要知道自己是否能胜任这份工作，关键在于你自己对待工作的态度。态度对了，即使自己以前没有学过的专业知识，也是可以在工作中逐渐掌握的。态度不好，就算自己有基础也不可能吧工作做好的。比如我刚到一些岗位工作，根本不清楚该做些什么，并且这和我在学校读的专业并没有太大的联系，刚开始我觉得很头疼，可是经过工作中不断的学习，多看别人怎么做，多听别人怎么说，多想自己又该怎么去做，然后自己亲自动手实践。终于在短短几天对工作有了系统的认知，慢慢的自己也可以完成相关的工作了，这光靠嘴巴说是不行的。所以我今后干什么都要端正自己的态度，才能把事请干到最好。

2.少埋怨

在条件艰苦的地方实习，也许有的人会觉得这里不好、哪里不好的，同事的相处工作也不如愿，经常埋怨，这样只会影响自己的工作情绪。不但做不好工作，还增加自己的压力。所以，我们应该少埋怨，要看到好的一面，对存在的问题应该想办法去解决而不是去埋怨，这样才能保持工作的激情

新的一个学期款款地走来，为了更好地完成新学期的教学任务，使工作更有成效，特制定本教学计划。

本学期根据教材大纲的指导我班教师结合本班幼儿年龄特点及学习感受，把语言领域的培养定为本学期的重点培养方向。

培养重点是以从词汇入手逐步递进使幼儿能够正确的掌握量词、形容词、反义词，并在日常的生活中完整的对事物、情感进行表述。

为了更加系统的促进大班幼儿语言领域的发展制定计划如下：

九月份：1、幼儿倾听习惯的培养。

2、使幼儿养成读书的好习惯。

3、喜欢与他人交往。

4、学会初步理解幼儿文学作品。

十月份：1、词汇：幼儿学习形容词、量词，大班组以海报的形式将形容词、量词公布出去，与家长形成互动，为幼儿创造良好的语言环境，使幼儿能够更加准确的使用形容词、量词，丰富幼儿的词汇量。

2、开展“词的扩散”练习，即在学习及日常活动中以一个词为扩散点做组词造句的训练，如“火”——“火车”“火箭”引导幼儿说出更多的带有“火”字的词。并逐步向完整的句子过渡“爸爸带我去看火车展览”。

十一月份：1、在本月进行的家长开放日的活动中对语言领域的培养内容进行展示。

2、学习相反词。

3、“视态训练”说话法

由：单一的动作→分步表述→完整连续表述。

十二月份：1、在幼儿完整表述的基础上能够创造性的使用词汇并对身边的事物进行描述。

2、开展幼儿谜语大赛，把幼儿原创的谜语写在彩纸上制作成灯谜的形式，请幼儿家长猜一猜。

以上是9~12月份大班组的月计划，在此基础上在幼儿的一日生活中还渗透以下环节：

1、 报菜谱：幼儿根据幼儿园当天的食谱在三餐的时候进行播报，即培养了幼儿不挑食的好习惯，又有意识的促进家长对幼儿园伙食情况的了解。

2、 娃娃报新闻：可采用读报、说报、剪报的形式让幼儿同家长把要播报的新闻整理出来拿到幼儿园进行播报。

3、 天气预报员：幼儿可通过收看天气预报的形式，纪录下第二天的天气情况，并为其他幼儿进行播报。

上述是大班语言领域的发展计划，大班组将严格按照计划对幼儿进行培养，但在具体实施的阶段如发现不足随时进行调整，以便对使幼儿语言领域得到更好的发展。
