this agreement and submit to party a all patterns and/or drawings and description for prior approval.

9.协议有效期

validity of agreement

本协议经双方签字后生效，有效期为_________天，自_________至_________。若一方希望延长本协议，则须在本协议期满前1个月书面通知另一方，经双方协商决定。

若协议一方未履行协议条款，另一方有权终止协议。

10.仲裁

在履行协议过程中，如产生争议，双方应友好协商解决。若通过友好协商达不成协议，则提交中国国际贸易促进委员会对外贸易仲裁委员会，根据该会仲裁程序暂行规定进行仲裁。该委员会的决定是终局的，对双方均具有约束力。仲裁费用，除另有规定外，由败诉一方负担。

all disputes arising from the execution of this agreement shall be settled through friendly consultations. in case no settlement can be reached， the case in dispute shall then be submitted to the foreign trade arbitration commission of the china council for the promotion of international trade for arbitration in accordance with its provisional rules of procedure. the decision made by this commission shall be regarded as final and binding upon both parties. arbitration fees shall be borne by the losing party ，unless otherwise awarded.

11.其他条款

other terms & conditions

（1）甲方不得向经销地区其他买主供应本协议所规定的商品。如有询价，当转达给乙方洽办。若有买主希望从甲方直接订购，甲方可以供货，但甲方须将有关销售确认书副本寄给乙方，并按所达成交易的发票金额给予乙方_________％的佣金。

（2）若乙方在_________月内未能向甲方提供至少_________订货，甲方不承担本协议的义务。

进入幼儿园以来由于自己兢兢业业地对待教学工作从而稳定了下来，在这里我能够感受到园领导与其他老师对孩子们教学工作的重视，也正因为如此我们也会常常聚在一起探讨如何让孩子们掌握更多的生活常识，然而现阶段因为家庭方面的缘故导致自己不得不选择放弃幼儿教师的职业生涯。

由于自己并非科班出身导致前期的幼儿教学工作很难进行下去，虽然自己能够虚心向其他老师进行学习却无法在短时间内将其转化过来，索性孩子们都十分听话从而导致自己在教学初期能够很好地融入幼儿园工作中，也正因为知道幼儿教师工作来之不易才迫切希望能够做出属于自己的教学成果，也许是自己在教学工作中的努力获得了回报才会让班上的孩子们变得听话懂事吧，尽管在初次组织家长会的时候感到有些忐忑却也能够和他们共同探讨孩子的学习问题，后来随着时间的流逝也让自己这名新手教师逐渐脱去了初期的稚嫩。

也许是观念的不同导致自己的家人并不看好幼儿教师的工作，虽然我尝试和他们进行沟通却并不能消除他们对幼儿教师工作的偏见，只不过因为自己的坚持导致他们也不好意思对自己的职业追求进行指责。在近期的工作中我发现随着自己教学水平的提升导致烦恼也比以往增添了许多，虽然初期的时候能够忍受住这种不好的情绪并继续投入到当前的教学工作中去，但是随着时间的增长让我发现自己并非是那种能够为了教育事业奉献终身的人。

后来家人给自己推荐了新的工作让我觉得尝试一番也不是什么坏事，所以我打算教完这届学生以后便正式辞职离开幼儿园，毕竟有些时候多种职业的尝试也会让自己的人生履历增添许多，或许到时候自己再次回到幼儿园的时候远比现在要成熟许多，因此我也希望能够在其他工作岗位中得到历练并获得家人的认可，毕竟因为当前的教学工作使得家人心生抱怨也是件得不偿失的事情，因此我经过多次考虑以后还是决定辞职离开并尝试家人推荐的新工作，希望自己能够运用这段时间在幼儿园积累的工作经验来为今后的人生指明方向。
