毕业后，我一直在中学从事英语教育工作。因本人性格雷厉风行，秉承讲究效率和自由开放的教育理念，在担任班主任的工作中与同事形成了良好的伙伴关系,与所教班级的同学结下了深厚的友谊。凡事预则立，本人在教大的成绩，现一直带高三年级。我所带的班级在xx年秋参加的全国英语能力竞赛中分别有两人获得全国一等奖;四人获得贵州省一、三等奖。

鉴于甲方拥有_________（作者姓名）（下称作者）的作品_________（书名）（下称作品）第_________（版次）的著作权，双方达成协议如下：

第一条 甲方授予乙方在保同有效期内，在_________（国家、地区）以图书形式用_________（文字）翻译、出版_______册（印数）上述作品译本（下称译本）的专有使用权。

第二条  甲方保证拥有第一条授予乙方的权利。如因上述权利的行使侵犯他人菱权，甲方承担全部责任并赔偿因此给乙方造成的损失，乙方可以终止合同。

第三条  为翻译的目的，甲方应免费向乙方在______________在内提供上述作品的_______本加工副本。

第六条  有关译本的质量问题，由甲乙双方商定。

第七条  乙方将作者的姓名标注在译本的封面、护封和扉页的显著位置，并注明：此版本__________（书名）系__________（乙方名称）与____________（甲方名称）于______年______月协议出版。

第八条  乙方应于______年______月______日前出版译本。乙方因故未能按时出版，应在出版期限届满前______日通知甲方，双方另行约定出版日期。乙方支付愈期违约金，比例为______，乙方在双方另行约定的出版日期仍不能出版，甲方可以终止合同，乙方应向甲方______赔偿损失，并支付违约金，比例为______ 。

第九条  译本一经出版，乙方应免费于______日前同甲方提供______本样书，并应尽力推销译本的复制品。
