二、对营业厅内的业务流程有了更深入的了解。理论来源于实践，实践能更好地检验理论。说起容易做来难。在理论的学习过程中，我们总是不以为然。当自己上台操作时，这才发现不是丢东就是落西。

可想而知，在以后的实际工作中，一定要脚踏实地，戒骄戒躁，时刻保持谦虚谨慎的态度。此外，在熟悉流程之后，我发现有些流程过于繁琐。这就导致了客户需求服务的短时间性与操作相对长时间性产生了矛盾。

三、对需要服务的客户有了更深入的了解。通过跟来访客户的不断接触、交流后我发现，来访客户主要有三种类型：1.客户确实不了解相关业务，经咨询并了解后表示满意，随即离开。2.客户完全不了解相关业务，经再三解释后仍不明白，因此不情愿离去。3.客户对相关业务半知半解，由于消费费用个人感觉过多，因此心里稍不平衡，经解释后即使明白也不情愿离开。针对这几类客户，为了提高办理业务的效率和客户满意度，我感觉可以适当地采取一些措施，如后两种客户在办完相关业务后可直接让值班经理进行咨询接待。

基于上述对营业厅的几点认识，我感觉营业厅是否优秀直接取决于营业员的表现，因此好的营业厅内的营业员必须具备如下几点要素：

1.熟练的业务能力。业务操作的熟练掌握是对每一位营业厅的员工的最基本要求，这也是员工核心竞争力的基本体现。

2.思想统一，目标明确。即俗话说："大家的心要齐".切不可各怀心思，南辕北辙。因为思想指导行动，只有大家的思想高度统一了，才会真正把目标落实到行动中来。

一、劳动合同期限

第七条甲方依法制定员工工时、休息和休假制度;乙方须遵守甲方依法制定的工时、休息和休假制度，并按照规定上下班。

第九条甲方因项目工作需要安排乙方延长工作时间或节假日加班加点的，乙方应服从甲方的统一安排;加班费用在项目提成里支付。

第十条乙方加班不能自行决定，须经上级安排或者按照程序报上级批准，否则不视为加班。

四、劳动报酬

第十一条甲方根据法律、法规的规定，遵循按劳分配的原则，结合本公司实际和乙方的工作岗位，确定乙方的工资水平。

第十二条乙方月工资标准为元，试用期满后的工资标准按甲方依法制定的薪酬管理办法执行，但甲方支付给乙方的工资不得低于当地政府公布的当年度最低工资标准。

第十三条甲方有权根据其生产经营状况、乙方工作岗位的变更和依法制定的薪酬管理办法等公司制度调整乙方的工资待遇。

第十四条甲方于每月日以货币形式，按照公司规定的月工资标准足额向乙方支付工资，如遇节假日则提前一天或延至节日假满;每月日以货币形式向乙方足额支付月实发奖金(即销售提成)

第十五条乙方如果对甲方发放的工资表示异议，则应在工资结清之日起10日内向甲方书面提出，超过时间则视为无异议。

五、社会保险和福利待遇

第十六条甲乙双方应执行国家有关社会保险和福利的规定。

第十七条乙方患病或非因工负伤，其病假工资和医疗待遇等按照甲方依法制定的相关制度执行。

第十八条乙方患职业病或因工负伤的待遇，按国家及本省有关规定执行。

六、劳动保护、劳动条件和职业危害防护

第十九条甲方为乙方提供符合国家规定的劳动标准的工作条件和必要的劳动防护用品，切实保护乙方在工作中的安全和健康。

第二十条甲方负责对乙方进行思想政治、职业道德、业务技术、劳动安全卫生及有关规章制度的教育和培训，乙方应自觉遵守国家和本公司规程。

第二十一条如乙方在工作过程中产生职业危害病，甲方则按《职业病防治法》等规定保护乙方的健康及相关权益。

七、劳动合同的变更、解除、终止和续订

第二十二条甲乙双方在本劳动合同的有效期内，可以遵循平等自愿、协商一致的原则，依法变更劳动合同部分条款。

第二十三条订立劳动合同所依据的法律、法规、规章制度发生变化导致本合同内容发生变化时，可以对本合同相关内容进行变更。

第二十四条订立本合同的客观情况发生重大变化，致使本合同无法履行的，经甲乙双方协商同意，可以变更本合同相关内容或解除本合同。

第二十五条经甲乙双方协商一致，本合同可以解除。

第二十六条乙方有下列情形之一的，甲方可立即解除本劳动合同：

1.乙方被查实在应聘时向甲方提供的个人资料是虚假的，包括但不限于：离职证明、身份证明、户籍证明、学历证明、体检证明、过去工作经历、家庭成员和主要社会关系等资料;

2.严重违反本合同或甲方的规章制度;3.法律法规规定的其他情形。

第二十七条甲乙双方解除劳动合同，必须按国家有关法律、法规及甲方依法制定的相关制度执行。

第二十八条有下列情形之一，本合同自行终止：

1.合同期满且双方不能就劳动合同续签达成一致的;

2.甲方经营的状况不佳或已经破产关闭;

3.乙方应征入伍或者履行国家规定的其他法定义务的;

4.法律法规规定的其他情形。

第二十九条本合同期满前，甲乙双方应按照有关规定就合同续订或者终止事宜表明自己的意见，并办理相关书面手续。

八、双方协商约定的其他内容

第三十条乙方应当保守甲方的商业秘密，不得泄露给任何第三者(亦包括无工作上需要的甲方雇员)乙方违反保密义务则视为严重违反本合同，如给甲方造成经济损失的，甲方有权向乙方全额追索。此保密义务在合同终止或期满后任何时间对乙方仍有约束力。

九、违反劳动合同的责任

4.应向甲方支付的其它任何款项;

十、劳动争议处理

第三十五条在签订本合同之时，乙方须保证自己已不存在其他的劳动关系。如果由于乙方未与原工作单位解除劳动关系而引起的纠纷，视为乙方严重违反本合同，甲方有权与其立刻解除劳动关系。全部责任由乙方承担，甲方对此不负任何法律责任，乙方还必须赔偿甲方因此遭受的任何损失(包括但不限于甲方因此对外承担的损失、招聘费、培训费等)

第三十六条甲乙双方在履行本合同中若发生劳动争议，应当协商解决，协商不成的，当事人一方要求仲裁的，应当自劳动争议发生之日起六十日内可以向相关部门提请仲裁。

第三十七条乙方在此确认已充分知悉甲方的各项规章制度(包括但不限于员工手册、奖惩办法、劳动合同管理办法等)，确认这些规章制度以及以后修订的规章制度为本合同的组成部分，对乙方有约束力。

第三十八条如果乙方的通讯地址发生变更，乙方应即时书面通知甲方，否则甲方按照本合同中所列的通讯地址给乙方邮寄的文件，视为已送达。

一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。例如我在教unit3的时候，这课的主题是“如何询问和回答时间”，教学难度比较大。如果照本宣科地讲授，学生会感到困难和沉闷。为了上好这堂课，我认真研究了课文，找出了重点，难点，准备有针对性地讲。为了令课堂生动，活跃，不沉闷，我还为此准备了大量的教具，授课时就胸有成竹了。当讲到“half”的时候，我拿出准备好的圆卡纸，把它剪成一半，告诉学生这是圆的一半，也就是half。讲到“quarter”时，又把半圆剪成一半，那么剩下来的就是圆的四分之一，也就是“quarter”了。这样学生就形象地明白了这两个单词。而讲到如何表达时间时，我用了一个用红卡纸做的大钟，同学们一开始就被它吸引住了，显得颇有积极性。用实物让学生练习“what’s the time? it’s…”的句型，学生特别用功，教学效果十分理想。相反，如果我没有认真备课的，那课堂将会气氛沉闷，教学效果不好，与此相比可见，认真备课对教学十分重要。特别是对英语这门学生不甚熟悉并感到困难的外语来说至关重要。

一个老师告诉我：备课充分，能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的能力，因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。因此上课一定要设法令学生投入，不让其分心，这就很讲究方法了。上课内容丰富，现实;教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。所以，老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学也无法学下去。
