1)可操作性：指除设计者完成外，要充分考虑其他可能参与人员是否可能重复制作活动场地、当前教学机器人的潜力、本学龄段学生的知识水平和能力等因素，使其他参与者经过努力也可以完成相关的活动。

2)经济性：指要考虑其他参与人员在场地、机器人及设备制作等方面的经济承受能力，尽量使参与者自己创造条件，修旧利废，以最小的投入完成相关活动。

5、趣味性原则：设计的机器人活动，应当具有一定的趣味性，能够引起相关学龄段学生参与的积极性和兴趣;还要具有一定的可观赏性，能使参与者和观众都能对该活动引起相应的兴趣和关注。这是中小学机器人创新活动的活力。

教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，曾有一位前辈对我说：“备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。

一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。例如我在教授unit3.lesson9的时候，这课的主题是“如何询问和回答时间”，教学难度比较大。如果照本宣科地讲授，学生会感到困难和沉闷。为了上好这堂课，我认真研究了课文，找出了重点，难点，准备有针对性地讲。为了令教学生动，不沉闷，我还为此准备了大量的教具，授课时就胸有成竹了。当讲到“half”的时候，我拿出准备好的圆卡纸，把它剪成一半，告诉学生这是圆的一半，也就是half。讲到”quarter”时，又把半圆剪成一半，那么剩下来的就是圆的四分之一，也就是”quarter”了。这样学生就形象地明白了这两个单词。而讲到如何表达时间时，我用了一个用红卡纸做的大钟，同学们一开始就被它吸引住了，显得颇有积极性。用实物让学生练习”what’s the time?it’s……”的句型，学生特别用功，教学效果十分理想。相反，我没有认真备课的时候，课堂气氛沉闷，教学效果不好，与此相比可见，认真备课对教学十分重要。特别是对英语这门学生不甚熟悉并感到困难的外语来说至关重要。

因为英语的特殊情况，学生在不断学习中，会出现好差分化现象，差生面扩大，会严重影响班内的学习风气。因此，绝对不能忽视。为此，我制定了具体的计划和目标。对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。例如在七班，我把这批同学分为三个组。第一组是有能力提高，但平时懒动脑筋不学的同学，对这些同学，我采取集体辅导，给他们分配固定任务，不让他们有偷懒的机会，让他们发挥应有水平;

经过一个学期的努力，期末考就是一种考验。无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的，重要的是在本学期后如何自我提高，如何共同提高两班的英语水平。因此，无论怎样辛苦，我都会继续努力，多问，多想，多向前辈学习，争取进步。

本园是双语幼儿园实践证明：让孩子在语言发育时期就接触双语，同时运用双语表达自己的思想，对孩子的语言发展有很大好处。根据本园幼儿特点我们制定了如下的专题计划以达到专题实施的最佳效果

一、 选择多种多样的教学方法，提高幼儿双趣。俗话说兴趣是最好的老师。

幼儿园双语教育是一种启蒙，要把重点放在学习双语的兴趣上，如果幼儿对双语感兴趣，他在学习的过程中就会表现出一种积极的情绪，我们选取合适的教学方法，提高幼儿学双语的兴趣。

二、 故事教学法。

故事对学龄前幼儿具有极大的吸引力，它情节生动活泼，内容极富发性和趣味性，例如在故事中,先为孩子们讲一个兔妈妈要去买菜，要兔宝宝在家等候，却来了一只大灰狼要兔宝宝开门，兔宝宝发现是大灰狼，一齐将大灰狼赶跑的故事，竟然全部掌握，且印象极深。更能使幼儿与老师共同参与，自然学习新的知识。

三、 情景教学法

幼儿的语言能力是在实际运用过程中发展起来的，应创设各种有意义真实的情景，使他们想说、会说、喜欢说。语言的习得与周围环境息息相关。双语的学习是一种自然习得式的学习，而不是一种教学式的学习。语言的学习不只是学习几个单词，更重要的是运用语言和别人交往。因此，教师要以幼儿园为主体，从他们的兴趣出发提供一系列丰富的教学法情境，

让幼儿园通过自由活动听来理解语言，在使用中学习语言。还有医院、餐厅、发廊等,通过玩角色游戏，幼儿所学语言在游戏中得到巩固，练习。久而久之，培养了幼儿的双语思维能力和运用能力，并解决了那种学时才用，平时放置脑后，容易遗忘的弊病

四、 游戏教学法。

曾经有一位教育家说过这样一句话：话小孩子生来是好动游戏为生命的。的确，游戏是幼儿最喜欢的形式之一。玩是孩子的天性，符合幼儿天性好动的特点。。游戏能激起幼儿学双语的兴趣，密切师生间的关系，提供幼儿充分运用语言的机会，调动学习积极性，将知识融于游戏中，让幼儿在情趣盎然的游戏中练习所学知识。也在不知不觉中掌握了知识。更重要是感受到学习双语的乐趣。因此，幼儿园双语活动应尽量游戏化《老狼，老狼，几点钟》，在玩中学习并得到发展。在这种情况下幼儿觉得学习双语好玩，从而为往后的学习打下了良好的基础

五、 引入竞争机制，激发幼儿参与活动的热情。

任何一种活动形式，时间久了，孩子就会厌倦。冷漠的情绪会使活动效果大打折扣，引入竞争机制，这一难题迎刃而解。竞争能激活幼儿潜在的支力，能激起幼儿的进取心。幼儿好胜心强，大都不甘落后，所以在设计活动时，运用竞争机制，并配以各种形式的奖励，以表示对胜利者的赏识，对进步者的鼓励。有时是几句鼓励的话语有时是一朵小红花、一颗小星星......孩子们在热闹的气氛中，你追我赶，学双语的兴趣越来越浓。
