旅游英语专业实训报告

综述

自XX年6月20日起。作为旅游英语专业的专业实训课便随之一一拉开帷幕，直到30日双选会的来临才会结束。之所以要进行专业实训课无外乎是想要我们做好顶岗实习前的训导准备。都说三百六十行，行行出状元。要想在各行各业出人头地的前提出了对职业拥有莫大的热情外还必须懂得其中运作的规矩。其实这也是我们在校接受教导的最后一次机会了。可以说每天安排的科学而合理的实训课程避免了我们在等待双选会期间虚度光阴。而且每堂实训课都是有针对性的进行的，所以对于我们每个人来说是有百利而无一害。

主体

为了让大家更深刻的体会有关导游这门行业，21日那天一大早我们全班就随着班车踏上了去墨江的旅途。并花了两天时间分别游玩了墨江的北回归线标志园和国际双胞文化园。当然我们是带着任务去玩的，除了聘请个导游姐姐的讲解外，我们每个人都必须亲自再走一遍景区并讲导游词给老师和同学们听作为考核的方式。还值得一提的是我们有幸应邀到该地珠宝行进行参访，负责人很热心的请出了我们上一届的学姐为我们解说这里的大概行情。放眼望去直觉店里的珠宝首饰琳琅满目不失让人挑花了眼。幸好有热心的服务员在一旁为我们指点着迷津。接下来负责人还带领着我们在售茶区入座畅谈，比品茶更有趣的是他们毫不吝啬的向我们解剖了他们所认为的导游。此番言谈的确令我们增进了不少有关导游这门职业的别样见解。

除此之外，让我难以忘怀的课程当属胥佳老师上的有关服务方面的礼仪礼节课。她的课素来倍受青睐，这次也不例外。她一点也不浮夸，所以教授的都是些特实际而实用的知识。最主要的是她愿意让我们当场运用所学的知识。瞧，我们最后是在女生化着美美的妆容和男生打着美美的领带中愉快的结束这门实训课的。与此同时，我也时刻没有忘记朱建青老师不辞辛劳的教我们有关导游业务方面的知识，特别是接待服务方面的细节问题正是有了他的提点才让我们更深入的了解到想当一名合格的导游那是相当的不容易啊。

28日这天也是充实的一天，我们有幸邀请到了旅行社的经理来为我们上实训课，她的确是见多识广之人。课间言词展现的都是她在实际带团中所遭遇到的各种问题和需要注意的地方，哪怕是遇有游客食物中毒也能处理的四平八稳。果真彰显了果断干练和沉着冷静的优良品质。我便不经在省思若是换做是自己遭遇此类种种问题是否能够像她一样胜任的游刃有余。

总结

俗话说“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行！”在短暂的实训过程中，当面对老师一些假设性的提问时总让我深深的感觉到自己在实际运用中的专业知识的匮乏，再思及以后的工作中难免遇到此种困难，便让我感到十分的难过。本以为自己在学校学的不错，一旦接触到实际，才发现书到用时方恨少，这时才真正领悟到“学无止境”的含义。可见，注重理论联系实际的学习方法当真是学习的不二法门。最后，很感谢学校能够提供这样难得的学习机会让我们提前意识到自己有诸多的不足，好为顶岗实习之日的应战做好最充分的准备。

我是一名商务英语专业的学生。在即将毕业的这几个月里，我主要负责的工作内容是办公室文秘。在这一过程中，我采用了看、问、学等方式，锻炼英语听说读写能力，掌握实用的商务英语技能，实践和巩固商务英语知识，为以后正常工作的展开奠定了坚实的基础，从个人发展方面说，对我影响最大的应该是作为一个社会人工作作风以及在工作过程中专业知识对工作的重要作用，初步了解了公司文秘工作中的具体业务知识，拓展了所学的专业知识。因为这些都是我在校学习中不曾接触过的方面，所以我将在报告中首先讲述我在实习期间积累的这方面的认识和经验。

同事相处

踏上社会，我们与形形色色的人打交道。由于存在着利益关系，又工作繁忙，很多时候同事不会象同学一样对你嘘寒问暖。而有些同事表面笑脸相迎，背地里却勾心斗角不择手段，踩着别人的肩膀不断地往上爬，因此刚出校门的我们很多时候无法适应。比如我们公司做网络推广的同事，他们很注意对自己客户资料的保密，以防被同事抢去自己的业绩，因而关系显得有点淡漠。但是环境往往会影响一个人的工作态度。一个冷漠没有人情味的办公室，大家就会毫无眷恋之情，有更好的机会他们肯定毫不犹豫的跳槽。他们情绪低落导致工作效率不高，每天只是在等待着下班，早点回去陪家人。而偶尔的为同事搞一个生日party，生病时的轻轻一句慰问，都有助于营造一个齐乐融融的工作环境。心情好，大家工作开心，有利于公司的发展。在电视上不止一次的看到职场的险恶，公司里同事之间的是非，我想我能做的就是多工作，少闲话。且在离毕业走人仅剩的几个月，更加珍惜与同学之间的相处。

自学能力

在大学里学的不是知识，而是一种叫做自学的能力。参加工作后才能深刻体会这句话的含义。除了英语和计算机操作外，课本上学的理论知识用到的很少很少。我担任的是文员一职，平时在工作只是打打电话处理文件，几乎没用上自己所学的专业知识。而同公司的网站开发人员就大不一样了。计算机知识日新月异，在一个项目中，他们经常被要求在很短的时间内学会用一种新的计算机语言进行开发设计，他们只能在自己以前的基础上努力自学尽快掌握知识。在这个信息爆炸的时代，知识更新太快，靠原有的一点知识肯定是不行的。~~~◇本文仅供参考，感谢您的支持~!~我们必须在工作中勤于动手慢慢琢磨，不断学习不断积累。遇到不懂的地方，自己先想方设法解决，实在不行可以虚心请教他人，而没有自学能力的人迟早要被企业和社会所淘汰。

工作辛苦

就算再寒冷再差的天气，只要不是周末，都得去上班，有时候公司业务繁忙，晚上或周末得加班，那留给个人支配的时间更少。我们必须克制自己，不能随心所欲地不想上班就不来，而在学校可以睡睡懒觉，实在不想上课的时候可以逃课，自由许多。每日重复单调繁琐的工作，时间久了容易厌倦。象我就是每天就是坐着对着电脑打打字，显得枯燥乏味。但是工作简单也不能马虎，你一个小小的错误可能会给公司带来巨大的麻烦或损失，还是得认真完成。一直以来，我们都是依靠父母的收入，而有些人则是大手大脚的花钱。也许工作以后，我们才能体会父母挣钱的来之不易。而且要开始有意识地培养自己的理财能力，一不留神可能就入不敷出成为月光一族，但此时我们再也不好意思伸手向父母要，因此很多时候我们要合理支配我们手中的这笔少的可怜的钱。

我在实习的过程中，既有收获的喜悦，也有一些遗憾。也许是实习日子短和我并非文秘专业的关系，对文秘有些工作的认识仅仅停留在表面，只是在看人做，听人讲如何做，未能够亲身感受、具体处理一些工作，所以未能领会其精髓。但时通过实习，加深了我对文秘基本知识的理解，丰富了我的实际管理知识，使我对日常文秘管理工作有了一定的感性和理性认识。认识到要做好日常企业文秘管理工作，既要注重管理理论知识的学习，更重要的是要把实践与理论两者紧密相结合。做到:(1)坚持理论联系实际;(2)加强英语的学习;(3)注意本课程同其他相关课程的联系;(4)坚持学以致用;商务英语是一门实践性很强的应用学科。实习中深有体会，许多书本中学的东西想要发发挥其作用需要广泛积极的应用于外贸交流中，处理工作事务中学习到很多书本没有讲的知识，可见学以致用在这门学科里的重要性。人生难免会遇到挫折，没有经历过失败的人生不是完整的人生。

After a while, he was asleep. I was so tired. My parents were happy and praised me a good boy. This is my first time to look after my baby brother and I feel proud of myself.

我的名字叫，是一名来自x大学汇华学院x级思想政治教育专业的学生，性格活泼开朗但不失稳重。从小在家人的熏陶下，立志做一名人民教师，因此我刻苦读书、努力学习，终于考上了师范院校，距离自己的梦想进了一大步。

我在校期间努力学好专业课程，认真钻研教材内容，及时与老师沟通，了解管理学生的经验，如何准备一堂成功的课，以及新课改后的课堂教学状况，了解各种优秀的教学模式并学习各自的优点，并且阅读本专业、心理学、教育学的书籍来充实自己，如苏霍姆林斯基的《给教师的建议》、闫学的《跟苏霍姆林斯基学当老师》等等：在校期间参加过一些社团的活动锻炼了与人交往和处理复杂事物的能力。这些活动不仅锻炼了自己，还磨练了自己的意志力，为自己以后从事工作打下了基础;最重要的是我在垂杨中学实习的这四个月里的经历，我在各位校长和老师的指导下逐渐熟悉并把握了教学活动、教学流程，逐渐掌握了如何才能是一堂课成为一堂比较成功的课，很重要的一点是在实习的过程中经历了许多挫折，在自己的努力下又重新找回自我。这些经历使我明白了教师和学生之间需要相互沟通，不能采用一成不变的教学模式，力求创新以吸引学生的注意力，让学生体验不一样的课堂，调动学生参与课堂活动的积极性……这些经历让我更好的投入到教学工作中。

我非常喜欢在贵学校任职。首先我来自一个贫困的农村，农村的教育现状令我担忧，因此我决定回农村，为农村的教育事业贡献自己的一份力量，垂杨中学能够为我提供一个好的平台。因为在我实习期间了解到，这里的学生对学习不太重视，我希望我能够留下来帮助、改变他们，实现他们的人生价值，同时也实现自己的人生价值，绽放生命的光彩。其次我在这里的几个月里与领导、老师、学生结下了深厚的友谊，非常感谢各位领导的照顾和关怀，希望自己能够使这份友谊继续，关注学生的成长。再次，我喜欢具有挑战性的工作，学生们有朝气、有活力，思想活跃、具有创造性，和他们在一起你会被他们感染，我愿意接受学生新思维的挑战与学生共同探讨学习、生活。
