转眼间我市邮政局实习已经有9个多月了，在这9个月的实习工作中，我完成了从一名刚出校门的学生转换社会人员的身份转变，我在邮局学到了许多课堂上学不到的东西，我不但拓宽了知识面也学习到了很多社会实践经验，受益匪浅。同时也对中国邮政这个百年企业有了自己的认知和看法。入局9个多月的时间，从入局见习、培训，再到各专业局，支局锻炼以到计划财务科的实习，各个新环境的不同学习、认识、感受，苦也融融，乐也融融，让我觉得自己正在邮政企业中渐渐的成长，走向成熟。

回顾这九个多月的实习，说心里话，我感触很深。因为这次实习时间短，加之又是各个科室任务量最大最繁忙的时候，所以每到一个点我不仅要靠前辈的悉心指点和帮助，更要自己看着学着每一项工作的具体流程。最终在科班领导及班组的关怀和指导下，在各位同事的支持和鼓励下，我不仅大致掌握了邮政的业务知识，还能够协助我们的业务人员为用户服务，这使我觉得很充实也很满足。下面我将就我在各个专业局及科室实习的主要内容和情况进行以下汇报。

一、营业前台实习

营业前台是邮政的重要组成部分，更是展示我们邮政企业形象，体现我们精神面貌和综合素质的窗口。实习第一天，当我站在这里，我内心又激动又自豪，我很荣幸我职业生涯能站到这里。在邮政营业大厅的前台工作不仅接触的用户多，需要协调的事情也多，特别是在奥运会进行的重要时刻，每一项工作对我们来说都是一个挑战。给我感触最深的就是我们的包裹收寄。我们的业务员不仅要详细的咨询用户的寄出地点，仔细查看用户要邮寄的物品，更要慎重的检验每一件物品。有时候检验过程太过仔细就会遭到一些用户的冷嘲热讽或者不满意，说我们邮政服务工作没有效率。每到这时候，我们的业务人员不是用微笑带过或者就用和蔼的口气告诉用户这样仔细的原因，得到用户的认可和接受。这样的态度，这样的素质，真的是很难得值得我这个新人学习的。

这次实习主要学习的是我们邮政传统业务的工作流程---函件业务，特快专递，包裹收寄。现在由于各个流程都有配合使用电脑终端，所以这几项业务的办理也变得比以往简单了。其中业务量最大的就是我们的ems，很多时候甚至超过了普通信件。这让我觉得很自豪。因为就我所知道的，目前国内有很多和邮政ems竞争的快递公司：天天、中通、申通、宅急送等等，但是没有一个可以和邮政的ems相提并论。这就充分体现了我们邮政ems拥有很高的名气和声誉，被广大客户所认可。但是提到我们邮政的包裹，我觉得需要改进的地方很多，由于我们邮政禁忌的物品太多，检查太严格，使得很大一部分用户流失。这造成的经济损失是小，但是对我们今后的业务发展影响是比较大的。在奥运这一特殊时期国家安全放在第一位是有必要的，但是从我们邮政局长远的发展来看，需要做一些相应的挽救措施，使得邮政包裹重新做回国内的老大。

二、邮政通信营业厅实习

在建设路通信营业厅实习，刚开始我对这个网点具体是做什么的都不了解，由于我是新来的，在那儿的人又是比我大几岁的姐姐们，所以都很照顾我，不但给我进行了详细的业务介绍，还给我讲解了许多前台应该注意的问题。我了解到在通信前台不但要办理各种业务，还要听取客户的各种意见，解答客户的疑难问题，有时还要饱受客户各种不满的态度，甚至是粗鲁的言行。但这都是作为一名营业员需要去面对处理的，而且态度必须诚恳和蔼。这和邮政综合营业厅差不多。邮政代理的移动通信业务，主流三大业务为神州行、动感地带和全球通，外加一个集团网业务。光神州行最近更新就有四种套餐，为了能够流利地解答客户提出的问题，营业员们必须对各种套餐业务了如指掌。由于实习的时间紧迫，我主要负责开户和收缴话费等一些简单的操作工作，对其他业务流程进行了一般的了解。短短的三天就被调离了岗位换其他地方实习了。虽然只有三天，但这三天也让我感受到了一名邮政工作者应有的热情。

三、储蓄前台实习

在储蓄前台实习后我的深刻体会是工作后每个人都必须要坚守自己的职业道德和努力提高自己的职业素养,正所谓做一行就要懂一行的行规。这一点我从实习单位同事那里深有体会。比如,有的业务办理需要身份证件,虽然客户可能是自己认识的人,他们也会要求对方出示证件,而当对方有所微词时,他们也总是耐心的解释为什么必须得这么做。现在储蓄已经类似于服务行业,所以职员的工作态度问题尤为重要,这点我有亲身感受。在我实习快要结束时,基本业务流程我也算是掌握的差不多了,所以在空闲时师傅们让我上岗操作。没想到,看似简单的业务处理,当真正上岗时却有这么多的细节需要注意，敲打每个数字都要很小心谨慎，如果是不小心弄错了钱款,而又无法追回的话,那也必须由经办人负责赔偿。这使我认识到在真正的工作当中要求的是我们严谨和细致的工作态度,这样才能在自己的岗 位上有所发展。我觉得到了实际工作中以后,学历并不显得最重要,主要看的是个人的业务能力和交际能力。任何工作,做得时间久了是谁都会做的,在实际工作中动手能力更重要。因此,我体会到,如果将我们在大学里所学的知识与更多的实践结合在一起,用实践来检验真理,使一个本科生具备较强的处理基本实务的能力,这才是我们实习的真正目的。

虽然我在每个前台呆的时间都不是很长，但是我深深的体会到作为一名合格的邮政营业人员，不仅要具备较高的业务水平，更需要具备良好的职业素质和心理素质。营业员，是我们企业最普通、最平凡的岗位，但作为企业的最前沿，代表的却是我们邮政企业的整体形象。我们应该认真向那些在平凡岗位上做出不平凡事迹的营业人员学习。

四、计划财务科实习

在这五个多月里，我大多数时间在财务科实习。会计是我大学所学的专业也是我最喜欢的职业。由于去年见习期我在财务实习过，所以对财务的人和工作已经有了一定的了解，为我这次真正的实习奠定的一定的基础，也为我能更顺利的工作打下了基础。

在见习期我就对邮政使用的财务系统，原始凭证的审核和编制记账凭证有了深入的了解，这次实习由于情况特殊，在我实习时间不久师傅就休假了，把报刊、损益核算的任务都交给了我，对新人的我来说是一个考验，但是机会和挑战总是并存的，考验的同时也是证明我自己能力的一次难得机会。工作时我认真审核每一张凭证的附件，制作收付转凭证;按月与网点核算报刊欠费;清理报刊欠费，做好欠费清缴工作;在每月月初做损益核算报表。努力使科长安排给我的工作做到最好。财务的工作是繁忙而又紧张的，在科长的指导和同事们的帮助下，我对邮政的财务工作已经基本掌握了一些，但仍有许多缺点和不足束缚着我，如对邮政各专业局的具体业务不熟悉;对一些问题上强调客观困难多，没有充分发挥主观能动性;对一些新问题的解决，不能系统地考虑问题，对问题的理解和看法站的高度不够等，这都是我本人急需攻克的弱点。

五、函件局实习

函件是中国邮政的基础性也是核心业务，直接关系到整个邮政事业的持续健康发展。金昌函件局有七人组成：一名局长，一个经理，两个电脑制作，两个营销人员和一个核算员。在未到函件局实习之前我单纯的认为在电子通讯、电子商务越来越发达的今天，函件业务作为邮政的基础业务、核心业务也许会渐渐萎缩。但是到了函件局之后我对邮政函件的认知发生了改变：在社会经济高速发展、各项通讯设备蓬勃发展的今天，函件作为社会传媒仍然具有十分广阔的发展空间，这也就是国家邮政对函件局做出的新的定位——社会传媒业。为了响应国家局的号召，金昌函件局开发以及亟待开发的项目有很多。在我实习期就正是dm广告册招商最繁忙的时候。大家集思广益，为邮政dm广告册的制作献计献策。函件局的实习，让我看到了团队协作对大局事业发展的重要意义。由于我没有营销和制作的经验，所以就只能帮助他们做一些基础性的工作，例如建立数据库。数据库是现代营销的重要的方式，有时是否达到营销的目的就看营销人员是否具有完善的数据库。不能盲目的营销但是也不能毫无目的的营销，所以要建立详细的数据库。反过来想想看似简单的工作其实也并不简单，我在为成功的营销打基础呢。

六、报刊局实习

报刊局，我的第一站是业务部，但是由于报刊大收订已经结束，也没有什么工作要我干，在了解了报刊收订的流程后，我就主动申请到报刊封发和邮件分发了。封发和分发有一个共同点就是都分进口和出口，只是工作的内容不一样。我此次实习的目的就是要了解邮政的基础业务，实习第一天就进入了工作状态，也能为各位前辈们分担点工作。在这的上班时间和其他部门不一样，三点钟上班来了在门口等邮车，等邮车一到我们就把金昌的邮包卸下来，卸的时候报刊邮件送到封发部和函件邮件送到分发部，卸完就可以回各部室分发了。封发部是将《报纸分发表》和《杂志分发表》按报刊代号录入电脑，然后在检索屏幕上录入报纸和杂志的代号和期发号，屏幕上就显示出要封发的报刊和杂志的名称和份数，同时在每个蜂巢箱上都会显示该段应该封发几份报纸和杂志。说起来很容易但实际操作起来可真是个经验活，当一个段要几百份报纸时数报纸就不是那么容易了，数数是我们在幼儿园里就会的，但是现在在这数数的快慢就决定着你工作的效率，我跟着师傅学数数和墩报纸。报纸来的时候首先要把它墩齐才能数，要不然数的数字就不准确，而且也不好数，就会影响封发的效率。我和师傅学了三天，只能说是知道了工作的流程，还没有熟练的掌握。在分发部也是一样，我了解了基本的工作流程以外还学会了扎邮包，打小就看父亲扎邮报是那么的熟练，自己扎起来还是学了好长一段时间才熟练的。

七、集邮公司实习

在集邮公司，经理让我在集邮门市部实习，集邮前台主要的工作就是日常取票和出售集邮票品。在我实习期，发行了一套石涛作品集，由于金昌只发行八十套，所以邮票销售的很紧俏，有些集邮用户买不到，就会产生不满的情绪。在这种情况下，工作人员都会耐心的给用户解释。在这我了解到每个集邮用户收藏邮票的习惯都不太一样，有的用户喜欢带邮票印刷厂厂名的;有的用户喜欢带有过桥邮票的;有的用户喜欢邮票上面带有印刷版号或者色标的，每次取票工作人员都教我按照集邮用户的要求给他们领取，满足他们的需求。票取好后打印取票清单，并帮助用户核对邮票。在工作中，我发现用户在领取邮票时，有的人会特意带本杂志或者大信封来夹放邮票，但是有的用户就将邮票随便卷在报纸里，且不说新印刷的报纸容易出现掉墨的情况，不小心会让油墨污染了邮票，就是眼看着也不安全，邮票很容易从报纸里面掉出来，有些住在邮局附近的用户来取邮票时甚至是空手而来的，取完邮票后，直接用手拿着就离开了邮局，更有甚者直接把邮票装进了衣服口袋里。为此，集邮的工作人员专门为客户准备了免费的集邮袋，充分体现了为客户服务的遵旨。

在速递局实习的时间是7-8月，这也正是高考录取通知书下来，送递通知书最繁忙的时候。这一时期是莘莘学子们十二年苦读期盼结果的时期，速递局充分考虑到各位家长和学生的心情特推出了高考通知书鲜花礼仪服务。通知书一到，我们先做逐一的登记，然后依据每位学生的联系电话，给他们打电话征求学生的意见如要我们专车送到，我们速递公司就会在当天把通知书送达，如若不需要我们送我们会在通知书到达的第二天送到学校，让学生自己去取。送达每个学校的通知书也要逐一的做好登记工作。很多时侯通知书需送达到偏远的农村地区，例如永昌六坝、龙首村等，路途遥远，需四五个小时才能送到。我和司机还有其他工作人员一大早就出发，大概中午才到，在村民家或者自己带午饭，简单的吃完后，再继续送通知书，到了晚上很晚才能到家。这两个月的时间，大概每天的工作时间都在十小时以上，我们本着不说苦不叫累的精神，认真的把这一阶段的工作完成了。从工作开始直到结束，我们做到了“不误丢和误送一份通知书，保证及时送达每一个通知书”的工作宗旨。

在物流局实习已经是农资配送的收尾阶段了，我有幸能跟着马师傅去配送化肥。早晨十点多我们就开车出发，从双湾拉了五吨的金大地复合肥，又到永昌水源把化肥卸了，回到市局已经是下午四点多了。一路上马师傅一言不发认真的开车，我只能看着沿途的戈壁渡过漫长的时间。有时候，马师傅也说他路途中遇到的事，有有趣的，但大多时候，他去配送的途中都是一个人开车走很长的路，没人说话，只有寂寞和漫天飞舞的沙尘相随。听他这么说，我心里一阵难受，原来在我心里，当邮局的司机很风光，但自从在物流局实习完后，我觉得自己原来的想法是多么幼稚：每个岗位都有每个岗位的职责，有它的特殊性。邮局司机的工作量比其他司机要大很多，因为他们的工作就是开车配送，上班时间就是开着车跑来跑去，既费神又劳心。但据我所知，在如此大的工作量的情况下，我们局里的司机没有出过一次重大交通事故，在此，我向他们表示深深的崇敬之情。

作为一个迈入社会的新人，也要注意一下几点：

一、要有吃苦的决心，和平的心态和不耻下问的精神。作为一个新人，平和的心态很重要，做事不要太过急功近利，要多学多问，不懂得要及时问师傅，领导和同事。表现得好别人都看得到，当然表现得不好别人眼里也不会融进沙子。要努力做到最好。

二、工作中要多看，多听，多观察，少讲话，不要说与工作无关的内容，多学习别人的艺术语言和办事方法。

三、除了工作具有责任心外，要善于经常做工作总结。每天坚持写工作日记，每周做一次工作总结。主要是记录，计划和总结错误。工作中坚决不犯同样的错误，对于工作要未雨绸缪，努力做到最好。

四、善于把握机会。如果上级把一件超出自己能力范围或工作范围的事情交给自己做，一定不要抱怨并努力完成，因为这也许是上级对自己的能力考验也是一次展示自己工作能力的机会。

五、坚持学习。不能只学习和会计有关的知识，还要学习邮政业务相关的知识。因为一个企业的发展不仅在于内部的运作，还要靠外部的推动。要按经济规律和法律规定办事。有一位教育学家说过，当我们把学过的知识忘得一干二净时，最后剩下来的就是教育的本质了。这里我把“教育”改成了“知识”，我们在大学里学习的知识也许会被淘汰，但那些最基本的学习方法永远是我们掌握最新知识的法宝。

在以后的工作当中，我要当好领导的参谋，确保完成局里下达的各项任务。本着“严、深、细、实”的原则，在搞好自己本职工作和各专业局在千辛万苦抓增收的基础上，力争完成省局下发的各项任务指标。同时，认真参与搞好邮政开展的各项业务，对各专业局下达的各项任务积极配合完成。总之，对于新加入邮政队伍的我来讲，一切都是新的开始，面临着新的挑战。在工作方面，我要不断的学习，悉心听取前辈们的教导和指示，该加班时就加班，顺利完成领导安排给我的工作。在人际关系方面，与各个部门的人打交道时一定要注意沟通方法，协调好相互间的工作关系。工作最重要的是具备正确的心态和良好的心理素质。牢记做事高三级，做人低三分的道理。我要做到在学习中进步，在进步中不断学习。所以，在来年的工作中努力努力再努力，日常管理上勤奋勤奋再勤奋，不断的使自己有所进步，我相信：用心一定能赢得精彩。
