三是述职考核不是简单的工作汇报，不是简单的“走马观花”式的述职，我们要通过述职，还要达到建立起运作规范的干部管理组织体系的目的，营造领导干部“在其位、谋其政、司其职”的良好工作秩序。

通过这次述职，可以看出，大家对这项工作都很重视，作了充分的准备，绝大多数同志都在会上作了认真的述职报告，整体效果很好，按照《职员考核办法》，会后，我们的分管经理要对各自分管的部门领导的述职报告签署考核意见，然后反馈给各位中层干部，最后由经理办负责整理存档。今后，公司要按照《工作职掌》的要求，逐步规范述职考核程序，每半年进行一次全面的职员述职考核。

Besides having good academic performance， I was actively involved in student activities. I was in charge of Student Welfare in my class， and in the Student Union of our school. I enjoyed this position because what I did was very important to everybody， although it was mostly small details.

今天，我们在这里召开全矿中层干部年度考核动员会，目的是通过考核，正确评价基层班子及成员一年来的工作成绩，不断提高中层干部政治素质和业务素质，激励党员干部、忠诚敬业创佳绩，诚信服从求进取的精神风貌，进一步把思想和行动统一到振兴千秋伟业上来，刚才对考核工作做了具体安排，刘矿长做了重要讲话，讲的很好，为确保考核效果，做到考核、生产两不误，下面我讲五点要求：

一、要明确考核的目的和意义

这次考核是按照集团公司党委的要求，结合我矿实际进行的，对于全面客观地评价每一个中层干部，完善我矿干部队伍管理体制有着重要的意义。对干部进行考核，是千秋事业发展的客观要求，是每个干部自身发展的内在需求，也是干部队伍改革的必然要求，在于形成干部队伍能上，能下的动态用人机制，进一步推进干部队伍的“四化”建设，努力培养造就一支高素质的干部队伍。

二、要客观、辩证的对待自己和他人

全矿党员干部一定要以求真务实的政绩观严格要求自己，正确客观地对待自己和他人，要辩证地看待熟悉与不熟悉、了解与不了解的关系，考核评价是干部选拔任用的基础，年度考核是坚持党管干部原则的具体体现，通过考核的方式对同志们一年来的工作成绩做一个全面、客观、公正的评价，并为其升降、调整、奖惩、培训提供依据，矿党委希望成绩好的同志不要沾沾自喜，成绩一般的同志也不要背上思想包袱，通过考核深刻剖析找差距，发现优点求进取，这次考核是干部管理中的一项日常工作，希望各位要正确对待。

三、认真准备、迅速行动抓落实

动员会后，要迅速行动抓落实，认真细致做好考核前准备工作，按照考核具体要求，客观真实的对自己一年来的工作做一个总结汇报，要既讲成绩，更要讲自身存在的不足和问题，要深刻对照考核制度，查找缺点，提高认识。

四、抓好安全生产、确保矿区稳定

在积极参加考核工作的同时，要杜绝重考核轻生产、重成绩轻安全的苗头，要对正确处理安全生产与年度考核之间的关系，周密安排工作，落实劳动纪律，保证队伍稳定，加强现场管理，遵守安全规程，确保安全生产，严禁传谣言，破坏管理秩序。人人从我做起维护好来之不易生产形势。

五、做到两个结合，克服两种倾向

两个结合即坚持工作能力和职工评价相结合，平时考核与年度考核相结合，要确保考核结果的全面准确，必须扩大群众参与面，考核方法民-主化，坚持群众在选人、用人上的参与权、选择权。只有在一定规模以上的人群中进行量化测评，其数据才具有科学性，这与干部考核的民-主化是相一致的。

克服两种倾向即克服走过场和随意性倾向，在考核工作中要克服不够严谨规范，走过场对付检查的倾向，具体表现：一是不严格按照考核程序进行，或者只是搞民-主测评，简单地履行一下民-主程序;不认真听取群众意见，只凭自己的主观印象搞内定，最后不负责任地将考核情况上报、对付检查。二是在考核等次的评定上，不是完全以每个干部工作实际为依据来确定，存在着随意性，搀杂个人因素，从而出现你好我好大家好的局面，这样评定考核等次，有失公正，使干部考核失去了争先创优的激励作用。

六、把握五个重点，确保考核质量

一是要明确各部门职责，创造一个自上而下、齐抓共管的工作格局，为考核工作提供强有力的组织保证。
