Bajiaozhai scenic spot is located at the southernmost end of LangshanMountain on the border of Hunan and Guangxi, with an altitude of 818 meters. Itis composed of bajiaozhai, baimianzhai and Tianshengqiao. It is named after theeight peaks on the top of the mountain, which are connected with each other ashorns, like an octagonal lotus.

"Tianshengqiao", known as "the first bridge in Asia", is a unique naturallandscape in Danxia landform. The bridge is 64M long, 14m wide, 20m high and 5mthick. The whole bridge is semi-circular arch, like artificial masonry,magnificent, amazing. There is a sarcophagus under the bridge, the bottom coveris separated, lifelike, especially like a thousand year old antique. A smallstream flows around the bridge. The water is clear and blue, so it has thereputation of "green stream".

"Baimianzhai" is named for its silver gray rocks, white flowers and whitewaves. The mountain of the village is strong and dangerous. The stone gate ofthe village stands close to the gate. Only one person can get in and out of thevillage. Its really "one man is in charge of the gate, and ten thousand peoplecant open it.". Huge stones stand up in the village, and there are thousands ofscenes. This is not only the ancient castle of Yang Zaixing, Shi Dakai, Leizaihao, Li Shide and other famous generals and uprising leaders, but also thesite of the Neolithic period.

To climb the Bajiao village, you have to walk 1708 steps and three gates,namely xiangmen, Longmen and Zhaimen. The first one that leaped into the eye wasan elephant. There are more than 20 scenic spots,including Yuxian bridge, Shiba Luohan, Yanzi village, Douli village, yixiantian,lovers Valley, ghost Valley, chili peak, Longkou Chaoyang, Jiujiu TIANTI,lingjianpai and candle peak.

四、工作时间和休息休假

第五条 甲方安排乙方执行 工时制。

(一)实行标准工时工作制的，乙方每日工作时间不超过八小时，每周不超过四十小时。

(二)实行综合计算工时工作制和不定时工作制。甲方对乙方实行相对集中工作、集中休息、轮休调休、弹性工作等方式，但须保证乙方的休息休假权利。

五、劳动保护和劳动条件

第六条 甲方必须建立和健全劳动安全卫生制度，严格执行国家劳动安全卫生规程和标准，为乙方提供符合国家规定的劳动安全卫生条件和必要的劳动保护用品。

第七条 乙方必须严格遵守旅游法规、规章、制度和操作规程。

六、社会保险

九、经济补偿与赔偿

回顾20xx年，是极不平凡的一年，也是充满希望、迎接挑战的一年。今年1月16日，吴中太湖旅游区正式荣膺“国家5A级旅游景区”，6月22日，苏州太湖 游客中心正式投入运营。作为太旅的第一代导游员，我更有责任、更有义务为“全面走进太湖时代”、迎接“吴中明天更美好”而奉献青春。

来到太旅，来到导游部。我就秉持“干一行，爱一行”的原则努力适应新环境、新变化，坚决服从领导安排，和同事间建立友谊，通过实地踩点学习景点知识，并在实 践带团中不断摸索如何提高服务水平。在这里，作为90后的我，正以崭新的面貌，谦逊的姿态，迎接八方来宾，服务地方旅游业。

二、敢于迎接挑战，争做政务导游员

自7月工作以来，我带团21个，(担当全陪导游2次，地陪导游19次)计24个工作日。其中政府类接待团3个，旅行社老总踩线团6个。热情的介绍，周到的服务让游客印象深刻。

游客中心接待方面，43批次客人中，包括俞书记、金区长在内的政府类接待14次，兄弟单位以及旅行社老总参观团9次。我不断推陈出新，整理完善游客中心讲解词，以“接的不同人，说不同的话”为标准，渐而讲解得到了领导的悉心指导与高度肯定。

三、勇于担责扛担，配合组长工作

8 月份，我参加的景区公司组织的竞聘。虽然意料之中的落选，然而领导的肯定让我更添足了动力，鼓足了干劲。我配合部门组长工作，尽力分担部门工作。而后，同 城网服务台交由我负责，主动联系，积极工作，得到了双方领导的高度好评。今年10月，太湖绿V站在我们游客中心正式运行。作为吴中区团代表，我有幸成为了 这里的一名青年志愿者，并负责起上下沟通、内外联络和日常性工作。爱心义卖、旅游咨询、景点宣传，都收到了一定成效。今年12月，太湖绿V站被团区委授予 “优秀志愿者组织”，本人也被授予“吴中区生态环保志愿者之星”称号，还被团区委推荐为“苏州市优秀青年志愿者”荣誉候选人。

四、乐于参加活动，提升综合素养

我 乐于参加各类活动和比赛，我认为这不仅能丰富自己的阅历，也能提高个人的素养。自工作以来，我先后参加了区志愿者培训、集团DIY讲师培训以及集团勤廉书 画展等活动，开拓了视野，陶冶了情操。同时积极参加公司组织的各类比赛，如景区公司导游员大赛，景区公司主持人大赛等，均荣获“第一名”的好成绩。在刚刚 结束的吴中区讲解员大赛上，我一举夺得“金奖”，为公司赢得了荣誉。

五、勤于学习思考，不断夯实基础

我极富求知欲，因为这不仅是个人所求，更是业务需要。不充电的导游绝非好导游，不热爱学习的导游也无法更优秀。因此，我通过利用业余时间读书解疑，活学活用，并实地考察，虚心学习，以提高自身素养和知识储备量，以此为游客提供文化讲解，做出文化大餐。

当 然学是无止境的，服务亦如此。前些日，我与单位正式签订了合同，我非常欣喜，非常感动。但冷静之余，也有种种反思。反思自己在讲解过程中是否因地制宜，因 人而异?与优秀导游间的差距在哪里?反思自己在服务中还需完善那些方面?明年是否能做到让所有的客人高兴、满意?确实，个人有待提高的太多太多，无论知识 储备、个人素养还是服务技能。我愿努力奋斗，不懈怠，不动摇，与太旅共同发展，再创佳绩!

2017导游暑假实习报告

一片叶子属于一个季节，年轻的我们拥有绚丽的青春年华。谁说意气风发，我们年少轻狂，经受不住暴雨的洗礼?谁说象牙塔里的我们两耳不闻窗外事，一心只读圣贤书?走出校园，踏上社会，我们书写了一份满意的答卷……

刚开始进入社会时，进入导游这个角色时就知道导游很累，得吃苦，但是没有想多少，毅然决定去参加实习，因为只有实习了才能检验出我是否合适这个角色，才可以检验两年的学习是否真正学进脑子里……带着这些渴望我进入了导游的前期培训。

刚开始的时候，真的很兴奋，什么都不知道，什么都想学。但是有一点是我们新导游必须要克服的那就是讲导游词时不要那么死板而是像在说话，刚开始为了说好一遍导游词经常在底下说十遍不止，为的就是第二天在社里有个出色的表现。但是虽然练了好多遍但是底下练得时候是一两个观众，到了社里就是十来个观众而且都是什么都知道的导游所以有时会很紧张，讲的不好……但是随着时间的前进，我们都少都有了些进步。慢慢的成长起来……这样有半个多月吧，导游词都熟练的说下来啦，紧接着就是实践理论的时候啦…… 要想上车当导游，光会导游词还是不够的必须有实际操作能力，而这种能力也不是天生就有的，所以要锻炼。

而这种锻炼方式就是跟团……跟老导游的团，看他们是如何实际操作的，如何和全陪，司机和客人沟通、协调的。开始跟团时感觉很轻松，因为只需要用眼睛看就行了，不用操太大的心。其实在这次跟团当中我还有个最重要的任务那就是认路，从小我的方向感就不强，因此当导游对于我来说是个巨大的挑战。可是既然我选择了，就会努力的做到最好。在学校我们可以随便说话，我们可以不太需要为自己的话负责任，即使出了什么问题我们也只不过被同学老师师兄姐批评一顿，我们终究不太需要为自己的行为和语言负上太大的责任，可是当你出来工作的时候，你就得为自己一言一语负上全部的责任，你不可以胡言乱语，你不可敷衍了事，因为可能就因为自己的一句含糊不清的话而导致客人或公司有什么损失!

我们在讲每一句话的时候都要清楚这句话的准确度，不能随口而出，我们必须为自己的话负上所有的责任，没有人会为你的错误负责人，你自己也不可能让他人为自己承担责任!这是我们学姐在跟团中给我说的，的确我们要学的还有很多。跟了五个团不仅领会这些话的含义还学会了每个景点该如何买票，该如何带客人进入景区，按什么路线进行讲解，时间上的安排……在与全陪接触时应该说什么不应该说什么……真的学到了许多……但是自己上团以后才发现之前跟团所学的只是导游的皮毛而已，我还没学到里面的精华……可以说跟团只是一个小小的开始…… 接下来就是带团拉，这时就是独立带团啦，身边不会再有人帮忙啦，什么事都需要自己去解决，什么事都要亲力亲为。我的第一团印象非常的深刻，那是一个十二人的团队，都是医生和护士，自从带了他们以后，我对医生和护士就特别的敏感，每次听说是医生和护士，心里难免咯噔一下……这就是所谓的后遗症吧。虽然是十二个人，但是他们的车是"房车"(就是那种卧铺车)场面相当壮观。

由于我是第一独立带团，还是把握不好讲导游词的时间的安排，而且还有点紧张，在说的时候出了点错，由于在车上边讲边指路，这个对于我来说好困难啊，因为外地司机不认路，一稍不留神就可能走过……印象非常深，回想起来觉着自己好失败啊……但是还是顺利的带了下来……回家后，总结了这次失败的原因就开始带第二个团了。第二个团是教师团，以往的导游最害怕带教师团，可是这一暑假我搜都觉着教师团很好带，只要真心对他们，尊敬他们，他们那就会对你导游很好……第二个团相对很好带，因为是a、b、c车，只要第一个车安排，我们后边的听令就可以啦。一路走下来，带的相当顺利……很开心认识了他们，而且和带他们的全陪成了好朋友，从中也学会啦，和全陪处理好关系，他也会在出事时帮你说话。紧接着就是第三个，第四个……第十四个……

在这个过程中说不苦、不累、不心酸是假的。大家都应该听说过一句话评价导游：起的比鸡早，吃的比猪差。也许大家都不信，因为大家只看到导游是个挣钱的饭碗却不知道其中的辛苦。北戴河这个地方一到暑期房间很短缺而我们本地导游只能回家住，虽然说回家住很好但是大家想一想啊如果大家六点起床，那么我们导游是不是该五点起床啊。现实就是这样的，即使我们这么说还是有人不理解的。我们这批实习的同学一见面总会说：呀!你怎么瘦成这样啦……是啊!我们怎么都瘦了呢???这是因为在你们吃饭时，我们还忙着为你们招呼饭菜，你们吃上饭菜了我们还没吃，该我们吃了你们也快吃完了……导游谁说不辛苦都是假的，只有在发工资时我们才可以欣慰一下，这苦没有白。心酸，难免不会有，像我们这样的新导游有时就会被老全陪们欺负。好多同学都在此实习中落过泪……

如果辛苦，心酸我们都体验过啦但是经验没有学到经验那么我们是不是也太失败啦。我坚持实习完啦，经受住了这个社会的暴雨洗礼，我可以骄傲的对自己说我成功了，我克服了自身的许多弱点……我在努力的变得完美。以前的自己性格是大大咧咧的，什么事都要拖到最后才会去想解决方案，可是当导游就不一样啦，必须事事都提前考虑，要相当的细心，总以为那些小的细节，无关紧要，没有关系，可是却如此重要。一个小数字就会影响到公司的利益，一个小小的细节就会让客人对你改变不同的看法。细心是当导游必备的。

在这次实习中还遇到了许多问题，我想大家和我遇到的一样，首先就是时间问题，是啊!如果你时间强调的不够，客人会不按时回来，那样就会直接影响接下来的行程。这也是我们导游最为头疼的事。有时往往我们强调了很多遍，那些客人也一意孤行，即使我们说了如果时间到了你们还不回来，我们就不等找我们导游的事啊。真的好麻烦……

还有的就是在带团中你总会遇到几个不讲理的客人，什么都不懂却还一直装的很明白，跟他解释了吧，不理解就算了，有时还说出那些让人恼怒的话。的确，我们都是长在温室的花朵，没有受到过任何难听的话，就是父母也不会对自己大声讲话，可是在外面竟然听到这样的话。而我呢，刚开始我也受不了，很生气，但是我忍了下来。因为我是导游，他没素质我不能没有。如果有下次呢，我直接忽视不理就当没有听见，这样我竟然不生气啦，心情也好了。有时呢，我不仅不生气，我还要对他更好，让他之前对我说的话后悔、内疚去。这样呐，你就不会被这些客人的话生气了，如果这样生气下去还不得气死啊。

这些事是和客人之间的沟通还有的就是和司机、全陪之间的沟通。其实呐和司机是很好沟通的，每次指路时不要死板的喊人家师傅可以叫他哥，他会觉着你好亲切的，也很高兴和你配合。对于全陪，做事之前和他商量商量。稍微重视一下他，他有了被尊敬的感觉也会站在你这边的。全陪和司机搞定了，在带团中你也会轻松不少。这是我一小小心得。

团顺利带下来了，不仅你心情好了还有可能结交许多朋友。都说当导游是一个很锻炼人的工作。因为你要接触不同的人，遇见不同的问题，解决不同的事故。虽然暑期快接近尾声了，但是这一次经历可以说是我们人生一笔宝贵的财富，一次永远不会忘记的经历。

一、 明确使命，为游客着想

刘艳红老师-《旅游危机管理》中讲到，导游要一切以游客安全为中心，强化导游自我管理和旅游团队管理，真诚对待每一位游客。导游即引导游览，让游客感受山水之美，并且在这个过程中给予游客食、宿、行等各方面帮助，并解决旅游途中可能出现问题的人。导游的好坏直接关系着旅行社的利益和信誉，维护旅游社的信誉是每一个导游义不容辞义务，但是，当你维护游社的信誉同时也要维护好游客的权益，只有你为游客利益着想时，为游客制造快乐，当客人意见不统一或遇到不测问题时，客人也会尊重和理解你和旅游社。

记得有次带团去，我是第一次去哪里，对那里具体情况不是很熟悉，到哪里后我没有想到山里羊肉那么贵，只是知道那里羊肉好吃，还比较有特点，在路上就给客人介绍那里怎么好玩，饭菜怎么好吃等等，可是到了那里不是这么回事，比我想象的差远了，怎么办呢?我不能让游客扫兴而回吧，我通过一些小游戏引导他们，让他们参观牧民家里并介绍牧民生活习惯和风土人情让他们对牧民有所了解，知道山区里的牧民生活艰辛，这里许多东西运到山里都是很不容易，尤其是蔬菜日用品等等。

后来我的客人体谅牧民生活，吃的东西贵点也觉得还是可以接受的，也就没有计较那么多，度过开心的一天。因为他们知道我对他们是真诚的，真心的让他们在旅游中得到快乐，所以才配合我的工作为我着想。从此我得出导游工作是和人打交道的行业，要想和人打好交道，就必须了解每一位游客此行目的，每一位游客的性格爱好，采用不同办法对待，把游客集体利益和圆满完成带团任务放在首位。做到时刻鼓动游客不畏困难艰险，能在气馁时刻使游客面带微笑，能在困难中获得必要的外援，使游客始终对自己充满信心。加强游客的团结与协作精神，才能赢得游客的支持和帮助。不过我认为，最重要的一点还是真诚，把他们当朋友而不是我的客人，以最真最诚去关心他们，照顾他们，你真诚付出就会有回报。

二、 调整心态、充满激情

刘艳红老师-《旅游危机管理》中讲到，几万元钱一个团和几十元钱一个团，对我来讲是没有什么较大区别。要学会换位思考。把他们假想为你的亲人，使很多僵硬关系发生微妙变化，那样你肯定跑前跑后嘘寒问暖，把很多事情简单化，使游客在整个旅游活动过程中始终保持旺盛的精力、高昂的兴致。让他们觉得不虚此行，让他们留下难忘的印象。如果心态没有调整好，就会失去了激情，对客人的宣传不够，就会使他们在游玩中拾获不到快乐。导游从接到游客开始，就和他们产生一种契约关系，也就意味着你必须把自己打进这个角色。我们必须把他们快乐高兴，遇到不快乐事尽量自己调整不要影响到游客情绪。这样你才能被他们接受。

要想提高游客满意度，导游自己必须做到;

一)是要讲解生动。要安排多彩的节目、动听的故事和运用感人至深的情感来凭吊古迹文物，要充分考虑游客人身财产安全、旅游心理和个体细致生活服务。

二)是要详细了解旅游全过程的各种情况，掌握及时与旅游团队进行有效沟通的方法。成功地带领、组织和引导团队，需要导游工作团队(全陪、领队、地陪、讲解员等)、司机和旅游者的互相支持，要详细了解旅游过程中的情况，掌握如何将了解到的情况告诉司机、团长和旅游者的渠道和方法，多采取鼓舞、激励等积极的办法引导大家顺利完成旅游活动。

三)是要经常关心游客生活。要与游客打成一片，以自己的实际行动激发游客的旅游热情。要有自知之明，努力克服个人的缺点，充分发挥优点。

三、组织有序，合理控制

实践后的经验告诉我们， 游客注意力往往集中在对新事物的开头， 而不是在末尾。导游员对某一景点的讲解最佳时间控制在 15 分钟之内， 如果天气异常冷热， 那么讲解时间还要缩短。经验丰富的导游时常有这样一个感觉， 在对新的景点讲解或介绍时， 时间过长， 游客的兴趣会大打折扣， 就是在听讲的游客注意力也会下降。由此可见， 导游员的讲解内容一般要以短小精悍为宜， 时间过长只能让游客产生疲劳和厌倦情绪。 那时， 导游员辛勤的劳动只能在游客这种感情中付诸东流。为此， 导游员面对游客进行讲解时， 应当尽可能地简短精练。而内容因人而异。张骏老师-《导游专业，专业课程教学》所指出，导游自己必须做到讲解内容根据客人的层次、兴趣、繁简适度，有计划性的算时间。比如走什么路，多长时间、应讲什么;什么样的客人适合搞什么娱乐活动，选择什么样讲解方法，确定什么样讲解主题，并将客人关心历史人物和事件引入到讲解词内，这样才能提高游客满意度，激发旅游者的游兴，使游客在整个旅游活动过程中始终保持旺盛的精力、高昂的兴致。介绍和讲解时一定要注意和讲究控制， 任何长篇大论和不切实际的做法都不会起到应有的效果。

换言之， 导游员要善于控制讲解的时间， 要尽可能地精练简洁和恰到好处。

四、依依惜别，永远朋友

现在还经常收到游客问候和短信，我还和一些我曾经带过的游客成为朋友和同事。导游职业就是服务行业的极端!日本导游被成为“无名大使”，新加坡导游是“非官方大使”，美国导游叫“祖国的镜子”，我国导游员被称为“民间大使”。正由于导游有着如此高的评价和重要的地位，行程即将结束时，我一定会总结一下整个旅游行程，里面所有的景点都要说到，帮客人回忆一下，以免回去以后他们忘记了。另外再介绍一下他们没去过的地方，希望他们或亲朋好友以后再来。虚心的征求他们的意见和建议，设法让他们说出心中的不满，就算有一点小问题，他们回去也不会再提了。也许某天会在某条街某个路口撞见，一声问候一句轻叹，还是会记得我这张脸孔，我的声音。歌声悠悠，心却也会愁怅，每次的出行，我都会看到自己需要努力的地方很多，也许我不是最优秀的，但我相信我却是最用心的。在今后的导游路上，我要不断地充实自己，扩大旅游知识面，增强语言种类，做好做细每项工作。

各位游客，大家好，我叫，大家叫我x导!在这里，我将为您们介绍我国古代文化的瑰宝，位于北京的故宫博物院。

紫禁城建筑原则是前朝后市，左祖右社。左祖右社就是故宫东南的太庙和西南的社稷坛。前朝就是故宫内上朝行礼的宫殿。以前神武门和景山之间曾经有市场，就是后市。

故宫内部宫殿又分为外朝、内廷，以乾清门广场为界，南边是外朝，举行大典的场所，以三大殿——太和、中和、保和为中心，东面文华殿、西面武英殿为两翼。武英殿清朝多尔衮曾经在此摄政，之后改为修书处，修出的书称为“殿本”。文华殿曾为太子居所，后来文渊阁成为藏书处。北边是内廷，中心是乾清宫、坤宁宫，为帝后寝宫，但清朝皇后不住坤宁宫，坤宁宫用于祭祀和皇帝举行大婚典礼的地方。乾清宫清朝雍正以后不再住人，而是接见大臣、举行内廷典礼、皇帝死后停灵所用。后三宫两边有东西六宫，是嫔妃的住所。乾清宫西面养心殿是雍正以后皇帝的居所，处理政事也在这里。

这是故宫比较靠中间的重要部分，此外还有西路慈宁宫、慈宁花园，太后住处，没有开放，我也不太清楚。外东路宁寿全宫，乾隆准备当太上皇时建的，但没有住过。

现在还有流传以前关于紫禁城建筑时的传说，。据说，当初刘伯温修建北京城皇宫的时候，皇上和他的儿子燕王打算把宫殿修盖得间量多点儿、大点儿，总觉得皇上住的地方应当特别华贵，不然就显不出天子的尊严。这天，皇上正要传旨宣刘伯温，就在这个节骨眼儿上，刘伯温来了。 刘伯温一见皇上就说：“启奏万岁，臣昨天夜里做了一个梦，梦见玉皇大帝把臣召到凌霄殿上对臣说：‘你朝皇帝要修盖皇宫，你告诉他!天宫宝殿是一千间，凡间宫殿万不可超过天宫。你还要告诉他，要请三十六金刚、七十二地煞去保护凡间皇城，才能够风调雨顺国泰民安，你要牢牢记住’。玉皇大帝说完这些话，就扑过来一阵白茫茫的香雾，一下就把臣吓醒啦!” 皇上听了觉着很怪，想了想，就下旨叫刘伯温去监造不到一千间，可还得跟天宫差不多间量的皇宫，并去请金刚、地煞来保护皇官。刘伯温领旨就办去了，这事儿一下子就在北京城传开了，老百姓都等着要看刘伯温怎样修盖皇宫，怎样去请三十六金刚、七十二地煞这些神仙来保护皇宫 过了些日子，刘伯温就把事儿全都办好了。皇上一看那宫殿盖得甭提有多华贵了，间量还真是不到一万间，再看宫院里金光闪闪，好像有神仙镇守。皇上愈看愈高兴，当时传旨，给刘怕温加封晋爵，还赏赐了很多珠宝。外邦听说刘伯温请了天神三十六金刚、七十二地煞保护皇城，也就不敢兴兵作乱了。 后来人们才知道，原来故宫里的宫殿是九百九十九间半;天神三十六金刚就是宫殿门口摆着的三十六口包金大缸;七十二地煞就是故宫里的七十二条地沟。

故宫里面的宏伟建筑代表了我国五千年文化的精髓。标志着我们祖国悠久的文化传统，显示着五百多年前匠师们在建筑上的卓越成就。

现在大家可以自由参观，但我要提醒大家一定要注意保持故宫环境。

在不断的实践当中我也总结了一些经验，也发现了不少问题。我所面临的最大问题就是知识面不够广，有时候客人问我问题的时候，我真的是不知道从何答起，这时，我就会给客人说，对不起，这个我不会，我可以回去查一查。因为我不想用瞎编乱造来糊弄客人。虽然会江郎才尽的感觉，但这也是很多人经常会遇到的问题，导游知识就好比是非文化大超市，要上知天文地理，下知鸡毛蒜皮，如果一个人有一桶水的知识和能力，再去做一杯水的事情，我相信就会做得很出色。在想要达到这个效果之前，我就必须不断的努力，学习，学习，再学习，这样的话，我知识桶里的水就会越来越满了。

导游是一个从事服务的行业，而且很辛苦，当然见识也颇多的，也很锻炼人，这几个月见到了很多的人，可以说是五花八门，城里的，农村的，高学历的，低学历的，有钱的，没钱的，各个行业的人。对我认识社会上的人，了解这个社会，起了很大很大的作用，让我在毕业不久就根深了解了这个社会，这也是我的一个很大的收获!

所以，在20某某年的工作中，我将会更加努力的学习相关的文化知识，书到用时方恨少，我要不断的学习，给自己充电，努力总结20某某年工作的失误和不足，使自己在新的一年里有一个更大的提高，

接下来20某年5月的时候带了一次长韶团，由于这次准备并不是很充分，又加上一些主观和客观的原因使自己对这次带团真的很有挫折感，不过，也让我学习到了怎么处理问题，面临问题时要临危不乱，以下是我带团来的大致小结：

1：熟悉线路：团前准备一定要充分，线路熟记于心，多请教老导游，但也并不能轻信别人的提议，要做到有把握，有依据，才能万无一失。

2：服务工作要热心，细心：特别是旺季，一定要提醒旅游注意事项，方可做到防患于未然，有时一句话就能带来意想不到的效果，如旅游安全问题，游览注意要守时等等，主要防止问题出现的时候游客产生情绪上的不满。导游若在事先有个铺垫，效果就会好很多。

3：注意协调工作，安排好游客的同时，也要妥善处理好客人，司机，地陪旅行社和景区的关系。

4：导游要以不变应万变，出现问题也不能自己先乱了阵脚。导游虽不是万能的，但你的头衔就注定了你必须在客人面前临危不乱，及时果断的处理问题，如发生意外情况也要学会随机应变来妥善处理。

5：书到用时方恨少，导游所知道的知识必须广泛，因此要不断的学习，给自己充电。每次带团回来也要及时的总结教训，积累经验。

6：维护旅行社的信誉同时也要保护好游客的权益，当你为客人利益着想 ， 当客人意见不统一或遇到意外问题时，客人也会尊重和理解你和旅行社的安排。

7：最后，要及时解决客人遗留的问题，导游本身是一个服务行业，不仅仅是满足客人的需求，但不同的人也有不同的心理，你的决定不一定合大众，但一定做到合情合理，客人自然也会给你满意的答复。所以要学会解决不同的问题，不要把问题留到最后。

时间已消逝，的感触心中仍有余悸，我愿把每次大大小小的经历都看成是第一次来认真对待!“路漫漫其修远兮”也许可以回头看看留下的脚印。年轻的我要不断的告诉自己“革命尚未成功，同志仍需努力”!，困难经历了，但经验却留下了。带团总是不可避免要遇到三多(人多车多压力多)，作为导游就要做到三心(多一份细心，多一份小心，多一份诚心)

细心：旅游景点环境杂，作为导游比平常要更多一份细心眼观六路，耳听八方，尽量将客人控制在自己的视力范围内，随时提醒客人归队。

耐心：在游览之前必须将团队的游览之前必须将团队的游览路线，集合时间地点再三强调，以防客人一旦走失可以迅速归队。初到一地大家充满新鲜感会不停“单溜”，这时导游要耐心而迅速的劝客人归队。

诚心：带团随时随地会发生突发事件，导游要用一百分的诚心去解决，事情终会得以化解 。

我付出，我努力!总相信“一份耕耘，一份收获”!在20__年不仅学好导游方面的知识，也慢慢学习计调方面的知识，努力做到最好，希望自己能在旅游业闯出一片属于自己的辉煌。
