英汉翻译是一门建立在综合能力基础之上的学科，囊括了全方位的知识以及中西文化的差异。不管是对个人能力以及日常积累都有较高的要求。前我一直有一种误区：认为只要掌握大量的词汇，翻译起来就会很容易，认为翻译只不过是把大量的词汇拼接连接在一起。可是当我真正接触到这门课程时惊觉自己原来的思维是有多么的狭隘。当翻译一句话时，我根本不知道该怎么组合。勉强组合在一块时不是错误百出，就是很Chinglish.

首先，英汉翻译应遵循“忠实，通顺”的标准。所谓忠实，就是忠实于原文的内容。由于中西文化之间存在的巨大差异，一句英文在欧美人看起来顺理成章，而在我们中国人看起来就会极其别扭。我们就会在翻译过程中不自觉的用上自己的思维，因而改变了原文的意思破坏了原文的风格。通顺就是指原文语言必须通俗易懂，符合规范。译文必须通顺，避免死译，硬译，符合规范。把原文的内容适当的表达出来，既不能改变扭曲，也不能增加或删减。如“Heisseriouslyill”.就译为：“他病得很厉害”。有人为了追求汉语的“漂亮”译为“他苟延残喘”，这就得不偿失了。

其次，翻译分为三个阶段：理解，表达，和校核。准确理解原文所要表达的意思，注意上下文的关系在翻译过程中是至关重要的。在翻译时采取直译或者意译两种方式。有时在翻译过程中我们也可以直译和意译结合起来使用。主要取决与具体的情景。校核也是一个非常重要的过程，不可忽视。即在翻译时要经过反复的推敲，已到达最好效果的翻译。

翻译不是一朝一夕就能做到做好的事。我们在日常学习中必须注重积累有关英译汉方面的知识以及基本方法。了解基本英汉语言对比(词法和句法)。通过对比，掌握两种语言各自的特点，以及所对应的意思，在翻译的时候才能得心应手的运用。避免造成错用，误用，闹出笑话。需要注意的是随着语言的发展，很多英语单词已经不再紧紧局限于其原有的意思，更有了扩展。这就要求我们积极扩充自己的积累。同时，我还学习掌握了英译汉时常用的方法和技巧。如：增词法，重复法，省略法，以及词义的转义等等。还有关于各种不同句型的不同翻译方式。如定语从句，被动语态，状语从句等等，这些在书本上都有系统的介绍。我们在日常练习的时候也要避免为了做题而做题，要在过程中学会理解，应用这些方法。

我还体会到理解和翻译并不是一回事，几个人的理解相同，翻译成的文字风格可以是不同的。通过学习，我了解到可以直译的就直译，只要把词序调整一下，保证通顺，不致引起误解就好。如果不能直译，可凭借各种翻译技巧，在不偏离原文意思的前提下，对句子的结构作一些变动。方法也好，技巧也好，都是为忠实、通顺地再现原作这个目的服务的，其功效自不待言，但并非万应灵药。任何方法在应用中都有其限度，过犹不及。如果一味死搬教条，盲目遵照翻译的规则，过分依赖这些翻译的技巧，最终只会落得个邯郸学步的结果。优秀的翻译者会在在实践中经常数法并用，因人因文而异，并无一定之规，主要靠自己不断实践、不断总结经验和不断提高理论水平，才能最终达到得心应手、曲尽其妙的境界。

经过学习，我确实获得了不少的进步以及在本学期的翻译学习中，我们获得了翻译专业应具备的一项技能，也对下学期的汉英翻译学习有了初步的计划和想法，以后学起来的时候亦不会无从下手。我相信我在今后的翻译道路更加宽阔平坦，我会再今后的学习中，不断总结经验技巧，是这些宝贵经验成为翻译学习的宝贵财富，力争做一名合格的英语人。

三、甲方责任

甲方需在整个夏令营过程中负责乙方的行程安排，包括乙方的食住行、比赛行程、学习等活动。

负责学生在营期间的全程监护，保证对学生的有效管理。

甲方替乙方购买人身意外保险。

四、乙方责任

乙方入营后，应以甲方辅导员老师为核心，一切活动必须服从甲方老师安排。

乙方须如实、完整地填写报名信息，向甲方履行告知义务，并保证学员身体健康，无隐患疾病(如心脏病、高血压、传染病等)，同时还应承诺：保证乙方学员的身体状况能够适应甲方主办的夏令营活动，如在活动期间乙方因自身疾病而引起的医疗、抢救和住院等费用，全部由乙方自行承担。

乙方必须遵守团队行程活动计划，全部行程必须随营集体活动，未经允许，不得擅自离营单独活动。如出现违反上述规则或甲方规定现象，责任自负。甲方将不承担或退还任何费用。

乙方如违反国家相关法律法规以及社会治安管理条例或不遵守夏令营纪律和相关规定，乙方应自行承担因此而产生的一切责任，同时甲方有权对其进行劝导，情节严重的可令其提前离营并不退还任何费用，所产生的一切后果和费用乙方自负。

在夏令营活动期间，如果因乙方学员个人原因而对他人造成伤害或对他人及公共财产造成破坏、损毁，乙方应自行承担因此产生的一切责任。

乙方不允许带贵重物品、大量现金参营，违反本协议强行带入夏令营者，发生丢失或损毁事故，甲方不负任何责任;乙方应注意妥善保管自己的证件及行李物品，如发生随身携带行李物品遗失、被盗等情况，应在第一时间报告甲方辅导员老师，并保护好现场，等待有关人员处理。如果有涉及保险相关的问题，乙方应保留所有相应的单据和证明文件，以便进行保险理赔工作。

甲方拍摄的参加训练营员在训练中的相片、DV等资料，甲方可无偿用于宣传、招生等用途。

夏令营期间，原则上不允许乙方提前离营，若因特殊原因需提前离营者，须由乙方监护人提交书面申请，签字确认后将其传真到z，待甲方确认批准后方可独自离营，乙方若在独自离营后遇到任何安全问题和意外均与甲方无关，甲方对此不承担任何责任。

五、其他事宜：

1、退费说明：乙方报名缴费后，凡因乙方自身原因不能参加夏令营，其夏令营报名费按以下原则进行申请退还。

开营前_______天(_______年_______月_______日)之前(不含当天)申请，退还_______%报名费;

需以书面材料进行申请。(退赛申请书+营员身份证复印件+监护人身份证复印件)传真至组委会(z)方有效。

③申请时间

以组委会接收到申请材料时间作为退营申请时间。

2、请假说明：乙方参营后因故请假的，甲方不做其他补充培训和退费补偿。

3、本协议未尽事宜，双方通过协商解决。若协商无果，则按国家有关法律法规办理。

4、双方因本协议发生争议的，由双方协商解决。若协商不成，则任何一方均有权向甲方所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

5、本协议一式两份，甲、乙双方各执一份，具同等法律效力。本协议自双方签字(盖章),在乙方交付本协议约定的全部团费后自动生效，至双方权利义务均履行完毕止。

6、本协议中未尽事宜，双方协商解决，并另行签定补充协议。

4.2实习过程简述

进入实习单位后，因为专业对口，我被分配进了xx市公司市场部速递物流快货中心，快货中心是一个包括快活中心主任，网点开票员，网点业务员，仓储管理，快货中心驾驶员的团体。实习过程大致可以分为两个阶段：

第一阶段，主要是协助部门人员处理一些日常的事务性工作，通过对部门业务骨干的学习观察以及与同事之间的交流沟通中，我比较详细的了解了邮政速递物流的运作流程及工作方式，对邮政速递物流有了一个直观的认识。

第二阶段，在熟悉了基本的业务流程之后，我投入实战工作当中。

我的工作较为全面，首先负责受理速递物流专业客户服务问题，处理客户揽收、咨询、深度查询及客户投诉工作，承担派揽派投调度，揽投工单处理质量督办工作;其次负责路单封发、路单交接，重点客户维护以及呼入客户资源的采集、维护、分析及反馈等工作;最后负责提供相关话务及业务数据监控、客户信息、服务质量、运行质量等各类统计数据、客户用邮服务监督、客户回访及评价意见征集工作。

5.实习中所发现的问题

1、邮件寄递质量差的现象偶有发生。寄递质量包括邮件的揽收，运输，以及投递的质量。揽收质量，指揽收员按照客户要求及时，正确，高质量地将邮件取回笠堤峁┒ㄖ苹?k 邮局。邮件的运输，就是指邮件的整个运输过程包括：邮件集中分拣，打包封法，交通运输等环节。而投递就是邮件到达寄达地派送到收件人手中的过程。目前邮政方面存在的寄递质量问题主要包括：揽收员上门取件不及时;服务态度差;运输环节繁琐;邮件延误现象时有发生;邮件跟踪透明度低，中间运输环节无法跟踪，或很难确认责任机构;无法按时投递;反馈虚假妥投信息等。

2、信息化建设，信息透明度较差。关于信息透明度，这里简单的举几个常见的例子：

1).有过邮寄经验的人应该不难发现，邮件在运输途中的信息在ems官网上是看不到的，这对我们消费者来说，无疑增加了对于邮件安全性的疑虑。2).除此之外，邮件的收寄信息即邮件的重量和价格也是不会显示在官网上的。3).邮件在各个操作环节，其操作人员的信息也是完全不会显示，这样就不能对邮件在运输途中的各个环节予以更好，更严格的监督。

3、工作人员服务质量有待提高。作为服务行业，不论其一线工作人员还是幕后的客户服务话务员，都应本着一颗为人民服务的心，真诚，尽责地为客户提供高质量的服务。目前邮政速递物流面对的问题之一也正是工作人员的服务质量，邮政的工作人员根据其工作性质分为：前台收礼服务人员、揽收员、投递员、热线客服，此外还有不与客户发生直接接触的工作人员，他们构成了我们邮政的服务团队，影响着客户对我们服务质量的评价，《国家邮政局关于2017年3月邮政业消费者申诉情况的通告》也表明，在服务质量上还有所欠缺，工作人员的的服务质量还有待进一步提高。
