经过这次实习.我深切的感受到了平常系领导和老师们所说的我们的专业优势：商务知识和语言的结合.这使得我们在用人单位招聘时有了一些优势.但我同时也感觉我们也应当在一些方面改进一下：

（一）加强对口语的训练：口语是我们在应聘的时候必过的一关.只要招我们这个专业毕业生的用人单位.首先要检验的就是我们的口语.虽然我们系里请来了外教.安排了许多的口语课.但我们开口的机会其实很少.而且其中有些外交也是名不副实的.口语课其实成了花架子.希望系里能够找到更切实有效的方法来解决这个问题.毕竟.一口流利的口语是许多学生所追求的.这也是我们的“门面”.

（二）多增加学会实习的次数.增强学生的实际动手能力：我们学习的知识偏重于理论.实际运用到的技能往往和我们所学的有很大的差距.动手能力差是我们的普遍特点.我刚到实习单位的时候甚至连复印机、传真机都不会用.我们日常所学的课程中.像《外贸函电》这类实用价值非常大.但实际运用起来有些时候与书本也是有差距的.所以.我认为我们应当多开一些实习课.让学生有更多的机会走出去.刚毕业的大学生既然没有什么工作经验.那么就应该在实习经历上为自己加分.
