监理员实习报告例文

一、 实习单位、时间

实习单位：重庆笃远监理工程有限责任公司

实习时间：2017-3-1至2017-5-31

二、实习内容

一)、模板工程

对模板及支撑系统应掌握下述原则：

a. 保证工程结构和构件各部分形状尺寸和相互位置的正确性;

b. 具有足够的承载能力、刚度和稳定性，能可靠地承受新浇砼的自重和侧压力，以及在施工过程中所产生的荷载;

c. 构造简单，装拆方便，并便于钢筋的绑扎、安装和砼的浇筑、养护等要求;

二)、 钢筋工程

1)、 钢筋的下料、加工，应要求承包方的技术人员根据图纸及规范进行钢筋翻样，并就钢筋下料、加工，对钢筋工进行详细的技术交底。为避免返工，监理人员应深入钢筋加工场，对成型的钢筋进行检查，发现问题，及时通知施工单位改正。

2)、 钢筋的焊接，监理人员首先应检查焊工的焊工考试合格证，在正式焊接前，必须监督焊工根据现场施工条件进行试焊，应根据《钢筋焊接接头试验方法》的有关规定，抽取焊接接头试样进行检验，检验合格后，方可批准上岗操作，焊接接头应符合规范要求。

三) 、混凝土工程

混凝土的浇筑、接槎、振捣

混凝土的浇筑顺序和方法，事先应周密考虑。对于大体积、大面积混凝土的浇筑施工单位要制定浇捣方案交现场监理审核、备案，分层、分段要合理;层、段间的间隔时间要计划好，在前一层、段混凝土初凝前，浇筑后一层、段的混凝土，振捣器要插入下一层。浇筑竖向结构，要根据结构形式采用串洞、开门子洞等方法，保证混凝土浇筑中不发生离析，并保证各部分浇筑密实。

四)、承台施工

施工单位应及时向驻地监理组提供承台立柱施工组织设计，及时组织施工技术交底会。监理工程师应按设计图纸、设计变更以及工程业务联系单，掌握规范要求，特别正确掌握允许的最大偏差值范围。监理工程师和施工单位应认真做好内业签证工作，并及时做好施工的内业资料。基坑开挖不得扰动基底土，如发生超挖现象，严禁随意的用土回填。

五)、墩身，托盘，顶帽，施工

施工单位应及时向驻地监理组提供墩身施工组织设计，及时组织施工技术交底会，以保证施工质量和施工安全。监理工程师应按设计图纸，设计变更及工程业务联系单，掌握规范的要求。按设计图纸的墩身钢筋数量、规格、插入上盖梁中预留筋，要符合设计要求。

六)、钻孔桩

1、承包人可选择任何一种钻孔方法，但完成的钻孔，应符合图纸规定的允许偏差。

2、钻孔时采用长度适应钻孔地基作件的护筒，保证孔口不坍塌及不使地表水进入钻孔，并保持钻孔内泥浆表面高程。护筒应符合以下要求：

(1)护筒可用钢板或钢筋混凝土制作。

(2)护筒内径一般应比桩径稍大，一般大200～400mm，可根据钻孔情况选用。

(3)护筒顶端高程，应高出地面0.3m或水面1.0～2.0m。

(4)当钻孔内有承压水时，应高于稳定后的承压水位2.0m以上。若承压水位不稳定或稳定后承压水位高出地下水位很多，应先做试桩，鉴定在此类地区采用钻孔灌注桩基的可行性。试桩结果，报监理工程师批准后，方可采用钻孔灌注桩基。

(5)当处于潮水影响地区时，护筒高度应高于最高施工水位1.5～2.0m,并应采用稳定护筒内水头的措施。

(6)护筒中心竖直线应与桩中心线重合，除设计另有规定外，一般平面允许误差为50㎜，竖直线倾斜不大于1%;干处可实测定位，水域可依靠导向架定位。

(7)护筒埋置深度应根据图纸要求或桩位的水文地质情况确定，一般情况埋置深度宜为2～4m，特殊情况应加深以保证钻孔和灌注混凝土的顺利进行。有冲刷影响的河床，应沉入局部冲刷线以下不小于1.0～1.5m 。

(8)在钻孔排渣、提钻头除土或因故停钻时，应保持孔内具有规定的水位和要求的泥浆相对密度和粘度。

(9)当设计为斜桩理，为保证开孔斜度准确，埋设的护筒应准确，长度不宜小于3m，护筒直径只宜比钻锥直径大20～30㎜。护筒埋设的斜度宜稍大于设计斜度，应埋筑紧密。

(10)斜孔孔壁较易坍塌，故孔内水头、护壁泥浆相对密度、粘度等指标应比钻竖孔时稍大。可掺用适量添加剂以改善泥浆性能。

3、地质情况较为复杂的在钻孔灌注 桩施工前，应按设计要求或监理工程师指示，在桩基现场试桩，以验证桩的设计参数及承载力，并根据地层情况、施工条件选择合理的施工方法。在试桩中发现地质情况(如有地下水、地层对混凝土有腐蚀作用、有较大承压水等)与原设计不符时，承包人应提出相应的技术措施或变更设计，报监理工程师批准。

4、钻孔时须及时填写钻孔记录，在土层变化处捞取渣样，判明土层，以便与地质剖面图相核对。当与地质剖面图严重不符时，应及时向监理工程师汇报，并按监理工程师的指示处理

5、承包人应采用钻孔泥浆护壁，以保持孔壁在钻进过程不坍塌，但采用全长护筒者除外。

6、承包人可用膨润土悬浮泥浆或合格的粘土悬浮泥浆作为钻孔泥浆。钻孔泥浆不得污染地下水。根据钻孔方法的适用性的论证，不加掺加物的清水钻仅在监理工程师书面同意情况下才可采用。

7、钻孔时须及时填写钻孔记录，在土层变化处捞取渣样，判明土层，以便与地质剖面图相核对。当与地质剖面图严重不符时，应及时向监理工程师汇报，并按监理工程师的指示处理孔泥浆应始终高1.钻孔达到图纸规定深度后，且成孔质量符合图纸要求并经监理工程师批准，应立即进行清孔。清孔时，孔内水位应保持在地下水位或河流水位以上1.5～2m，以防止钻孔的任何塌陷。

8、清孔时，应将附着于护筒壁的泥浆清洗干净，并将孔底钻渣及泥砂等沉淀物清除。清孔次数按图纸要求和清孔后孔底钻渣沉淀厚度符合图纸规定值为前提进行，大桥基础钻孔后一般需进行两次清孔。

9、出孔外水位或地下水位1.0～1.5m。

10、摩擦桩的沉淀厚度应等于或小于10cm 嵌岩桩的沉淀厚度应满足图纸要求，并不得大于5cm (含砂2% 泥浆比重

七)、旁站

本桥梁工程为商品混凝土，检查混凝土预拌厂商提供的混凝土配合比通知单;检查测定混凝土的坍落度、和易性，按《见证取样及送检计划》要求见证抽取混凝土抗压试块及混凝土抗渗试块;检查、控制每一振点的振捣、延续时间、插入距离 在混凝土浇筑过程中，经常观察模板、支架、钢筋、预埋件和预留孔洞情况，当发现有变形、位移时，及时督促承包方进行处理 记录好起止时间详细做好旁站记录及监理日记

三、心得体会

一)、工作谨慎负责，认真履行监理职责

在工程开工前认真审图，熟悉设计图纸的有关规定和要求;熟悉合同文件、业主有关要求的文件。看到图上有误的地方要及时提出，向领导汇报，提出意见。检查现场机械设备、人员、施工组织计划，施工工艺、施工材料等，发现问题根据现场情况做出处理并及时向领导汇报。

在平时的日常工作中，按照自己的岗位职责认认真真做事，老老实实做人，少出纰漏，把事情做好，按照监理规范，注重动机和效果的统一尽量有效地工作，并经常与监理部同事研究监理工作的关键环节和关键部位。

二)、加强日常学习，努力提高业务素质

刚开始时候很不习惯实习的工作，一天要站八个小时，嘴巴还经常要给顾客做翻译或介绍商品。每天下班回来脚都痛得几乎走不了路，嗓子也沙哑了。还有就是我的英语不是很好，顾客说英语的时候我们经常听不懂，有时候遇到不好的顾客就会被指责。记得那是刚开始实习没几天，我在机场西区的化妆品大店上班，遇到一个大概四五十岁的西方顾客，她说着一口很流利的、似乎又夹带方言的英语，她跟我说了很多，但我一句都没有听懂她说什么，于是我就叫专门负责商品的销售员过来，但是那销售员也听得不是很清楚，所以不能很快地准确地回答她的问题。最后顾客不耐烦地说了一句话“你们应该会学校重新学习了”。顾客说的那句话是后来那个销售员跟我说的，当时听了心里很难受。也从那一刻开始，我真是体会到了知识的重要，，英语的重要!值得高兴的就是：实习期间，我的口语(英、泰)有了极大的提高，明显地比以前好了很多。这些成功的经验讲激励我在以后的人生路上取得更大成绩，失败的经历将会促使我努力去改变自己不完美的地方，让自己在往后的日子做得更好，这一切讲成为我生命中最宝贵的财富之一。

快乐不仅仅这些，让我觉得最幸福的事情是：实习期间，我又认识了很多新的朋友，有中国人，也有泰国人，我们来自不同的大学。比如有来自：泰国碧武里皇家师范大学、泰国东方大学，泰国曼谷北部大学，泰国华侨崇圣大学……我们每天一起上下班，在车上有说有笑!记得有一次一个泰国朋友生日，我们在车上一起为那泰国朋友唱生日歌，那一刻，我们真的很开心很幸福……还有实习期间，认识了很多在xx公司上班的他们对我都挺好的。今天最后一天上班，我收到了很多来自们的祝福和礼物，心里很开心!

实习圆满结束了，但它带给我的思考却刚刚开始，引导我到一个更高更新的高度。我们还在继续的成长，不管未来的路程是平坦的还是曲直的，我都会坚持勇敢走下去。或许自己要面对的困难不是一点点，而是非常多，但是我相信经过自己的不懈努力，我最终还是会战胜困难，实现自己的人生价值，在不断的前进中得到更好的发展，相信自己一定能够做好。
