英语专业大学生实习报告

一、实习过程

这次实习我主要负责的是办公室文秘的工作。第一次走进办公室，一切都是那么陌生，所有的工作人员都各自忙着，仿佛没有人注意到我，这让我本来激动的心情多了一些慌乱。这个时候我想起了在学校时老师对我我们说的一句话，人的适应能力是无穷的。于是我深深的吸了一口气准备迎接接下来的一个个挑战。

说是文秘，其实我主要负责的就是打打文件，接接电话。多亏以前的练习，我的打字技术和质量足以应付领导交给我的任务。虽然只是坐了一天，但我还是感觉挺累的，再加上宿舍的简陋条件，生活真是给我上了意义非凡的一课，以前家长跟我们说一千遍挣钱多不容易，不如我亲身经历一天的感悟。

刚开始的几天就这么不咸不淡的过去了。在学校学到的东西并没用到多少，同事们也因为彼此工作没有交集依然十分陌生。只是见面打招呼的交情。看着他们整天忙碌着，闲暇之余彼此开开玩笑，觉得他们真的是一个集体，而我却像个局外人般悠闲。我想我不能再这样下去，于是，在办公室，有闲的时候就会看一些计算机方面的书，虽然自己所学的专业在此时没有派上什么用场，但我觉得应该多学点，以丰富自己的能力。

但这样下去也不是办法，复印、传真、等文秘工作我都还没有掌握。终于有一天我鼓起勇气向一名看起来很面善的年轻女同事请教了这方面的内容。没想到她不仅告诉了我发传真的方法还跟我说理很多文秘需要注意的事项。她告诉我文秘必须态度认真，细心，不能疏忽大意，不能马虎潦草。比如说办理公文，就要保证文件的质量，用词要准确，材料要真实，抄写要认真，校对要仔细，力求每一个环节都不发生差错。否则就会耽误工作，甚至酿成难以弥补的损失。最后为了让我掌握发传真的方法她又交给我一份需要发的传真让我练习。回到自己的座位上我一边体会着同事跟我说的话，一边发传真，当听到传真发送成功后的“嘟嘟”声，我便又小小地得意一番，虽然很傻，但至少又学会了一项办公器材的用法。

在这里我要特别感谢这位前辈，她不仅教给了我很多有用的东西，还把我介绍给其它的同事认识，以帮助我提高工作方面的能力。慢慢的我也不在只是闷着头做，遇到疑难的问题就请教这些前辈们，我觉得自己开始融入这个集体了。

又是一个新的学年，?总体来说，这一学年，是一个富有挑战性的、转折性的一年。于学业、于个人人生发展来说。

这一年，也就是硕士二年级，我们结束了长达_________年的教师教授学生自学的学习模式，开始了科研的初步探索。这是一种与单纯汲取知识完全不同的模式，需要很多的主观能动性的创新。这种转变是一个痛苦的过程，唯有经历过这种痛苦，才会渐渐成长起来。我们渐渐地对搞科研入了门，却马上面临着毕业了。说实话，很是不舍。不舍自己破茧重生后积累的经验迅速的贬值，封尘于人生的藏宝箱。

幸好，做学问，学业或科研，上升到哲学的角度，与做其它事情都是有共性的。在这一年之中，我更大的收获是对自己性格方面、处理事情方面的历练。

科研是需要_____完成的。从最初的无所适从，到现在的渐渐地适应自己给自己提出一个思路，然后当机立断的执行，并对自己的创意、自己的执行力负责。这种_____性的培养，这种责任心的培养，对整个人生是大有裨益的。
