事情要从面试时被“考官”责备说起。当时最后一个环节是翻译文件。我一心要抓紧完成，检查了两遍才放心交上去，自认为应该不会有问题。万万没料到，劈头盖脸被面试官说了一通：“我首先不看你的英语用词、翻译的好坏，只想问你，为什么不把文稿做得更漂亮?字体太小、段落之间的分隔不明显，为什么没有用标示符?公司招实习生是让你们来实实在在做事情。你将这样一份书写版式不漂亮的报告交上来，给人的感觉就是不够细心、不够专业。工作不比念书，很多事情你要考虑周全，而不是由别人来告诉你该怎么做。”

幸运的是，最终我还是获

得了实习资格。但这段话我一直都记在心里，凡事尽量考虑在前，细心周到。也许正因我在接下来的工作中时时以此要求自己，才得以成为正式员工。实习中，两件事情印象很深刻——

实习第二天，部门经理的秘书请假，临时让我去为下午的会议订一个会议室。我忙活了好久，得到回答是：所有会议室都满了。我不死心，将公司所有的会议室都摸了一边，连午饭都没去吃，生怕漏掉任何一个可能的机会，结果还是没订到。听我如实汇报后，经理说，你打电话给总裁办公室，借用一下他们的会议室。我胸有成竹地回答：“我已经问过，也满了。”“噢，这你也问过了?”他非常意外。

我去的是个全新的部门，人手少。实习第三周，老板和其他销售人员出差了，一去就是两星期。我一人挑起了重担，每天老板用电话指挥我处理各种事情，与经销商联络、安排订单和促销活动。每件事，无论大小我都记在本子上，并尽量将事情做到完美。同时，我不断告诉自己，即使只是实习，也不能以“还是学生”为借口原谅自己的疏忽大意。

我的经历说明一个道理：企业最看重的是你能做什么，能否踏踏实实干些事情，能否在短时间内适应环境，做得专业、给人信赖。

老师同学们:

大家好!我先自我介绍一下我性~，名叫~~，是一个很平常的男孩，胖胖的的脑袋瓜子，留着一头帅气的头发。那浓浓的眉毛下嵌着一双炯炯有神的大眼睛。那高高的鼻梁似乎没怎么引人注意，反而是那叽叽喳喳的大嘴巴惹人喜欢。我现在虽上了五年级，但身高只有1.35米。我正为我的身高烦恼呢。

我在班上算不上尖子生。但要是比体育项目的，那我可就是名列前茅了。我也是个“路见不平，拔刀相助”的人，只要朋友有难，我第一个冲过去帮助他，所以，我的知己才越来越多。可能也正是这样，我忙帮多了，头脑昏了，帮的倒忙也越来越多。

记得那一次，由于语文考试成绩是差上加差，最多也只是90分。老师大发雷霆，简直要置我们于死地，作业要我们把考卷抄2遍。这对于高年级的同学算小菜一碟，但对于我们记这才3年级的同学那可是比上天还难。但我在一个中午便把作业“OK”了，因为我有秘密武器。晚上，我去我要好的同学小煜家，发现小煜还在抄，我急于和他玩，无奈之下，我把我的秘密武器透露给他了。第一招：偷工减料：有些题故意漏抄。第二招：二笔齐写：右手握两枝笔，效果翻倍，那是快马加鞭。可真管用，小煜用了一小时，就搞定了。我们俩沉浸在玩乐的欢愉中。

回家后，我还得意洋洋地对妈妈说：“妈妈，我用哥哥教我的绝招帮小煜把作业做完了。”“去去去，别学你哥哥，你这样做作业，不但没记在脑袋里，而且，会养成坏习惯。”我听了，便去小煜家，和他决心不再用这招。

第二天，没想到妈妈还不忘这事情，去告诉了老师，结果，我与小煜被狠狠的批评了一顿。哎，倒霉真倒霉。

这就是我，一个普普通通的我，听了我的自我介绍，你们会喜欢我吗?

英文歌唱大赛决赛工作总结

时间飞快，大一上学期就这么在匆忙之中将要结束了。英语俱乐部也出台英文歌唱大赛给本学期的活动画上了一个圆满的句号。

如果以一个观众的身份去看这次的英文歌唱大赛，个人认为本次活动举行的还挺满意的，的确，我们可以在没有申请到吕志和礼堂那个得天独厚的场地的前提下，可以将本次活动举办的如此顺利！但是以我们工作人员的身份去看此次活动，回顾一下漏洞摆出！

此次我主要负责调音，我刚接到任务时我想着那些搞歌舞团调音的，把它给想的复杂了。原来我只需将选手的伴奏负责和他们演出衔接好就行了！或许是因为我不太懂那些控制音的旋钮，况且交给我的就只是播放一下暖场音乐和选手伴奏，所以我就没有过多的去问，去学习怎么控制音量。可是活动中间有几个选手进去调音，这点我们没有想到！针对这样类似的问题，我想以后应该考虑周全一些！

其次说说我们网络部工作中的一些问题。起初，我们没有及时的搞到摄影的设备，不是我们不去借，而是我们东借西借没有人想借给。我想以后的活动把借这些设备的问题交给外联部去做就行，这样也许会效果好些！第二点，我们内部由于疏忽一台电脑的问题，导致在比赛颁奖那个环节没有把获奖名单公布给观众，这是我们的失误。以后我们会在活动之前把这些硬件设施好好检查一遍。第三点，关于麦克风的问题，我也不清楚是我们技术不到位还是拿麦的人问题，每次都回发出那个刺耳的声音，这个我们还需要问问技术人员。

这次活动疏漏的一个部分就是颁奖之前主持人应该让评委老师给予现场点评，对我们举办的活动有什么建议。我们网络部做ppt时老师点评这一个环节，可能是彩排是忘了，也可能是主持人当天由于一些原因漏掉这一环节。至于彩排，这次主持人和网络部就合作了一次，后面的彩排就没有跟着ppt去做。以后在彩排时希望相关人员做好沟通交流工做。

总之，本学期的最后一次活动已经完了，而且效果也不是很差，挺满意的。希望英俱以后更辉煌，加油！

这个实习过程暴漏了单词量不够 ，这点对我来说影响很大， 比如经常会遇到一些单词 ，感觉见过但有不知道具体是什么意思只有浪费了很多时间。通过这次实践在以 后顶顶会注意多积累增加单词记忆量。 2. 对句子的分析能力不足,包括具子成分以及语法的欠缺导致了在翻译中的困难并且犯错。英语句子成分只是英语语法中的一小部分,而且平时的考试也不会考, 以前并没有注意到这一点。3. 我在速度方面的不足。在这儿我主要谈的是打印时的翻译速度因为看电子版本，首先是费眼睛时间长了眼睛会很花，所以会感到比较的疲劳总是不能坚持下去。其次，是我本身对电脑键盘的熟练程度还不够经常会打错字。不过在以后的学习 和工作中我会不断提高自己在这方面的能力把自己的翻译速度尽最大努力提上来。

这次的翻译实习对我来说是次绝佳的挑战。经过这次的学习后我发现自己的心静了很多，所以，什么都是一步一步来的，习惯和心态也是慢慢培养训练出来的。认真和努力了这就已经足够了。在以后的学习和工作中，我要有一个良好的心态，不刻意追求事情的完美 一直加油努力就好。 不管最后的结果怎样 我都会坦然去面对。 最后对魏老师和张老师对我的帮助以及指导我要深表感谢。总之一句话这次翻译让我收益匪浅，一定会对以后的道路会有所帮助。
