二、收获以及体会

一收获:

一是加强思想学习，主动与上级领导沟通，努力提高思想水平思想是人的灵魂，是人的内在力，要想把实习任务完成好，首先要把思想调整好。领导十分重视大学生成长，为此特地为我们制定了“双导师实习制度”。双导师，顾名思义，就是两位导师，工人导师是教授生产技术的，而领导导师是在思想上引领大学生，为其排忧解疑，指引方向的。在此优势下，我主动与领导进行了沟通，在领导的尊尊教导下，我对实习有了更为深层次的理解，更明确了我的工作目标，在思想上使我对未来的工作有了新的认识，在行动上使我对未来人生有了新的规划。

二是注重联系实际，理论与实践相结合，努力提高实习质量。

在实习中我发现大学中所学的专业知识并不是完全都能运用到实践中，我所学的是英语和旅游知识，而我所在的公司却是一家电机公司看起来两者相差很大。而我所学的几乎运用不到但其实不然。我可以翻译我们公司所生产的产品，为外国客户介绍我们的产品。同时也可以接待我们的客户。在此期间我必须重新学习关于电机方面的英语。这也让我的英语在另个方面有了更大的提高。

三是热爱实习岗位，积极承担岗位职责，不断提升实习效率。

二体会：

只有爱岗才能敬业，热爱实习岗位才能完成好实习岗位的工作。在实习过程中我努力培养自己对本岗位工作的热情，珍惜在岗位上的每一分钟，积极承担岗位上的责任以及义务，努力做到能够独立完成顶岗任务。对岗位做到懂、会、做。

在实习的那段时间，让我体会到了生活的艰辛和社会环境的压力。我自己也开始明白社会的残忍适者生存，不适者则被淘汰。虽然很累可是我却仍要坚持下去，因为我不想做个生活的失败者，我不想永远都躲在舒适的环境里却从不知道人间的冷暖。宝剑只有被磨砺过才会更加锋利。而我只有在社会中磨练才会更加坚强，更加成熟。走出学校踏上社会一开始让我觉得恐慌，面对形形色色的人我觉得无所适从。但是时间让我开始平静下来，而我也开始慢慢的适应了这种环境，让我开始觉得其实学校外的生活也是蛮有味道的。

二、社会实践主要体会

别认为这是一份简单的工作，传菜部基本上都是男生，开始练我们端盘子，男传菜员两手各拿一个端盘，部华考|zk168长让每一个男传菜员向前走50米，然后返回来，就这样走，一走就是一个小时，走的腿都酸了，工作时我感觉很累，觉得有些坚持不下来，但最后还是咬牙挺过来了!

宝贵的经历胜过我们在课堂里埋头于课本里绞尽脑汁，尽管这样的实践不能代表什么，但却能使我们感受到走出象牙塔后危机四伏的压力，有了这样的体验过后，当我们真正面对困难的时候，我们会发现自己比别人多了一份的淡定和冷静，千万不要忽视每一件事的细微之处，因为往往事情的结果就在这样一个不起眼的细节处决定成败。社会实践是艰苦的，但收获是巨大的。实践让我的生活变的多姿，实践让我们的人生变得多彩。

每天早上9点上班，领班就会给我们介绍菜名及价钱和今天的工作日程，还有今天客人订好的包间，哪几个传菜员去哪几号包间服务上菜等等。11点开始站岗了，迎宾在门口等待来临的客人，中午十二点到两点是客流高峰期。4点半过去又开始打扫卫生。晚上五点到九点又是一个客流高峰期。

由于我们饭店的假期工比较多，因为社会实践是一笔财富。一分付出，一分收获，有付出，就一定会有收获。在社会实践中可以学到在书本中学不到的知识，它让你开阔视野，了解社会，深入生活，无限回味。社会实践是一种动力，在祖国需要的时候，我会无条件地把所学的知识和一切奉献给祖国和人民。

走出校门融入社会的大舞台，我们才真正体验到自身知识的欠缺，能力的有限。任何理论知识只有与实践密切结合，才能真正发挥它的价值。在实践中我们才能真正的知道自己有半斤两，我们需要虚心的向前辈向同行请教，不断的充实自己壮大自己。

三、社会实践的感想

经过这次实践的经历，让我深刻的认识到，不管做什么事情都一定要认真仔细。学习也应如此，决不能走马观花，尤其是在一些看上去不起眼的小事，更是不能马虎的，正所谓细节决定成败。过程难免有忽略的时候，但这时的我们应该抱有学习的态度主动求教于他人，不放过任何一次学习的可能，因为再细微的工作都存在着它自身的价值和意义。

这华考|zk168次假期的社会实践让我明白了大学生社会实践是引导我们学生走出校门，走向社会，领悟人生的真谛，创造人生的价值。树立正确的人生观，价值观。学习职业道德好职业活动中的法律知识，提高职业道德和法律意识，锻炼实际履行职业道德规范和法律规范的能力。正确认识当前我国的就业形势，树立正确的择业观和创业观。

以上就是我在假期的社会实践，它给我的身心带来了很深的感受，对我以后的生活产生了很大的影响。通过这次的社会生活体验，我真的感触颇深，不论是老人还是小孩，不管是工人还是个体户，都应该热情对待，更应该牢记“诚信”两个字，真正做一个诚实守信的人。塑造当代大学生的崭新形象。
