陌生的环境，被陌生的人提问，事关自己今后一段时间的发展前途，毕业生不可能不紧张，适度的紧张可以促使毕业生更加集中注意力投入面试。但若紧张过了头，则于面试极为有害，不仅使应试人注意力不集中，甚至可能将事先准备的内容忘得干干净净，头脑一片空白。这里，提供几种克服紧张的方法：

(1) 要做好充分的准备工作。预计到自己临场可能很紧张，应事先请有关教师或同学充当主试人，举办模拟面试，找出可能存在的问题与不足，增强自己克服紧张的自信心。

(2) 应反复告诫自己，不要将一次面试的得失看得太重要，应该明白，自己紧张，你的竞争对手也不轻松，也有可能出差错，甚至可能不如你。同等条件下，谁克服了紧张，大方、镇定、从容地回答一个提问，谁就会取得胜利。

(3) 不要急着回答问题。主试人问完问题后，应试人可以考虑五至十秒钟后再作回答。在回答时，要注意不可语速太快，快了容易使思维与表达脱节，快了也易表达不清。而你一旦意识到这些情况，会更紧张，结果导致面试难以取得应有的效果。所以切记，面试从头到尾，讲话不急不慢，逻辑严密，条理清楚，让人信服。

I am linjiang. I was born in jilin changchun. I graduate from Henan University of Urban Construction. I started learning English since I was 15 years old.My father is a farmer . And my mother is a housewife. I am the youngest one in my family. My brother have a lot of American friends. That’s why I have no problem communicating with Americans or others by speaking English.

In my spare time, I like to do anything relating to English such as listening to English songs, watching English movies or TV programs, or even attending the activities held by some English clubs or institutes.
