2020年暑假饭店实习报告例文

一、社会实践经历

工作第一天，领班把任务分配了一下，大家便开始了新一天的劳作。孰不知我这个新手什么都不会，似乎大家都认为是约定熟成的东西了吧，我向别人求助了一下，拖地时，但我还是尽浑身解数努力去拖，总算是干净了，拭一拭额上的汗珠，我真感到累了，但我觉的很欣慰，让我懂得了，生活中琐琐碎碎的事很多，但他们中都隐含着各自的规则，需要我们去遵守，去感受，不容一点的忽视懈怠，只有这样，我们才能收获许多，成长更多。

我欣喜地感觉到，通过社会实践的磨练，让我变得更加成熟、更加自信，我们有理由相信，当代青年大学生有实力承担的起未来建设国家的重任，追求进步，刻苦求知，勤于实践，全面成才必将成为广大青年学生的共同心声和行动!

二、社会实践主要体会

别认为这是一份简单的工作，传菜部基本上都是男生，开始练我们端盘子，男传菜员两手各拿一个端盘，部华考|zk168长让每一个男传菜员向前走50米，然后返回来，就这样走，一走就是一个小时，走的腿都酸了，工作时我感觉很累，觉得有些坚持不下来，但最后还是咬牙挺过来了!

宝贵的经历胜过我们在课堂里埋头于课本里绞尽脑汁，尽管这样的实践不能代表什么，但却能使我们感受到走出象牙塔后危机四伏的压力，有了这样的体验过后，当我们真正面对困难的时候，我们会发现自己比别人多了一份的淡定和冷静，千万不要忽视每一件事的细微之处，因为往往事情的结果就在这样一个不起眼的细节处决定成败。社会实践是艰苦的，但收获是巨大的。实践让我的生活变的多姿，实践让我们的人生变得多彩。

每天早上9点上班，领班就会给我们介绍菜名及价钱和今天的工作日程，还有今天客人订好的包间，哪几个传菜员去哪几号包间服务上菜等等。11点开始站岗了，迎宾在门口等待来临的客人，中午十二点到两点是客流高峰期。4点半过去又开始打扫卫生。晚上五点到九点又是一个客流高峰期。

由于我们饭店的假期工比较多，因为社会实践是一笔财富。一分付出，一分收获，有付出，就一定会有收获。在社会实践中可以学到在书本中学不到的知识，它让你开阔视野，了解社会，深入生活，无限回味。社会实践是一种动力，在祖国需要的时候，我会无条件地把所学的知识和一切奉献给祖国和人民。

三、社会实践的感想
