一、保育员见习

这是首周的任务，目的是熟悉实习园所，班级的基本情况，接受指导老师的点拔，在做好保育员工作的同时，了解班级基本情况，跟幼儿接触，沟通，建立良好关系的同时，对各个幼儿特点有了初步了解。另外，在指导教师的帮助下，熟悉班级授课方式，教学计划后，写出自己详细而完整的教案，跟指导老师沟通并确认后，正式授课。在此期间，我不仅了解并做好保育员的工作，还自己独立完成了对班级环境的创设，并得到了老师和领导的一致好评。

二、教师实习

这是第2-4周的任务。我实习的园所属于农村，她们的教学观念跟城市不太一样，她们更重视的是对幼儿知识的培养，一般的艺术类课几乎都不接触，导致幼儿学习无积极性，经常不愿来园。考虑到这点，我在和指导老师的协商后，用自己的一套方式对他们进行授课，或舞蹈，或音乐，或利用电脑，或讲故事，或游戏等多种方式进行，在让他们学到知识的同时，吸引了他们的注意力，同时也提高了幼儿的出勤率。当然，我的每次授课前后都会跟指导老师详谈，找出优势和不足，以便下次做的更好。

一个月的实习让我得到了一次全面而系统的锻炼，学到了许多书本上没有的知识和技能，有机会将理论与实践有机结合，受益匪浅。在看到优点之余，我还存在着一些不足，主要是上课状态不稳定，起伏较大，时而出现紧张，表达受挫，声音不够洪亮等情况;今后定必认真总结，及时反思，多向别人学习，使自己不断进步，日渐完善，同时紧记“不论遇到什么困难，不要对自己失去信心”这个道理，逐渐走向成熟。

我来自于广西幼师学院，面临毕业到来的时候，我在本市的一所幼儿园实习了一个月的时间。时间虽然很简短，可是收获却甚多，心中萌生了许多感触。

在这一个月里，从老师们身上，我看到了为人师表散发出的耀眼光芒，给了我实习生活带很多启发性的思维。在校时总会以为当一位幼儿老师肯定很好玩，很轻松，但来到这里我改变了这个想法，每次上完一堂课我都有深的感触：想要当好一名好的幼师真的不是件容易的事!

看着带课老师给孩子门上课，我认真的学习她的上课方式和管理课堂纪律的方法。即使这样，我还是遇到了很多在校期间没有学过的，毕竟试教和正式的时候的心态是不一样的。听课了之后我开始讲课，孩子们还是如我想象中一样，乱成一团，根本不听我讲课，后来我用小组比赛来管他们的纪律，这样不但可以培养他们的团队精神。还可以为课堂带来一些活力。慢慢发现，孩子们开始接受我喜欢我，这是让我最高兴的一件事了。我才发现，原来对待孩子真的是要非常的用心，给他们多一点的关爱，他们自然就会喜欢你。

组织了幼儿园艺术节，我带着班里的小朋友们安排节目，虽然我在实习期间很忙碌，但感觉到很充实。同时也明白了一件事，要做个好老师除了要有丰富的专业知识以外，还必须要有其他课外知识，这样才可以让你的学生在和你闹在一起之外还能尊敬你。这个时候才知道，其实幼师还是很好当的，只要你用正心态去对待。就在这样忙碌的实习生活里，一个月也就这样过去了。

这个月经历的每一天，都已在我心中留下了永久的印记，因为这是见证我这样一个全新的成长。使我认识到正确的人生观，价值观。时间就是这样无情，头也不回的流逝掉，是的，谁都不愿意被时间丢下.而我们也随着时间的流走一点一点的成长。而曾经的纯真也随着风雨的磨灭转变得成熟.也许这正是成长的代价。每经历过一次，收获就多一些，成长也就又迈进一步。

两个月的实习生活，使我更深刻地了解到一名幼儿教师的工作;更深刻地了解和掌握了这一年龄阶段幼儿的身心发展特点;同时也认识到了作为一名幼儿教师，除了做好幼儿的教育工作外，如何做好与保育员、其他教师及家长的合作、协调工作也具有同样重要的地位。

以前我比较注重于对有关幼儿身心发展特点及幼儿教育理论的学习，常常忽略了对幼儿生活常规的关注。这次实习第一次完整地观察了幼儿的一日生活，发现其实训练幼儿的生活常规，培养他们的行为习惯及自理能力也是一项重要的任务，一门值得重视的学问。要会利用机会对幼儿进行随机教育，把有计划的教育和随机教育相结合。日常生活的突发事件都成为教师培养幼儿良好行为习惯的机会。

在实习初期的时候，有经验的老师告诉我，不可以帮小朋友处理生活中的琐事，如果有小朋友遇到什么不会的，做不了的，只可以耐心引导他们去完成 。如果帮他们做了，后果就是他们永远都不能学会自己的事情自己做，不能养成良好的行为习惯。经过一段时间的实习，觉得其实幼儿教师的心中应该有一把尺，就是教师坚守的原则，这些原则的出发点和终点都应是发展和提高幼儿的能力。 小朋友们都非常天真可爱，我很喜欢和他们玩。我会趁做操前的这个机会和他们玩成一片，和他们聊天。我试着让自己变成小朋友，融入他们的生活，但这样却并不代表小朋友会听我的命令做事。原因就是我没有真正以一个老师的身份和他们说话，命令他们做事。有一次，我答应他们，他们吃完午饭就让他们在操场自由活动。但因为那天突然有急事所以他们吃完午饭后就让保育老师带他们上去睡觉了。下午上班，有个小朋友说：老师你不是说我们吃完中午饭就让我们去操场玩的吗?我觉得很惭愧，我没有说到做到，失信于幼儿了，我想是不可能令幼儿信服的。我郑重地向他们道了歉，并告诫自己今后要做到真正地尊重幼儿，对幼儿要讲信用。

在实习期间，最大的感受就是理想与现实的差距很大。当我写好一份教案，认真地在脑海模拟几次上课的流程和情景后，我以为那节课可以上的很好了，但事实却不是这样。上课时间的把握，各个步骤的衔接，幼儿情绪的调动，课堂秩序的维持等不确定的因素，对教师的组织能力和控制能力提出了比我想象中更高的要求。而这些也是我以后要注意和提高的。

我把在实习期间的点点滴滴串联起来，在这一个多学期的时间里，我的观念，我的心态，我的能力在逐渐地发生变化，从中也领悟到作为一名新老师，一定要戒骄戒躁，要时刻以一种学习的态度来对待自己的工作，注重经验的积累，注重观察有经验的老师是如何上课的，并借鉴她们好的方面，不断提升自己的能力。这是一个成长的过程，也是必经的过程，如果自己的态度谦虚，观察仔细，吸收得当，那么，就一定能够取得进步，得到提高和发展。

而且，新教师还应该注意建立教师的个人魅力和树立一个良好的形象。这就必须从自己的技能技巧、人格等方面下工夫。与幼儿的距离，建立自己的个人魅力，技能技巧也是一个很好的途径。同时，还应该要做到言而有信。只有尊重幼儿才能令幼儿尊重自己，树立良好的形象。有一位有经验的幼儿教师说：“教师树立形象要做到说一不二，对幼儿提出的要求要幼儿必须做到。当然这些要求不是过份的。例如，在活动中，有活动规则;在游戏中，有游戏规则，教师必须在细微处树立威信。如果在细微处不注意，那更不用说在别的地方了。树立威信不是让幼儿怕你，而是提出的要求必须遵守。”可见，在建立个人魅力和树立良好形象方面，要注意的是生活中的点滴和细微之处，要讲求原则和耐心，而不是靠几节成功的课，因为这并不是短时间内可以做到的。

2015英语专业毕业生实习报告格式

刚放假，觉得真轻松，随即过了8天的老师隐，挺辛苦的，但同时也取得很大的收获。

实习的经历虽已经过去，可我还会回头去看一下我在那里留下的脚印，我相信那不会是我旅途的归宿，而是我充满挑战和希望的开始!

回顾这8天的时间我是专心的，但专心不一定等于成功，我究竟是一名实习生，在知识的构建上还存在着许多断章，还缺乏教学经验，甚至因为读错了某个英语单词或某个字后，学生把错误指出来而无地自容。

每当站在讲台上，被一双双纯净的眼睛聚精会神地望着时，作为一名教师的价值感和成就感就油然而生了。这此实习的时间里，我并没有做到一名好老师，也不可能让所有的学生都喜欢我，但只要有一名学生记住我，那么我的第一次实习就不遗憾了。记得那是第四天，一个学生递来一张字条：老师，我喜欢你的微笑，当你微笑着走近我时，使我感到了从来没有过的亲切，我很喜欢你。这是我在实习里收到的最好的，最值得珍藏的礼物。我想，其实走近学生的第一步只须微笑就够。

初为人师，总是有些紧张。我带着羞涩与忐忑抱着课本和教案走上讲台时，尽管我做了很多预备，但当我真正面对那么多双眼睛时，我还是紧张了。

一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。例如我在教unit3的时候，这课的主题是“如何询问和回答时间”，教学难度比较大。如果照本宣科地讲授，学生会感到困难和沉闷。为了上好这堂课，我认真研究了课文，找出了重点，难点，准备有针对性地讲。为了令课堂生动，活跃，不沉闷，我还为此准备了大量的教具，授课时就胸有成竹了。当讲到“half”的时候，我拿出准备好的圆卡纸，把它剪成一半，告诉学生这是圆的一半，也就是half。讲到“quarter”时，又把半圆剪成一半，那么剩下来的就是圆的四分之一，也就是“quarter”了。这样学生就形象地明白了这两个单词。而讲到如何表达时间时，我用了一个用红卡纸做的大钟，同学们一开始就被它吸引住了，显得颇有积极性。用实物让学生练习“what’s the time? it’s…”的句型，学生特别用功，教学效果十分理想。相反，如果我没有认真备课的，那课堂将会气氛沉闷，教学效果不好，与此相比可见，认真备课对教学十分重要。特别是对英语这门学生不甚熟悉并感到困难的外语来说至关重要。

一个老师告诉我：备课充分，能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的能力，因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。因此上课一定要设法令学生投入，不让其分心，这就很讲究方法了。上课内容丰富，现实;教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。所以，老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学也无法学下去。

以上就是我的工作总结。由于经验颇浅，许多地方存在不足。

总之，我觉得教育是一个互动的过程，不单老师要认真投入教学，还需要学生的积极配合，才能达到做老师的目的—把知识真正传给学生。这种过程是很开心的，也是辛苦的，但要做个知识的传播者—人民教师，我要努力学习，将来当一个出色的老师。
