一、审计工作开展情况

根据董事会工作安排，按计划、有步骤的开展各项现场与非现场审计。20xx年出具审计报告书 份，其中：业务审计报告 份，现场离任审计报告 份，非现场离任审计报告 份，经济责任审计报告 份。通过审计检查，规范了营业网点的业务操作，提高了依法经营意识，增强了管理制约机制，从而为业务发展奠定了良好的基础。其二，为了认真落实干部交流制度，对中层管理人员进行岗位调整，共进行岗位监督交接 次，其中：行长调整交接 次，支行会计主管调整交接 次，对交接过程进行了严格的监督，保证交接手续齐全、完整，调整人员及时就位，确保了工作的连续性。其三，会同相关部门销毁做废银行卡、做废印章工作。

(二)搞好业务审计工作

审计部按照年初工作计划，进行了反洗钱等 项业务审计。加强了部门及支行的经营管理，完善了内控监督机制，通过审计，提高了业务风险防控及管理能力。

1、开展了科技信息系统和管理维护审计，对科技信息部进行了现场摸底。通过从总体控制风险、研发风险、运行维护风险、外包风险等四个方面进行检查，掌握我行科技信息运行现状，了解我行科技信息的安全及风险隐患，对科技信息的内控制度建设进行了检查，针对存在的问题提出了合理化建议，增强了信息安全控制能力，促进了我行业务安全、持续、稳健地运行。

2、做好反洗钱工作，规避洗钱及监管风险，提高反洗钱工作的整体水平，分别对网点进行了现场检查，用时 个工作日，检查内容以反洗钱内控制度建设、账户管理、联网核查及档案管理、大额和可疑交易报送为主，通过检查，职能部室及支行能充分认识到反洗钱工作重要性和必要性，认真履行反洗钱法律义务，按时组织反洗钱业务学习，严格执行反洗钱规章制度，制度完善、措施有力，反洗钱工作力度不断加强，但仍存在结算账户使用管理不严格、账户资料更新不及时、不按规定范围进行联网核查、可疑交易甄别不细致等情况。

3、做好离任、经济责任、工作审计工作。

根据《高级管理人员任职资格管理办法》有关规定，在1月份调整和交流了 位机关管理人员，审计部按要求进行了非现场离任审计，出具了 份非现场离任审计报告。在 月份对部门管理人员进行了 次经济责任审计，并出具了经济责任审计报告。根据《高级管理人员任职资格管理办法》有关规定，共利用 个工作日对 人次支行行长进行了现场离任审计，对其在职期间的工作情况做出公正、公平的审计评价。
