(一)学生情况分析

1.学习水平不均

有的学生对小学英语比较重视，学得很好，基本上可以很快进入初一的英语学习，但有的学生或学校不重视，学得很不好，特别是在农村学校，还有几个甚至完全没有学过。因此，整个班级的英语水平很不平衡，给日常教学带来诸多的不便，提高了难度。

2.学习习惯不好

学生刚刚从小学进入初中，处于一个衔接的阶段，学习任务加重，学习的习惯可能不是很好，没有形成一定的适合自己的方法，或者以前的学习方法不再适合初中繁复的学习，所以学习方法都还有待改善。

(七)课堂纪律：像学生在课堂上讲话，睡觉等，我会采取作为朋友的方式的提醒，在必要时会给予适当的批评。

(八)作业处理：会根据学生自身的情况，给于适当的惩奖，对于做的好的学生会当全班面给予口头表扬;给于做的不好的学生，前三次会当全班面进行侧面的提醒，不直接进行点名;对于不做的学生，会单独问他没有做作业是不是有其他原因，一切以朋友的角度进行处理。

(九)考试：整个学期一共要做4到5个测试，是以几个单元为单元，在每次考试后，都会进行分析，当然是要根据学生的考试情况做分析，比如，很多同学错的是那些知识点，从学生实际掌握的角度出发，进行分析，讲解。

(十)沟通：要每个月的与家长和学生进行沟通，也要让家长和学生之间进行定时的沟通。与家长之间可以采用电话沟通，家访，以及家长到学校。于学生之间可以采用单独谈话，在作业批改的后面写上一些话。

（一）抓理论

教研组的活动要改变单一的听课和评课形式，增加教研组学习的新内容。本学期将继续学习《英语新课标》中的教学理念，建立全新的教学观念，灵活的课程体系，多元、开放的课程评价标准，重视基础，适应个性需求，关注学生情感，提高学生自主学习能力，为学生构建发展的平台。努力将新观念、新思路渗透到英语课堂教学之中，真正做到理论与实践相结合。明确英语课程在基础教育阶段的基本要求，用这些理念来指导平时的课堂教学，以提高课堂教学效率。向学生学习，研究学生的学习心理，不断提高在小学英语教学领域里实施素质教育的水平。真正开展好活动，让教研组的活动发挥其实际的作用。本学期我们重点提高学生的听说能力。

（二）抓常规

1、“教学常规”的学习和实施，组织本组教师学习常规，使实施常规成为全体英语教师的自觉行动。同时，就如何提高学生的听说能力进行进一步的研究学习。

2、通过教研员对我们的新课程与新教材的培训，使教研组成员对英语课堂教学重点及难点的确立更加明确。

3、集体备课，集体备课是发挥群体优势，提高备课质量的重要途径，也是落实教学常规，提高课堂教学效率的必要措施。为此，本教研组要积极组织集体备课，做到有计划、有目标、有实效。本学期将继续坚持每月的集体备课活动，集体备课的活动时间是以确定的时间和不确定的时间相互结合为主，每月确定的时间集体备课时，每次的集体备课都要定主题、定地点、有分工、有记录，每位教师都要写好备课笔记。平时利用不确定的时间交流教学心得和教学方法，切实解决英语教学中的一些问题，努力提高课堂教学质量，完善英语教学。

4、积极开展教研组的听课和评课活动，紧紧围绕教研组的活动主题-提高学生的听说能力，认真组织开展人人研究课活动，每位教师在自己的课堂中要能较好地体现探究性学习的特点，要重视对学生探究性学习的研究，在评课和说课中，要以学生的主体作用为主，以探究性学习的实效性为重点。

5、单元试卷的编制，本学期三至五年级的单元练习卷由各年级的备课组长分工和把关，在期初安排教师出好全部的单元试卷，要求知识点覆盖全面、难度适宜、题型丰富。

（三）抓质量

1、组内每位英语教师要树立教学质量为学校发展生命线的思想，继续做好培优辅差工作。

2、组织组内教师探讨有效的教学方法，在教学效率上下功夫。努力提高学生听说能力。

3、对后进生进行研究，教师畅谈对后进生在教学和辅导上的困难，大家相互交流经验，互相学习，取长补短，共同进步。

Perhaps my situation on this place is pretty unlikely, after graduation because of personal interests I am gone to the Heilongjiang University graduate college major in history.Im outgoing and open-minded. In my spare time, I have broad interests. Such as reading, surfing the internet, listening to music. I like children very much. I think children are active, innocent and pure. With them, I feel very relaxed, pleasant and younger. Therefore, I learned a lot from my one year working experience.

I’m graduating form Jilin Normal University this June which has a history of 50 years. It shares many same characteristics with Jilin University. Both of them have a refreshing and scholarly atmosphere. Four years’ studying there made me an independent, optimistic and strict girl. I appreciate the education my university gave me.
