这三个月是辛苦的三个月、幸福的三个月。之所以辛苦是因为我不断地从内心去学习、理解、完善工作中的新事物;之所以幸福是因为战胜困难是我不变的目标，成功的喜悦是我永恒的追求。在这三个月里，我已顺利地完成了从学生到移动员工的角色转换。虽然时间不长，但我感受颇多，主要有以下几个方面：

一、对营业厅内的工作人员有了更深入的了解。我们知道，中国移动的企业文化是"正德厚生、臻于至善",这就要求我们的员工不仅是业务方面的能手，而且还应该是有爱心、有热心、有恒心的高素质员工。在实际的工作中，我已真实地见证了这一切。人民南路营业厅的就是其中的一位。

她不顾平时工作的繁忙，积极地参加社会爱心活动。作为一名优秀的社会义工，只要一有时间，她就会抽空去敬老院、孤儿院，给那些孤寡老人和残障儿童带去幸福和温暖。从这些同事的身上，我已深深地感悟到加强自身的道德修养是对每一位中国移动员工的基本要求。

二、对营业厅内的业务流程有了更深入的了解。理论来源于实践，实践能更好地检验理论。说起容易做来难。在理论的学习过程中，我们总是不以为然。当自己上台操作时，这才发现不是丢东就是落西。

可想而知，在以后的实际工作中，一定要脚踏实地，戒骄戒躁，时刻保持谦虚谨慎的态度。此外，在熟悉流程之后，我发现有些流程过于繁琐。这就导致了客户需求服务的短时间性与操作相对长时间性产生了矛盾。

也许这一矛盾引起了很多客户在业务受理过程中的不耐烦。在工作中我已遇到多次，由于长时间的等待让他们产生了不满的情绪从而造成了冲突。所以，这一矛盾应引起我们的深思。

三、对需要服务的客户有了更深入的了解。通过跟来访客户的不断接触、交流后我发现，来访客户主要有三种类型：1.客户确实不了解相关业务，经咨询并了解后表示满意，随即离开。2.客户完全不了解相关业务，经再三解释后仍不明白，因此不情愿离去。3.客户对相关业务半知半解，由于消费费用个人感觉过多，因此心里稍不平衡，经解释后即使明白也不情愿离开。针对这几类客户，为了提高办理业务的效率和客户满意度，我感觉可以适当地采取一些措施，如后两种客户在办完相关业务后可直接让值班经理进行咨询接待。

基于上述对营业厅的几点认识，我感觉营业厅是否优秀直接取决于营业员的表现，因此好的营业厅内的营业员必须具备如下几点要素：

1.熟练的业务能力。业务操作的熟练掌握是对每一位营业厅的员工的最基本要求，这也是员工核心竞争力的基本体现。

2.思想统一，目标明确。即俗话说："大家的心要齐".切不可各怀心思，南辕北辙。因为思想指导行动，只有大家的思想高度统一了，才会真正把目标落实到行动中来。

3.团队作战的精神，不强调个人英雄主义。因为每个员工的绩效是与营业厅挂钩的，整体不好，局部再好，也没办法体现你的优秀。木桶原理已很好地诠释了这一切。

4.强烈的责任感。个人要在团队中找好自己的位置，明确自己的职能。一旦发生问题，千万不可相互推委，要有勇于承担责任的勇气。如果缺乏这点，那团队将无法凝聚，也就更加谈不上发挥超强战斗力了。

实习前老师给我们布置了几个实习任务，那么这个教育实习就从这几个方面来谈谈自己的体会吧。

一、课堂教学

1、听课

9号去的学校，朱校长将自己带到了指导老师那，说是高一的英语组组长尤老师。一听是组长，有些忐忑起来，所幸见到老师和悦的样子给自己讲各种各样的事宜，渐渐便平静了心情。实习的第一天便是听课。这时候的听课与以往的听课应当不同的。可叹自己做了20xx年的学生，听了各色各样的老师讲课，或严谨或幽默，或深入浅出，或步步深入，习惯了听课只是记笔记，学知识，从来没有留心去观察老师上课的方法。尤老师讲课声音很宏亮，我坐在最后面还可以听得非常清楚。第一次听课听的便是习题的评讲。那些题目自己做倒是能做上，只是要自己讲出个所以然来却非常困难。尤其是那些什么先行词、介词、连词之类的术语，自己最是难以说清。再加上大学里学的英语多是欣赏阅读，很少涉及到句子结构语法分析。大二时讲的语法课是全英文的厚厚的一本，当堂课还知道讲的什么。课后全不知什么了，发现自己的英语知识只是零散的东一块西一片，没有形成整体的结构框架，不知道怎样串起来，也不知道哪里是重点。课后说与尤老师，他说都这样的，知识整合成结构系统都是做了教师以后慢慢整理出来的。自己听了稍微宽了心，以后再听课留意下老师的串讲。

后来的日子里还去听了张老师、孙校长的课。张老师年轻，讲课时课堂气氛很活泼，孙校长讲课细致，到底是比较有经验。开始以为高中上课也必须全英语的，后来发现其实并不一定都要英语的，适当的汉语解释有助于学生的理解。

2、作业批改

英语的作业主要是英语周报以及课课练的试卷。高中的课程很注重练习。每天都必须一定量的练习训练。英语作业大都是选择题，所以改起来不算麻烦。不过还是发现了自己改作业的缺陷，同样一个班的试卷，别人十来分钟就批完了，自己恁是要花上个把个小时。后来还是尤老师教了自己，原来批改作业也有方法讲究的。若将答案写在另一张纸上，ABCD答案与试卷答案的间隔一样，批改起来只需将不一致的划掉就可以了，这样批改起来效率果然可以高很多。批改时发现有些题目学生错的比较集中，甚至答案都错到一个选项上，说明那个题目很容易被误导到那个错选项上。这样讲评时便需要着重讲解。批改作业主要也就是为了了解学生的掌握程度，以及查漏补缺吧。

3、课堂教学

大概是第三周的时候，自己有幸终于走上了三尺讲台，开始紧张异常。这真实讲课可与微格教室里的不同，下面真真切切的有六十多双眼睛看着自己呢。我讲的是第三单元的Welcome to theunit.备课时从网上找了很多的课件，然后整理了半天。走到教室时学生齐刷刷都将目光投向了我，先是一小会的骚动，铃声响了教室也安静了下来。随着Good Morning的进入，自己渐渐不再紧张，只是讲英语时还是眼睛离不开备课笔记，终究还是对自己没有自信。高一的学生还很活跃，教他们讨论问题时都很快的讨论起来，只是还是很难主动自己站起来回答问题。任何时候点名回答问题还是必须的。本来预计将Welcome讲完将Reading也提下的，结果还是没赶上。课后老师说自己讲的还好，学生也挺配合我的，心里面甜丝丝的，倒是惠的实话给了自己一记。她说她坐在后面根本听不清的。自己觉得自己声音已经不小的，后面都听不清，看来若想做教师，这嗓音还是需要训练的。想来老师只是给自己鼓励才那样说的。

后来又讲了两节试卷评讲课，一节单词的讲解。讲习题时明显就发现了自己的不足，知道答案却难以讲解的明白。每个题目都得到字典上去寻求解释，还需要向老师请教如何讲解。很多很细微的知识点也要向学生解释清楚的。经过这几节课的实践，自己虽然还是难以把握讲解的方法，总算还是学得了一些。还有一个就是任务型阅读。这是高考新增的题型，高一也开始训练。说白了，任务型阅读主要就是mainpoint的概括，尤老师讲做任务型阅读先要看空，分析出应当填什么词性的单词，然后在原文中找出类似的表达，变换下也就能写出答案来了。特别要注意首字母的大小写。

讲课时时间的安排要紧凑，发现自己讲课时说话太慢，讲的内容少而杂乱，没有形成程序。以后还是要注重锻炼自己的速度，思维要敏捷，做事情要干练。

二、班主任工作

自己并没有实习班主任工作，不过从旁看了些指导老师做的班主任工作。班主任与学生既要亲切又不能失了尊重与敬畏。有一天尤老师将班上的每个人都找来谈了一番话，语重心长，学习生活上有什么困难，学习要注意怎样的方法，数学要重点抓，英语要多读多背之类的都一一给与建议。有个学生比较内向，一直郁郁寡欢的样子，尤老师劝解了半天也不开口讲话，这样的学生只得慢慢的多加开导，让他心情开朗起来才能愉快学习。

二、要用昂扬的激情和充沛的精力包装自我，做一位对学生负责的老师。作为一名老师，每节课当你走上讲台的那一刻，就应该是全心全意面对学生的40分钟，不管那天自己的情绪是伤心、难过还是高兴、愉悦，暂且都放置一边。你给学生的感觉始终应该是昂扬有激情的。心情是会传染的，作为老师我们都希望自己的课堂是生机勃勃，而不是死气沉沉的。所以在每堂课前我们都要调整好自己的心态，呈现一位开朗、昂扬的负责任的老师给自己的学生们。

三、要用赞赏的语言和耐心的态度提升自我，做一位让学生爱戴的老师。我们都知道，小孩子都是喜欢听表扬的话而不是批评的话的。课堂上对表现积极的学生要奖励及时，对反应稍慢的学生要耐心引导，积极鼓励。老师千万不要吝啬赞赏的语言，时不时给学生表扬，这样的课堂才会越上越精彩。

表扬的话不仅要在课堂上说，在批改作业的时候也一定不要忘了那些写在书面上的表扬。见习过程中，司徒老师教我们如何改作业、如何评作业的等级，如何给予同学奖励的印章。小学生主要的作业有两种：活动手册和听写本。批改作业时对于有做错的本子的那一页一定要折起来提醒他（她），因为小孩子都是粗心大意的，只有提醒他（她）们才会去订正。评等级时有四个原则：1.至少要b等级，如果只有一两处错误，就放开手给他（她）a-；2.针对卷面清洁得体、大部分都对的学生给予a+和大印章奖励；3.等级的书写一定要大，因为在学生心目中那是分数，是老师对自己学习成果的肯定；4.印章最好有两类，一个稍小的，一个大一点的。作业的批改无形中拉近了师生关系，所以将来走上工作岗位的我们不仅不能忽视这个环节，而且要好好考究考究这个环节。
