二、学生基本情况分析：

本学期我担任初二（3/4）英语教学工作，经过上学期我的不懈努力，大部分学生学习目的明确，态度端正，掌握了英语学习的一些基本方法，能够积极主动认真地学习，学习成绩较好。但还有少部分学生没有明确的学习目的，缺少学习的热情和主动性，自觉性较差，相应的学习习惯也差。主要原因是没有激发学生学习英语的兴趣，学生觉得英语学习是一种负担，一部分学生没有掌握记忆单词的方法，连基本的单词听不懂，学不会，但是学生整体的惰性还是很强，自觉性很差。

经过一学期的学习，听力方面失分也较多，主要是听的时间太少。针对种种问题，在本期的英语教学中，应加强基础知识的讲解和基本技能的训练，让学生掌握词汇、语法、句型等基础知识和听、说、读、写等基本技能；另外，注意培养学生对英语的兴趣；让学生掌握记忆单词、听力、写作等英语学习技能，培养良好的学习习惯和自主探索、合作学习能力。充分调动学生的学习积极性和主动性，使每一位学生都能在学习中有所收获、有所进步。

2、 甲方选派岳阳新航道哈福外语学校优秀师资进行3P教学，并对教学效果进行评定。评定结果以乙方参加所在学校举行的任何一次中考或期考达到提高30分的英语成绩为准，评定标准为在哈福外语学校入学测试或由乙方提供最近一次所在学校英语测试结果(交甲方存档)的基础上经过本合同协议100小时培训后提高了30分;若乙方考试成绩低于此标准，甲方同意乙方继续接受甲方3P英语培训直至达到提高30分为止;或者退还未提高部分的学费。(未提高部分学费按每分900元计算);如超过30分，超过部分乙方同样须按每分900元奖励给甲方或介绍相当于奖励部分金额学费的学生参加甲方3P培训学习项目。如乙方在100小时以内在入学测试基础上达到或超过了30分;乙方不得以任何理由拒绝继续参加培训或要求退还学费。出现这种情况时，乙方必须承担违约责任，甲方有权拒绝退还所收取乙方的任何费用。
