when a sophomore, i joined the association of ai enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. in 1997, i participated in simulation tool development for the scheduling system in prof. wang’s lab. with the tool of opengl and matlab, i designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. it is now widely used by different research groups in nust. in 1998, i assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for nanjing sewage treatment plant. this was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

in 1999, i joined the distinguished professor yu-geng xis research group aiming at network flow problem solving and heuristic algorithm research. soon i was engaged in the fudan gene database design. my duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format. through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms, i introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- multi-population genetic algorithm. by dividing a whole population into several sub-populations, this improved algorithm can effectively prevent ga from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations. it proved more efficiently than sga in experiments, too. in the second semester, i joined the workshop-scheduling research in shanghai heavy duty tyre plant. the scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. to make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost, i proposed a dynamic layered scheduling method based on hybrid petri nets. the practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale. i also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea. recently, i am doing research in the composite predict of the electrical power system assisted with the technology of data mining for bao steel. i try to combine the decision tree with receding optimization to provide a new solution for the composite predictive problem. this project is now under construction.

发展党员工作是党的建设的一项重要的经常性工作，是加强党的执政能力建设的基础性工程，更是保持党的先进性的源头工程。“十五”期间，我系党总支在院党委的正确领导下，在发展党员的各个环节始终严格遵循“坚持标准，保证质量，改善结构，慎重发展”的十六字方针，创新思路，扎实工作，取得了显著成效。现就“十五”期间我系党总支发展党员工作予以总结。

一、明确职责，高度重视。能按照学院发展党员工作会议的部署和要求，健全和落实发展党员工作领导职责，由党总支书记王尔迁负责，副书记杜全忠协助做好各项工作。结合我系实际，认真研究制定做好发展党员工作的具体措施，并把发展党员工作摆上了议事日程，纳入党建工作责任制。

二、制定计划，认真落实。每年年初制定发展党员工作的年度计划，并且认真落实，完成计划。

一. 带着猎奇心和骄傲进校园，欢悲哀乐开端实习

的确，我是带着满腔猎奇的骄傲的来到玉祁初级中学的。我有什么不骄傲呢?首先，在学校里自已经做了好多的预备;然后，在那么多同窗都想到无锡实习的情况下我能够来;接着，本人是带着对教育事业的热诚而来。一切的这些是我骄傲的，我带着这份骄傲开端了我的实习生活。

前几天的实习任务，除了我感慨这里的教师真的都是铁人以外，我都能够承受。这里的教师每天都要出题、做题、批阅、再出题、再批阅，两头还穿插着一个重要的活动那就是授课。每天半夜他们都没有空歇息，只能在限时锻炼结束后在折叠躺椅上长工夫的小憩一会，然后继续进入任务形态。为了能够进修到更多我也同他们一样没有午休，积极的帮教师批阅卷子，为了进步本人分析和解题能力，每天保持完成限时锻炼的卷子和作业卷子。几乎每天我要批阅一百份显现锻炼的卷子和一百份作业卷子，还有先生的部分纠习题。更个实习时期我共批阅试卷四千多份。

二. 进修的路，我走的磕磕绊绊

我是同行的同窗中很幸运的一个，我的教学晓得教师不只特别的优良，而且对我很照顾。她早早的让我预备讲课，接到标题的那天我好高兴。但是高兴当时很快我得到了今生难忘的教训。

我以为经过考虑与总结本人不会再出错，但是我再次错了。第二次的说课和讲课我又丢人了，课堂氛围不但不好，而且出现了错误。我开端怜悯本人，为什么同样的错误出现了两次并且又有新的错误出现，我刚刚建立起来的自傲又被打击得精光。有那么一刻我不晓得该怎样做，但是那时我除了百折不挠的精神外该当不具有什么了吧!我又重新打起精神，实习没有结束我的进修与锻炼的任务也没有完成。在总结经历后我又站起来了，接上去的说课与讲课开端有了进步。

在经历差错败后任谁也没有理由不当心行事，在以后的课程预备中，我愈加认真，我翻课本网上查材料，主动与教师交换，课前处理好每一个环节。经当时面的总结经历我在授课与讲课上都有了不小的进步，在教师说我有进步时我高兴的不得了，虽然我不能像我的指导教师那样优良，但是我的课堂不再是我一个人的课堂了，而是我和先生单独参与到其中，这正是我要到达的目标。并且我克制了本人声响小的成绩，我用竭力气的讲解着每一个成绩，当下课时我晓得本人真的进步了，心中的高兴是无法用言语描述的，那一天我高兴的不得了。同时我晓得我不该当沉醉在这种沾沾自喜中，该当继续努力，经过调整继续我的实习任务，并且在实习中真正的学到了许多东西。

中文师范生实习报告(二)

教育实习是师范院校教育教学工作的重要组成部分，是加强教育教学实践性，培养合格师资的一个必不可少的重要环节，是学生理论联系实际，提高综合素质，成为合格人民教师的基础。对于我们促进了解中学教育，巩固专业教育思想，培养教育教学工作的实践能力和创新精神具有重要作用。为此，我们西北师范大学赴陇西二中实习小组从九月十二号到十月十九号进行了为期一个月的教育和教学实习，现将实习情况总结如下：

基本情况

一.实习小组及指导老师的安排

本次我们西北师范大学第48届赴陇西二中实习小组采用混合编队的形式，其小组基本情况如下：

全组总共30人，其中：文学院汉语言文学专业15人，男9人女6人;数信学院教育专业10人，男8人女2人;地环学院地理科学教育专业3人，男1人女2人;化工学院化学教育专业2人，男2人。

陇西二中给我们实习学生安排的代课指导老师和实习班主任指导老师情况见下表：(略)

二.教学实习

教学实习内容主要包括教学见习，教学实习两个方面。具体情况如下：

1.见习阶段：

时间：20xx年9月12-20xx年9月16。

内容：这段时间重点了解学校，学校领导叶介绍了相关的资料，了解了陇西二中的基本情况，与指导教师见面并进行了沟通交流，班主任指导教师给学生介绍实习学生，与所代班级的学会见面，跟随指导老师听课，了解和熟悉指导教师的授课风格和方式以及学生的基本情况，然后进行备课，指导教师对所写教案进行批改，提出改进意见。

心得：在见习过程中我们听学校领导介绍了学校的基本情况以及学校在管理，科研方面的经验和特色，同时也安排了最优秀的老师来指导我们的教育实习，在这一过程当中我们听取了优秀教师的教学经验介绍，也领会了各位指导教师的授课风采，受益颇深。听取了指导教师介绍实习班级的学生思想学习等情况，大致了解了实习班级学生的学习情况，并通过听课熟悉了教学环节和教学方法等，这一过程的准备为我们的正式教学打下了良好的基础。

2.实习阶段：

时间：20xx年9月17-20xx年10月19

内容：备课，进行课堂教学，听实习同学的课并进行集体评议，晚自习辅导，课后个别同学的辅导，作业批改与讲评，考试与进行阅卷工作，考试分析，进行学习总结等。

心得：实习过程中在指导老师悉心的指导和帮助下我们全体实习学生认真细致的钻研各学科的课程标准与教材，熟悉教学内容，明确课程的重难点，进一步了解学生原有的知识技能水平，学习兴趣，方法和习惯等方面的情况。在此基础上确定每节的教学目标，重难点以及所准备采用的教学方法和手段，尽量避免教学方法的陈旧，大多数同学采用参与式教学方法，教学过程的具体安排并考虑教具的选用和制作，练习的内容和方式，板书的设计，布置作业，认真写好教案向指导汇报并征求意见，为上课做好一切准备。

在具体的教学实践中，我们根据教材和教案的要求，努力贯彻教学原则，结合学生的年龄和实际水平，上好每一节课。在教学实践中，我们认识到：

1.课前一定要进行扎实的备课和精心的准备，这样上课才会得心应手有条有理。

2.课堂上要注意教学秩序和教学效率。如果课堂纪律很乱，将会直接导致学生接受效率不成，影响最重的教学成绩。

3.上课时，态度要从容大方镇静，采用恰当的姿态语言帮助说话，从而使教者更加具有激情，调动课堂的气氛，使学生在快乐的轻松的氛围中学习。

4.注意运用启发式教学和巩固性原则，在教学的过程中，启发和引导学生去探究和思索，从而完成本节课的教学任务和教学目标，而不是“注入式”和“填鸭式”的传统教学方法。

在课后，我们主动，虚心地征求指导教师的意见以及带队老师听完课后的一些意见和建议，并重视学生的信息反馈，认真地做好自我分析，评议和总结，对指导教师和带队老师提出的意见进行改进，为下一节课做好准备。

在每一节课后，都精心选择分量适当，难度适中，并着眼于巩固学生知识培养技能，尤应注意发展学生的智力和创造才能的作业布置给学生，对布置的作业及时进行检查，认真批改并分析研究学生完成本次作业的优缺点，在晚自习的时候进行作业讲评。批改作业给学生写评语，要持慎重的态度，注意保护学生的积极性。由于在这段实习期间陇西二中进行了全校第一次月考，我们也参加了阅卷工作，随后进行了试卷讲评和考试总结等教学工作，从各个方面进行了全面的体会。

三.教育实习即班主任管理的基本情况

在整个实习过程中，我们认真听取原班主任介绍班主任工作在学校工作中的地位，作用和重要意义，并尽快熟悉班主任的具体职责，掌握班主任工作的基本内容和特点，学习运用教育理论指导班主任工作的科学方式方法，培养热爱学生，为人师表的职业道德素养和独立从事班主任工作的能力。认真学习原班主任的工作方法和经验，听取了有关班级情况的介绍，了解了本学期班主任工作计划，查阅了有关学生的学籍资料，了解学生身体健康和身心发展状况，德智体德基本表现情况，班级德传统和作风倾向，干部情况，发展趋势和当前突出德矛盾等，为我们德班级管理实习做好准备。

班主任管理实习的具体内容：

1.日常秩序的维持。

我们在原班主任的指导下，配合原班主任做好每天的班级秩序维持，并利用各种机会深入到学生中去，发现问题，及时教育。诸如每天早上6：20到教室检查学生的到校情况，早晚自习的辅导，空堂课等活动，指导编黑板报，进行体育活动，组织运动会的报名，检查教师日志，批改学生周记，对学生进行重点了解情况等。

2.主题班会的展开。

我们精心选择并确定积极健康向上，富有针对性和教育意义的主题班会，从安全，纪律，卫生，理想等方面做到形式多样，生动活泼。如进行的班级干部的推选，班委的组建，安全教育，理想教育，月考动员会和总结会等。在班会后及时收集信息反馈,认真总结，扩大教育效果。

3.个别学生的教育工作。

我们有选择的选出1-3名学生进行较具体的了解和研究，通过个别谈话或进行家访等，详细了解其学习情况，思想特点，健康状况，行为习性，心理特征等，有针对性的进行教育和帮助。

4.班级组织活动的开展。

我们精心设计和组织了有意义的班级活动，如高一(6)班和高一(10)班的篮球友谊赛，高一(8)的中秋月明主题诗歌朗诵活动等。组织学生积极参与，以丰富学生的课外活动。培养学生的集体团结意识和协作能力等。

通过班级管理实习我们认识到班主任要经常与班里的学生进行交流沟通，深入到学生当中去，做学生的朋友，了解他们的心理和思想特征以及学习中的详细情况，帮助学生进步。

四.教育调查活动的开展

教育(社会)调查活动也是教育实习的一个重要组成部分，我们对当地的教育发展情况，学生的心理问题等多个方面展开调查并取得了不错的成绩。

调查活动内容：我们为了将调查工作做扎实，在调查开展之前，搜寻相关的信息和资料，为调查活动的展开做了充分的准备，为了做好调研工作，我们写出了合理的重点突出而切合实际的调查提纲，部分采用问卷的形式，也有个别采用的是提要式。在正式调查阶段，我们采用事实调查和征询意见调查相结合，综合调查与专题调查相结合的办法，获得大量的数据和情况等一手资料。最后我们在研究材料的基础上，展开教育调查报告的撰写。例如《陇西县山区中小学教育现状调查分析》，《中学生心理问题调查研究》，《陇西二中寄宿生寄宿情况调查分析》等。

体会：俗话说：“巧妇难为无米之炊”，没有丰富的材料就写步出好的调查报告，调查活动和调查报告能够给我们提供经验，反映情况。根据这些情况我们认识到了基础教育所存在的问题，这些问题和经验对我们在实际教学中和班主任工作中有很大的帮助和启发。

成绩与不足

将近四十天的教育教学和班级管理实习，我们全体实习生严格按照《西北师范大学实习生管理条例》和教育实习大纲的要求，并严格执行陇西二中相关的教学制度，认真听取指导老师的建议，在三十多天的时间里，我们的教学方法有了明显的改进，教学经验有了明显的提高，也获得了很多从书本上无法学到的东西，迈出了走向工作岗位的第一步，从教学工作以及所取得的成绩，班主任工作纪律等各方面来说，这次教育实习是成功的，受到陇西二中全体师生的高度赞扬和评价。

这次教育实习给我们的收获很大。我们初步掌握了从事教育教学工作的基本技能，学会了对学生进行思想教育的方法和手段，也深深体会了做一名光荣的人民教师尤其是从事中学教育的一线教师的艰辛和不易，深感肩上的责任重大，对教师这一神圣的职业有了更深刻的理解和认识，体验到了教师的苦乐酸甜，为我们以后的教师之路打下了坚实的基础。

同时，我们仍从在一些问题和不足。如课前准备不足，教材内容的熟练程度不够，理解不够透彻，教学效果不是很理想;也存在专业知识功底不够扎实，教学技巧运用不够熟练等问题，需要进一步改进。

金佛山位于重庆南部南川区境内，属大娄山山脉，金佛山又名金山，古称九递山，由金佛、箐坝、柏枝山108峰组成。总面积1300平方公里，风景区规划面积441平方公里，保护区面积522平方公里。主峰风吹岭海拔2251米，是大娄山脉最高峰，金佛山就如高昂的龙头雄踞在这条山系的北端。金佛山素为蜀中四大名山之一而闻名遐迩。“金佛何崔嵬，飘渺云霞间”是对它最美好的写照。每当夏秋晚晴，落日斜晖把层层山崖映染得金壁辉煌，如一尊尊金身大佛闪射出万道霞光，异常壮观而美丽，“金佛山”也因此而得名。金佛山属典型的喀斯特地质地貌，由于特殊的地理位置和气候条件，在古老的时代，缓冲了第四纪冰川的袭击。较为完整地保持了古老而又不同地质年代的原始自然生态，融山、水、石、林、泉、洞为一体，集雄、奇、幽、险、秀于一身，被国内外专家评定为极有开发价值的自然风景区。它以其独特的自然风貌，品种繁多的珍稀动植物，雄险怪奇的岩体造型，神秘而幽深的洞宫地府，变幻莫测的气象景观和珍贵的文物古迹而荣列国家重点风景名胜区和国家森林公园。

金佛山山势雄奇秀丽，景色深秀迷人。峰谷绵延数十条大小山脉，屹立100多座峭峻峰峦。狮子口、甄子山、指拇山、猴儿山、香炉山，天工玉成，惟妙惟肖;桥河坝、龙骨溪、八渡水、两河口、大垭口等深沟峡谷“一线天”，雄险奇绝;还有高耸屹立的鹰嘴岩、转转岩、穿鼻石、千佛岩、观音岩;还有形态栩栩如生的石林、石笋、飞来石、金鸡石、佛头石……

金佛山的天然溶洞星落棋布，以位于机身睡佛肚脐上的古佛洞最为著名，雄大幽深，洞中有山、有河、有坝，洞中有洞，层层交错;有钟乳倒垂，形态怪诞的烟云洞、大宝洞、黑风洞;还有传说七仙女坝留下的仙女洞;还有直下千尺，幽深险怪的金佛洞;还有老龙洞、明佛洞、桃源洞……故清嘉庆十一年，学者周伯寅在《前游金佛山祀》中写道：“奇则有蛟龙之宫，有仙圣之馆，有木石羽毛之异，有风雪雷雨之灵，而唯其险也，则往往为人迹所不能到此”。

金佛山气象及水体景观 金佛山风景秀丽、气候宜人，属亚热带湿润季风气候，具有冬短、春早、夏长，雨热同季、气候垂直变化明显的特点。炎热的夏季，南川城区常年平均气温为26。C左右，重庆市为28。C，而金佛山只有17。C左右。常年年均降雨量1400毫米，雨量主要集中在夏季。常年霜日26天，雾日260天左右。相对湿度年均90%。降雪一般从11月中旬至第二年3月。由于特殊的气候条件，时而云雾走、骤至，云海波涛翻滚，时而雨过天晴，云、雨、霞、雾、雪、风形成了独特美丽的奇光异彩气象景观，如金佛晚霞、白雾晴岚、柏枝红雨、金山残雪、金山云海、龙女抛珠……充沛的雨量，形成了许多优美的水体景观，著名的有常年水量恒定的“一碗水”，和闻声即断的石种泉，以及飞流直下三千尺的龙岩飞瀑、水花岩瀑、三层瀑。似银河落九天，宛如缕缕飘带争放异彩。山青水秀，溪流纵横;小桥流水，倩影波光。有著名的出现在同一水体断面上的冷、温、烫三泉。
