时光匆匆,为期一个月的实习已经圆满的落下帷幕。回顾其中的点点滴滴,有成功后的欣喜和激动,也有挫败后的失落和无奈。在领导的谆谆教导和同事的悉心帮助下,我在收获业务技能的同时,内心也经历着微妙的成长。

学校的翻译课时短，有时一周两节，一节课也才两个小时，而且老师一般只要求我们翻译一些短的文章，可是由于工作要求，单位与英方的有些邮件就会很长的篇幅而且时间要求很近，而且由于自己不熟悉机械方面的相关知识，这时候为了保证质量，我就主动把工作带回家去做。为了避免延误工作，我决定努力接触公司产品的生产流程，记住零部件的名称和各种加工工艺的表达方式。除了现在每天都在做的邮件翻译以及文件整理工作，单位还要求我口语上要过关以应付出国和接待老外来访的需求，这就要求我更加努力的增强自身的知识水平，在做好日常工作的同时更要不断的提升自己。虽然在学校接受过口译的教程，也大体了解一些要求与规则，但是练习也只限于同学之间。而且因为工作环境的问题，平日里很少接触英语的听说，这就要求我必须保持清醒的认识，不能贪图安逸混日子，还要创造机会进一步学习。路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索。相信经过一定的锻炼与不懈的学习，我一定能尽快胜任翻译一职。

最令我没有想到的是，我在大二学的国际贸易实务，国际金融以及电子商务课程的知识竟然在我阅读合同等文件时帮了我很大的忙，也节省了我不少时间。那些时常出现的诸如fob、cif之类的贸易术语都是我们课上最主要的内容。在学习的时候只是单纯的背过，并没有真正了解它们的含义。例如合同，它是履行的依据，是成立的条件，品质、品名、数量、包装、价格、保险等条款缺一不可。因为涉及双方的利益，而商家又以追求最大利润为目标，所以划分的越详细，责任也就越明确，也就可以避免一些不必要的纠纷。可见做生意来不得半点马虎。

“尽最大的努力，做最好的自己”是我信奉的原则。作为一名班干部，我处处严格要求自己，事事以身作则，对老师交给的任务总是积极认真地完成，不推拖，不糊弄，协助老师管理好班级，是老师的得力小助手。一直以来都能全心全意为同学们服务，用自己热情开朗的性格影响周围的同学，只要有我的地方同学们都笑的合不拢嘴，一个个前仰后合。我的热心赢得了大家对我的充分信任，从中也让我感受到了快乐

我认为，学习好最主要的原因就是要勤奋。名人名言说的好：“天才是百分之一的灵感，百分之九十九的汗水。”“书山有路勤为径”刚刚上一年级的时候，我的成绩不是特别优秀，但是我从不气馁，因为没有人天生就是天才。我总是向别人请教，直到弄懂了为止。

我也觉得积累对于学习来说也是一种勤奋。学习要勤奋，这里的勤奋不仅只追求上进、热爱学习，还指积累。学习中，课外的积累与课内的东西一样重要，是必要的、不可缺的。世界上没有任何一条捷径能马上让你提高成绩，一飞冲天。读书时的好词好句可以积累，大自然里的知识可以积累。积累的好处有很多，比如我就深有体会。每次考试的作文，别人正不知如何下笔之时，而我大脑里浮现出许多平时积累的东西，让我顿时有了灵感。

别人在高兴的玩的时候我在预习课文。别人到睡觉时，我还在整理一天所学。为了能使我的成绩有所提高，我付出了很多努力。当然，我的努力有了成效!我的成绩终于有了突破。但我仍然不敢有丝毫放松，依然是勤勤恳恳，一回家就复习、预习，成了我学习的好习惯

我特别喜欢看书，书是我的精神食粮。我有一个很大的书柜，存了很多不同的书，我很喜欢看儿童文学和科学探秘的书。我看书的时候，几乎都忘记了时间，只要有时间，我一秒都不会放过。因此，还闹了不少笑话。阅读能给予我力量。

现在我正努力学习去实现未来的愿望。我对自己提出了做作业的七条要求，如先复习、改错、再做作业，然后要预习新课内容。每次期未考试会订出计划，达不到目标时找原因，总结经验，令学习成为成长动力。我对知识的理解和领悟力较强，课堂上总有我响亮清脆回答问题的声音，主动自信的我总成为同学们的楷模。

成绩代表过去，我的人生之路才刚刚起步，蜜蜂只有辛勤采蜜，才能酿出甜美的蜜糖，雄鹰只有勇敢的博击风雨，才能使自己的翅膀更加强劲有力。大浪淘沙，方显真金本色，风雪过后，更见青松伟岸。今后我会更加努力，为班级争光，为自己的人生添彩，不辜负老师和家长的期望和厚爱。

Hello, my name is STM. I graduated from Qingshan District school. I loved literature since I was a child. 大家好，我叫stm，毕业于青山区任家路中学。我从小便喜好文学，对我而言，相比理科中奇妙的符号数字和多变的几何图形，我更喜爱文学中的那一片人文气息。无人时，我喜欢静静的看书，沉浸甚至沉醉于那一部部文学名著中。书中那片浓郁的人文气息，沁人心脾，让我不由的深陷其中，无法自拔。不知当年老残听到王小玉那犹如天籁般的说书声时，是否也有着这般感受呢？

不过由于过于以书为友，反而让我忽略了现实中的人际交流，在面对陌生的环境和陌生的人时，我会由于茫然不知所措而显得过于沉默乃至沉闷，这也算是我最大的一个缺点吧。

当然像雏田一样，我也一直在试着改变这样的自己，虽然很难，但我会尽力。因此在今后的三年里，我希望在收获好成绩的同时，也能收获到数份珍贵的友谊！
