数控中心的实习报告例文

XX年6上旬到XX年11月中旬，我有幸参加了上海海洋大学举办的XX年数控中级培训。通过这几个月的学习实践，使我对数控中级的掌握从当初的朦胧不懂到如今的熟悉并会操作机床，加工零件这次数控中级培训对我来说，这是一次提高、一次借鉴、一次实践，使我在大学的学习中深感收获巨大，这将受益终生。

这次数控中级培训，主要是对pa系统的学习，内容有车床，铣床。暑假之前主要练习数控编程，而这个学期偏向于机床操作。通过电脑编程模拟和下车床操作，以及加工零件。我对数控中级的学习有了一定的掌握。

对于刚开始的编程理解，我个人还是比较感兴趣，从当初的一知半解到现在熟悉运用每个命令，并理解其含义，都是自己每天不断的摸索和老师耐心的教导息息相关。主要总结以下几点：

一、 对数控编程和模拟的理解和运用

我很荣幸能有这么好的老师来教我们数控编程，其实学习最主要的还是靠自己去多练，但关键的时候有老师指导，这样还是进步快点。特别是刚开始接触编程和机械加工的时候，有老师指导进步特别快。记得8月9日那天，老师开始讲编程的过程，特别对经常使用的代码给介绍出来，然后对点位的理解和计算。对模拟好的零件进行模拟加工。通过这些知识点的学习，我才渐渐的理解数控编程的一些基本要领。机床上对刀是我之前遇到的最大难题，这是由于命令使用不习惯，和基本感念理解不够透彻，不过通过后面的反复练习，现在已经熟悉掌握了模拟系统。如今已经能够看懂图，知道走刀路线。以及涉及到的点位能够进行换算。

二、 实际加工的学习方法和掌握程度。

对于机床的操作，我总感觉自己练习不够，特别是对零件加工花的时间比较多，还有实际对刀也掌握不够好，虽然现在已经能把零件给加工出来，而且尺寸也把握得当，但时间控制方面还是不够好。这主要还是自己的操作熟练程度不够。

车床上，对刀和加工现在我已经能够在规定的时间内完成了，并且尺寸也能达到所要求，但我认为还是因为自己花在车床的时间多点。而铣床，相对来说，熟练程度不够好，尽管知道怎么去加工，但尺寸的控制和时间的把握不够好。不过在后面的不断实践和练习中，我得到了很好的提升，能够进行零件的加工，对机床出现的小问题也会去解决。特别是在最后那段时间，我已经能够加工零件。而且尺寸已能把握好，达到了图纸上的要求。

三、理论知识的学习和理解

对于老师发的资料，我已经认真的去学习，当然，相对要记住每个知识点，还是有一定的差距，但我有信心能把理论知识学习好。我认为最主要的是去理解每个知识点，而不是死记硬背，因为许多的理论知识都会在实际操作中用到，而且必须掌握。只有完全的理解理论上的知识，才能更好的去完成实际的操作。比如机床上的按钮，走刀路线，刀补等。都涉及到许多理论知识。只有把理论知识吃透了，才能在加工过程中认真的去遵守规则，更安全的完成零件的加工。

四、最大的收获

对于数控编程和加工学习的这段时间里，我认为最大的并不是自己所学到的知识，而是学习的方法，很荣幸得到老师的帮助，在我学习感到困惑和吃力的时候，他们能更好的与我沟通，当他们对我讲到学习这门课程的用处，以及以后工作的方向时，我感到非常值得。进入大学后，已不再是高中时代的应试教育。每个人都应该找到适合于自己学习方法。只有掌握好的学习方法，才能够学好自己的课程。而在数控学习的这段时间里，我也不断的去摸索，感觉收获不少。

五、存在的不足以及个人期望

虽然如今已经掌握了数控中级的知识，能够进行零件的加工。掌握了相关理论知识和操作技能。但是，具体到一些特别的零件，还要花时间去思考加工路线等。长时间不去编程和下机床，也会把原来的知识给淡忘掉。所以我将在今后的日子里，珍惜每次操作的机会。把握时机，更好的运用自己所学到的知识。相对数控知识的海洋，我只是学到了冰山一角，我知道我要学的还有很多知识。我将在原有的基础上，努力去学习数控这门知识。能够从事机械加工行业，能学友所有，学友所获。希望能更好的运用相关知识来服务于这个社会。同时我希望通过自己的努力，以及老师的教导，使自己学到更多的专业知识。

暑假乡村社会实践报告例文欣赏

"农民"，这个特殊的称谓，从它的诞生之日起就注定与土地结下了深厚的情谊。1949年伟大的中华人民共和国的成立，使农民一改千百年来受剥削、受压迫的地位，彻底地作了主人。历史的年轮驶入改革开放的今天，农民的政治地位和生活状况已经得到了极大的改善和提高。但是我们也必须看到，中国，作为一个发展中国家，在取得惊人的发展速度和改革硕果的同时仍然存在一些问题。

三农问题牵动着亿万人民的心，俗话说无工不富，无农不稳，由此我深入到了农村，做了一些初步的调查和研究，发现了一些问题，找到了一些方法。下面先以总纲的方式大致展现目前我认为的农村主要问题和解决方法，下面再以专题的形式探讨一些热点问题。

经过一段时间的调查，初步得出了这些老大难问题：基础设施建设滞后，村舍规划不合理。社会保障覆盖力度低，医保问题严重。经济发展与社会发展不同步，文化娱乐设施与人员匮乏。弃农转工转商过于迅猛，农地荒芜，农业产量下降。计划生育工作难度大，受教育程度低。相关农业科技人才缺口大。农村民主政治建设落后，干部群众关系冷淡。

针对问题我的一些解决方法和相关想法：合理规划村舍建设，规范农村房屋建设，加强公共卫生设施与精神文化设施建设，使乡村环境更好更漂亮。尤其要加强普及科学，遏制迷信，彻底扭转村风村俗。大力覆盖社会保障机制，切实加强农村医疗建设，不仅要耕者有其田，还要耕者有其医，使广大农民各方面的生活都有一个全面的详细的保障。加强农村教育系统建设，多从农民实际出发，多办夜校和业余性质的培训班，针对不同人群有的放矢的做好教育工作。强制的法制化的推广计划生育工作，要加强宣传与教育，让农民真正感觉到多生劣生不仅增加了家庭负担，更加重了社会负担。庞大的人口是社会发展的一大阻力。要建立新的农村科技人才引进与培养机制，从制度这个根本入手，加大财政投入，切实照顾农村科技人才实实在在的利益。至于农村的民主政治建设，则仍然是一个长期的复杂的系统工程。

经济发展模式问题

集约化与粗放化孰对孰错?一直以来，关于中国农业发展方向都是一个引人注目的热点话题。显然，高新科技，高新人才是任何行业任何部门长盛不衰的关键，走集约化高效化也是每一个产业的希望所在。对于中国农业而言，通过发展集约化农业，还可以推动促进农业科技的发展，提高农业产量，在农产品附加值上做足文章。通过发展农业集约化，还可以大力促进农村基础设施建设，推进农业产业化经营，逐步从传统的农业经济向现代化的县域经济过渡。可是

问题并不只有这些，中国的人口从来就是决策者们必须考虑的问题。中国的城市化水平还很低，即使已经城市化的地方，其城市化程度也还很不令人满意。所以解决庞大农民队伍的就业和吃饭问题就是当务之急。每年浩浩荡荡的打工队伍早已使各主要经济发达城市不堪其负，而农民工进城所带来的劳资纠纷，社会治安问题也不得不令人认真对待。所以大力发展农业经济，在农村就近安置庞大的就业大军非常必要。中国尽管地大物博，但可耕种土地少，利用价值高的土地少，在国家财力尚不足以负担农村全面社保医保之前，必须使农民安心待在农村土地上。或许精耕细作，小农经营数千数百年以来，一直是制约我国商品经济发展，制约城镇化水平，制约城乡贸易的重要原因，但是我们永远更加无法接受，广大农民再也无地可种，生活日益艰难，苦苦挣扎于生存线上。所以尽管城镇化，农业经济集约化是大势所趋，是我国农村发展的必由之路，但那些客观存在的具体问题说明着，粗放经营的小农经济仍然将是我国可预见的必然的痛苦选择。而在选择何种经济发展模式的背后，是不得不重视的老大难的人口问题。

人口问题

尽管问卷中没有提到人口问题，但我仍然认为问题农村人口问题是一大关注点。对于人口问题，最生动的莫过于那个家喻户晓的公益广告。某记者采访一草原放羊娃。两人的一番对话耐人寻味。记者说：“你为什么放养啊?”小男孩说：“赚钱。”记者说：“赚钱为了什么啊?”小男孩说：“为了娶媳妇。”记者说：“娶了媳妇以后干什么?”小男孩说：“生娃。”记者说：“那生了娃，娃将来干什么啊?”小男孩说：“放羊。”由此可见，朴实的并没有更多全面细致考虑的生育欲望和计划，使得我国尤其是广大农村的人口形势非常严峻。多子多福，重男轻女，农村人口的增长还显得非常的畸形化，男女比例的错乱必将形成越来越严重的社会和伦理问题。但是，这一问题并不是短时期内形成的，中国的价值观点是不孝有三，无后为大。朴实的生育目的往往是最为麻烦和难以解决的。对于农村而言，最重要的是要树立起正确的男女观念和社会责任意识。显然，一方面要积极普及法制意识，树立观念，对男女问题要有真正彻底的认识。男女是完全平等的，随便抛弃女婴不仅是不道德的，更加使严重的违法行为，是要受到法律制裁的。另一方面，要做好更加细致和彻底的宣传。要讲究策略，必须要从小处着手，用心去做。对于农民家庭的开销，人均开支的变化要形成一个基本的规律化的报表材料，让农民真正感到，多子未必多福啊。作为现在的时代形势，完全是越生越穷越穷越生啊。所以减少生育，对农民自己是完全有利的。在我所调查的农村有一种以富买权的做法很流行。也就是孩子我要生，但是罚款你也可以拿去。我认为这是一种严重的司法歧视，从没有哪部法律认为交罚款可以使违法行为合理化!对于这个问题，根子是法律有漏洞，所以有关立法部门要进一步完善立法，行政执法部门也万万不可罚款后就一了百了，该怎么做就应该怎么做，农村的人口普查也要像城市一样更加全面和严密。农村普遍的真实的计划生育对于减轻城市就业压力，促进农村经济发展，缩小城乡差距，是功在当代利在千秋。而少生优生的贯彻实施到底如何，将直接影响到农村现状与农民生产生活问题。

正如总纲中所说，农村基础设施建设是一个老大难问题，其实最难的就是没有一个详细具体可操作的规划，根据调查，超过百分之70的农民对于身边的各种设施匮乏感到不满和失望。显然，农村厂区建设的乱铺摊子，文化设施与环保垃圾设施的缺失亟待解决，这里不妨提出以下四点建议：一是高起点、高质量、高标准编制村镇布局规划，实现村镇规划全覆盖，逐步将散乱无序的自然村落集中建成地域特色明显、基础设施基本配套的农村新社区;二是大力发展乡镇工业集中区，新一轮农村二三产业的发展重点要放在园区和工业集中区建设上，通过产业链促进产业集群和集聚。三是按照统筹城乡发展的要求，把城市和农村作为一个整体来规划，发挥城市对农村的带动和辐射作用，鼓励有条件的农户迁入城镇，逐步把进城农民的住房、就业、医疗及子女入学等纳入城市建设总体规划。四是加强农村公路、垃圾处理、村镇绿化、乡村河道整治等基础设施建设。引导各级各类企业、社会资本投向农业和农村，参与农村基础设施建设和农业开发。

这里不得不提的是农村的厕所建设问题，长期以来农村没有统一和清洁的厕所，尽管或许为农业生产提供肥料添了一些方便，但是肮脏不卫生的村容也是农业投资，农民提高生活水平的巨大障碍，所以，这里结合常州具体情况，提出以下建议：农村公共厕所要从无到有，以政府投资为主，建设一些简易但是清洁方便的厕所，争取在未来的十年内，农村处处普及公共厕所，自家住房水冲式厕所比重为86.5%向95%发展。

根据调查，至少有七成的农民对于自己的收入非常不满，而且还把矛头直接指向了政府失职不作为，认为政府的转移支出不到位，农业支持不够是农业困境的重要原因。显然进一步加大农业投入事关全局，必须抓紧实施，在这个过程中，中央政府仍然需要发挥更加重要的示范带领作用。促进农民增收是实现全面小康的难点和关键，也是推进社会主义新农村建设的核心环节。建立以土地承包经营权入股等流转方式为主的土地股份合作社，保障农民获得长期稳定的收益，同时建立非农用地市场化流转的合理价格机制，大幅度提高农民在分配中的分额。大力发展各类农民专业合作经济组织，带动农民进行农业生产，增加收入。要加强对农民关于市场的引导，不仅要种植粮食，还要大力普及高附加值的农业经济作物。完善农村社会保障制度，使农民从社保中增加收入。进一步完善农村最低生活保障，提高新型农村合作医疗水平，积极探索新型农村养老保险，最终实现“农保”和“城保”并轨;将失地农民纳入社会保障体系，并通过政府保养或基本生活补助等形式，妥善解决好历年失地农民的生活保障。加大政府对农村的转移支付力度，使农民从扶持中增加收入。必须有针对子女购得加强农业科技的普及，用科技的巨大力量驱散农村落后的阴霾。可是，农业科技的推广与普及遇上强大阻力似乎也是必然的。

关于农业科技和科普的问题

可以说本次社会调查直接紧密相关的是农业科技状况与农民的精神文化状况，然而情况并不乐观。根据调查，拥有大专职高以上学历的不到百分之六，初高中约占总数的百分之七十，小学程度大约为两成，文盲半文盲率倒是比较低，只有约百分之四。在调查中，某位大叔的一句话颇有杀伤力，念书好的谁还种田啊?显然，在广大农村，文化知识的匮乏是很多方面不足的重要原因。正是科学文化知识的匮乏，使得农民普遍相信迷信，据调查建设房屋要看风水的超过了九成，可以说似乎不这样做，反倒是不正常的。大约八成的农民认为，能读书看报和写常用的应用文就足以应付生活了。知识的匮乏造成了农民普遍还不相信科学技术的力量，对于农业科技培训至少百分之57的人表示没有热情，甚至还有约百分之45的人认为农业科技的实际意义不大。

营业厅业务员的实习报告例文

愉快而又辛劳的三个月实习工作结束了。

这三个月是辛苦的三个月、幸福的三个月。之所以辛苦是因为我不断地从内心去学习、理解、完善工作中的新事物;之所以幸福是因为战胜困难是我不变的目标，成功的喜悦是我永恒的追求。在这三个月里，我已顺利地完成了从学生到移动员工的角色转换。虽然时间不长，但我感受颇多，主要有以下几个方面：

一、对营业厅内的工作人员有了更深入的了解。我们知道，中国移动的企业文化是"正德厚生、臻于至善",这就要求我们的员工不仅是业务方面的能手，而且还应该是有爱心、有热心、有恒心的高素质员工。在实际的工作中，我已真实地见证了这一切。人民南路营业厅的就是其中的一位。

她不顾平时工作的繁忙，积极地参加社会爱心活动。作为一名优秀的社会义工，只要一有时间，她就会抽空去敬老院、孤儿院，给那些孤寡老人和残障儿童带去幸福和温暖。从这些同事的身上，我已深深地感悟到加强自身的道德修养是对每一位中国移动员工的基本要求。

二、对营业厅内的业务流程有了更深入的了解。理论来源于实践，实践能更好地检验理论。说起容易做来难。在理论的学习过程中，我们总是不以为然。当自己上台操作时，这才发现不是丢东就是落西。

可想而知，在以后的实际工作中，一定要脚踏实地，戒骄戒躁，时刻保持谦虚谨慎的态度。此外，在熟悉流程之后，我发现有些流程过于繁琐。这就导致了客户需求服务的短时间性与操作相对长时间性产生了矛盾。

也许这一矛盾引起了很多客户在业务受理过程中的不耐烦。在工作中我已遇到多次，由于长时间的等待让他们产生了不满的情绪从而造成了冲突。所以，这一矛盾应引起我们的深思。

三、对需要服务的客户有了更深入的了解。通过跟来访客户的不断接触、交流后我发现，来访客户主要有三种类型：1.客户确实不了解相关业务，经咨询并了解后表示满意，随即离开。2.客户完全不了解相关业务，经再三解释后仍不明白，因此不情愿离去。3.客户对相关业务半知半解，由于消费费用个人感觉过多，因此心里稍不平衡，经解释后即使明白也不情愿离开。针对这几类客户，为了提高办理业务的效率和客户满意度，我感觉可以适当地采取一些措施，如后两种客户在办完相关业务后可直接让值班经理进行咨询接待。

基于上述对营业厅的几点认识，我感觉营业厅是否优秀直接取决于营业员的表现，因此好的营业厅内的营业员必须具备如下几点要素：

1.熟练的业务能力。业务操作的熟练掌握是对每一位营业厅的员工的最基本要求，这也是员工核心竞争力的基本体现。

2.思想统一，目标明确。即俗话说："大家的心要齐".切不可各怀心思，南辕北辙。因为思想指导行动，只有大家的思想高度统一了，才会真正把目标落实到行动中来。

3.团队作战的精神，不强调个人英雄主义。因为每个员工的绩效是与营业厅挂钩的，整体不好，局部再好，也没办法体现你的优秀。木桶原理已很好地诠释了这一切。

4.强烈的责任感。个人要在团队中找好自己的位置，明确自己的职能。一旦发生问题，千万不可相互推委，要有勇于承担责任的勇气。如果缺乏这点，那团队将无法凝聚，也就更加谈不上发挥超强战斗力了。
