2.4本合同产品不包括乙方外购件的专利技术，但乙方必须问甲方提供外购件的样本和技术说明资料与制造厂商的名称。

2.5乙方有责任接收、安排甲方赴乙方培训的技术人员，乙方应设法使其掌握上述合同产品专利技术。（详见本合同附件五）

第四条 支付条件
