1. Both parties should abide by the contract and should refrain from revising, canceling, or terminating the contract without mutual consent.

2. The contract can be revised, canceled, or terminated with mutual consent. Before both parties have reached an agreement, the contract should be strictly observed.

3. Party A has the right to cancel the contract with a written notice to Party B under the following conditions;

(1) Party B does not fulfill the contract or does not fulfill the contract obligations according to the terms stipulated, and has failed to amend after Party A has pointed it out.

(2) According to the doctors diagnosis, Party B cannot resume normal work after a continued 30 day sick leave.

4. Party B has the right to cancel the contract with a written notice to party A under the following conditions:

(1) Party A has not provided Party B with necessary working and living conditions as stipulated in the contract.

(2) Party A has not paid Party B as scheduled.

Ⅷ Breach Penalty

When either of the two parties fails to fulfill the contract or fails to fulfill the contract obligations according to the terms stipulated, that is, breaks the contract, it must pay a breach penalty of US$500 to 2,000 (or the equivalent in RMB).

If Party B asks to cancel the contract due to events beyond control, it should produce certifications by the department concerned, obtain Party As consent, and pay its own return expenses; If Party B cancels the contract without valid reason, it should pay its own return expenses and pay breach penalty to Party A. 大家好，我叫__，丹东本地人，是一名大四学生，现在德鼎担任外贸实习生一职。我性格开朗，乐观爱笑，做事认真，乐于与他人交流。平时喜欢看书，爬山和运动。(欢迎大家推荐好书，我们一起交流)最喜欢的一句话是：能用汗水解决的事情，绝不用泪水。大学的专业是英语(国际贸易方向),我来到这里已经一个月了，虽然只有一个月的时间，但在这短短一个月里，我能充分的感受到公司领导对于工作的严谨细致，对员工的无微不至，同事们对于工作的认真负责，同事间关系的和谐融洽，所以感到非常高兴也非常荣幸能加入这个大家庭中来，这里不仅为我提供了一个成长锻炼，展示自我的良好舞台，也让我有机会认识更多的新同事，新朋友。作为一名进入一个全新工作环境的新员工来说，尽管在过去的学生会工作中积累了一定的工作经验，但刚进入公司，难免还是会有些压力。为了能让自己尽早进入工作状态和适应工作环境，有问题及时请教同事，积极学习工作所需要的各项专业知识，努力提高自己的水平。这段时间我学到了很多知识，过得非常充实和快乐。

在这里，我要特别感谢在这段时间帮助过我的领导和同事，谢谢领导们能给我一次这么好的实习机会，谢谢同事们无微不至的关怀和不厌其烦的帮助，才使得刚刚从象牙塔中走出来的我尽早从一种紧张情绪中解放出来，使我尽快地适应了环境，全情的投入了工作。我深知，还有许多方方面面的知识需要向大家学习，还望在以后的工作中大家能够多多指教。

当然我也明白，唯有积极行动才能带来丰硕的成果。为了做好这份工作，我正用心的完成领导交给我的每一项任务。希望自己能在今后的工作中充分发挥自己的专业特长，高效率完成公司领导安排的每一项工作，为公司的明天贡献自己的一份力量。

所以在日后的工作中，我依然会主动去了解并适应环境，同时也要将自己优越的方面展现给公司，在充分信任和合作的基础上与大家建立良好的关系。除此之外，我还要时刻保持高昂的学习激情，不断地补充知识，提高技能，以适应公司发展。在工作中我可能会有迷茫和压力，但是我会注重细节的积累，今天的一点变化，明天的一点努力，后天的一点学习，这样不断的日积月累，珍惜时间，严格要求自己，就一定能够取得进步。

最后跟大家分享一个小故事：据说古罗马人有两座圣殿：一座是勤奋的圣殿，另一座是荣誉的圣殿。他们在安排座位时有一个顺序，就是人们必须经过前者，才能到达后者。他们的寓意是，勤奋是通往荣誉的必经之路。那些试图绕过勤奋寻找荣誉的人，势必会挡在荣誉的大门之外。所以，为了实现自己大大的梦想，请勤奋工作，从现在开始。

Why do you think they are so friendly Beth: Maybe it’s because they are surrounded by money all day! Sally: That’s possible! I wish I could join the Finance Department in our company. Beth: Why can’t you Sally: My numerical skills are just too bad. I failed mathematics at school, you know. Sally: Well, if you are no good at mathematics maybe you shouldn’t work in the Finance Department. You could accidentally loose a lot of money. Beth: You are always so wise Sally. I’m glad to have you as a friend. Sally: We’re a good team Beth and we should always look out for each other.
