1、开展了科技信息系统和管理维护审计，对科技信息部进行了现场摸底。通过从总体控制风险、研发风险、运行维护风险、外包风险等四个方面进行检查，掌握我行科技信息运行现状，了解我行科技信息的安全及风险隐患，对科技信息的内控制度建设进行了检查，针对存在的问题提出了合理化建议，增强了信息安全控制能力，促进了我行业务安全、持续、稳健地运行。

3、做好离任、经济责任、工作审计工作。
