一、课堂教学

英语的作业主要是英语周报以及课课练的试卷。初中的课程很注重练习。每天都必须一定量的练习训练。英语作业大都是选择题，所以改起来不算麻烦。不过还是发现了自己改作业的缺陷，同样一个班的试卷，别人十来分钟就批完了，自己恁是要花上个把个小时。后来还是朱老师教了自己，原来批改作业也有方法讲究的。若将答案写在另一张纸上，abcd答案与试卷答案的间隔一样，批改起来只需将不一致的划掉就可以了，这样批改起来效率果然可以高很多。批改时发现有些题目学生错的比较集中，甚至答案都错到一个选项上，说明那个题目很容易被误导到那个错选项上。这样讲评时便需要着重讲解。批改作业主要也就是为了了解学生的掌握程度，以及查漏补缺吧。

讲课时时间的安排要紧凑，发现自己讲课时说话太慢，讲的内容少而杂乱，没有形成程序。以后还是要注重锻炼自己的速度，思维要敏捷，做事情要干练。

二、班主任工作

带我的班主任工作的指导老师也是我的曾经初中时候的班主任，一向欣赏她工作作风的我有幸跟着她学习。做实习班主任期间，曾老师教会我如何培养班干部的能力以及如何凝聚班集体。我自己也常常观察学生，了解他们的变化并在需要时给予辅导 。

三、对自己英语课堂教学优缺点的总结

结合指导老师、实习老师、同学们的意见以及自己的思考，我对自己此次英语课堂教学优缺点做如下总结

1. 课堂流程整体把握不错，上课有章法，遵循纯阳学校规定的“四步流程教学法”或“PPP”教学法等。

2. 课堂上教态自然，教学耐心;常微笑，常鼓励学生;对学生一视同仁，平等对待。

3. 讲解知识点的同时，能注意学生能力、策略、情感及态度的培养。

4. 板书的设计与书写需要提高;课堂举例要有意义，要举经典例句

5. 讲具体的一节课要有重点，要有简明的课堂小结

四、对英语课堂教学与考试的思考

在听课与讲课的过程中，我听取其他老师的意见，结合自己的心得体会，觉得作为一个好老师，不但要对基本的专业知识有深刻熟练的把握，还要对考纲、考点十分了解，更重要的是弄清楚考试与课堂教学的关系并将其应用于实际教学中。这样在讲课过程中，让学生们打下扎实的英语基础的同时，考试也能考出好成绩。

考试、中考并不与我们在大学里所学的教学法对课堂教学的要求相矛盾。考试是形式，是一个让老师了解自己教学效果的手段，也是一个让学生总结学习方法，促进学生学习的助推器。只是现在好多老师对这一手段、助推器的理解不对，应用的不是很好，所以因此导致了一些问题。现在的考试内容过于机械，频率过高，老师、学生，甚至领导、家长对考试的意义存有不当的理解，以致对英语课堂教学产生不良影响——上课以考试为目的。这恰恰是本末倒置。考试，重知识，轻技能;重语法与词汇，轻情感与策略。从而误导老师上课也如此。所以我认为要做一个合格的老师，应该仔细研究考纲、考点并把它灵活的运用到课堂上，并且善于出考试题，出有质量的考试题，更加善于让考试服务于课堂教学。当然做到这些需要学校领导的认可与支持。这些都是我以后的努力方向。

今天周一本来应该是室外升旗仪式，由于天气阴冷，改成了室内升旗仪式，我还是第一次知道有室内升旗仪式的存在。全体师生收看校电视台，看着电视里学生出旗升旗的画面，所有的学生都一样整齐严肃的站着，班主任，任课老师也都在班级里，少先队员行队礼，集体唱国歌， 听国旗下讲话，没有一个环节少掉，秩序依然一样好。班主任要求每个学生行队礼的时候必须把手套脱掉，站立的时候必须是立正的姿势，双手不允许塞进口袋。我很受感动，有时候，我们不只是有在大庭广众下要求

实习是大学学习阶段极为重要的时间环节。通过实习，是我们能在社会实践中接触和了解与本专业有关的实际工作，培养和锻炼我们运用所学知识的基础理论、基础技能的能力。在实习过程中，通过理论与实践结合，在提高动手能力同时，为以后参加工作积累了一定的经验，做了必要的准备。这应该算是我人生中的第一次实习，使我深受启发。在实习期间，经过自己的亲身体验和观察，我深切地感觉到，做一个高中老师真的很不容易，但我下定决心，不管如何辛苦，我也要在实习期间将做好一名的普通而又平凡的英语老师的工作。

为期两周多的教育实习，不但使我在英语教学上学到了很多，也增进了我对自己的认识。我实习的班级是高一年级(8)班。同学们聪颖、独立、有创新精神。开始与他们接触我还有些紧张，常被他们的提问难住，无所适从。但他们却反过来安慰我，鼓励我慢慢来。在他们的宽容与鼓励下，我进步了不少。尽量作到每次答疑都有备而来，每次批改作业前都把作业自己先做一遍。对所有可能出现的问题提前准备。几周下来，我回答不上来的问题就越来越少了。在他们中间，我才深刻的体会到大学老师常常提醒我们的一句话：“教师，就是为学生服务的。在学生眼里找自己的问题，才能获得长足的进步。“

我的指导教师和班主任老师给了我很大的帮助。作为教师，他们永远都是我的榜样，也是我想要超越的目标。在我讲第一堂课之前，指导教师把他自己的教案拿给我看。我虽然写了教案但是并没有准备讲稿。这样，给老师试讲的时候，由于准备的不详细，将整堂课的结构都破坏了。该讲清楚的东西一点也没交代清楚。他听完之后毫不客气的一一指出所有的错误和缺点，告诉我应该怎么讲。那时，我真的觉得讲课好难。自己的心态也摆的特别不好——因为我太想把课讲好了，压力特别大。当天晚上，我准备到2点多，第二天终于把课顺利的讲完了。从那堂课以后，我才真正理解“教师”与“好教师”的差距。对我来说，他的课就是标准：如果课讲不到他那么清楚，根本不能算是好课。在实习期间我的教学工作每走一步都是脚踏实地的，从没有丝毫的放松过。除了备课，上课以外，我还坚持每天帮助老师批改学生的家庭作业，做到批改后让学生及时改错误。我在教学设计上更多地趋向趣味性，加入了很多猜字谜，玩游戏等等，更注重运用他们喜欢的教学方式。在课堂上进行趣味教学，尽量吸引学生的注意力，组织好学生的纪律。渐渐地，在我的课堂上，学生的发言总是络绎不决，争先恐后，连一些差生的表现也积极了很多。

在实习期间，我们地开展了“安全牢记心中”主题班会，通过小品表演、知识竞赛，认识交通安全标志等多种形式，并要求他们到课外去读有关的安全知识，要求学生小组合作，共同完成任务。在这次主题班会中，让学生初步掌握了一定的自救自护的知识，增强安全意识。让学生在遇到紧急情况时，学会从容对待，不急噪，不慌张。用知识竞赛、小品表演等形式来巩固并拓展学生对安全知识的理解和运用，树立学生自我保护的意识。在活动中，同学们充分发挥主人翁的精神，自己回家收集材料，分组研究，汇总资料，合作排练，自己制作道具，干得不亦乐乎。这次我班别开生面的“安全牢记心中”的主题班会，取得了圆满的成功。通过这次主题班会活动，学生的合作能力得到了提高，增进了同学之间的友谊，学生对这类活动乐此不彼，兴趣盎然，积极地投入到班级活动中去。长此以往，就会不自觉地喜欢上这个集体。只要班主任和全体同学同心协力，把握好道德行为习惯的航向，我相信我们这个班级会建设得越来越好。

经历了两周多的实习生活，让我初尝了身为一名教师的酸甜苦辣。回顾和学生们一起走过的日子，不禁想起自己的中学时代，也深感如今的学生比我们过去多了一份顽皮，一份灵活，一份大胆。学生的能力一代比一代强，要求也越来越高。因此，要想在学生中树立起好老师的形象，还需要走一段不寻常的摸索之路。
