海洋运输货物保险条款（附英文）

一、责任范围

本保险分为平安险、水渍险及一切险三种。被保险货物遭受损失时，本保险按照保险单上订明承保险别的条款规定，负赔偿责任。

（一）平安险。本保险负责赔偿：

1、被保险货物在运输途中由于恶劣气候、雷电、海啸、地震、洪水自然灾害造成整批货物的全部损失或推定全损。当被保险人要求赔付推定全损时，须将受损货物及其权利委付给保险公司。被保险货物用驳船运往或运离海轮的，每一驳船所装的货物可视作一个整批。推定全损是指被保险货物的实际全损已经不可避免，或者恢复、修复受损货物以及运送货物到原订目的地的费用超过该目的地的货物价值。

2、由于运输工具遭受搁浅、触礁、沉没、互撞、与流冰或其他物体碰撞以及失火、爆炸意外事故造成货物的全部或部份损失。

3、在运输工具已经发生搁浅、触礁、沉没、焚毁意外事故的情况下，货物在此前后又在海上遭受恶劣气候、雷电、海啸等自然灾害所造成的部份损失。

4、在装卸或转运时由于一件或数件整件货物落海造成的全部或部份损失。

5、被保险人对遭受承保责任内危险的货物采取抢救、防止或减少货损的措施而支付的合理费用，但以不超过该批被救货物的保险金额为限。

6、运输工具遭遇海难后，在避难港由于卸货所引起的损失以及在中途港，避难港由于卸货，存仓以及运送货物所产生的特别费用。

7、共同海损的牺牲、分摊和救助费用。

8、运输契约订有“船舶互撞责任”条款，根据该条款规定应由货方偿还船方的损失。

（二）水渍险。除包括上列平安险的各项责任外，本保险还负责被保险货物由于恶劣气候、雷电、海啸、地震、洪水自然灾害所造成的部份损失。

（三）一切险。除包括上列平安险和水渍险的各项责任外，本保险还负责被保险货物在运输途中由于外来原因所致的全部或部分损失。

二、除外责任

本保险对下列损失不负赔偿责任：

（一）被保险人的故意行为或过失所造成的损失。

（二）属于发货人责任所引起的损失。

（三）在保险责任开始前，被保险货物已存在的品质不良或数量短差所造成的损失。

（四）被保险货物的自然损耗、本质缺陷、特性以及市价跌落；运输迟延所引起的损失或费用。

（五）本公司海洋运输货物战争险条款和货物运输罢工险条款规定的责任范围和除外责任。

三、责任起讫

（一）本保险负“仓至仓”责任，自被保险货物运离保险单所载明的起运地仓库或储存处所开始运输时生效，包括正常运输过程中的海上、陆上、内河和驳船运输在内，直至该项货物到达保险单所载明目的地收货人的最后仓库或储存处所或被保险人用作分配、分派或非正常运输的其他储存处所为止。如末抵达上述仓库或储存处所，则以被保险货物在最后卸载港全部卸离海轮后满六十天为止。如在上述六十天内被保险货物需转运到非保险单所载 明的目的地时，则以该项货物开始转运时终止。

（二）由于被保险人无法控制的运输延迟、绕道、被迫卸货、重行装载、转载或承运人运用运输契约赋予的权限所作的任何航海上的变更或终止运输契约，致使被保险货物运到非保险单所载明目的地时，在被保险人及时将获知的情况通知保险人，并在必要时加缴保险费的情况下，本保险仍继续有效，保险责任按下列规定终止。

1、被保险货物如在非保险单所载明的目的地出售，保险责任至交货时为止，但不论任何情况下，均以被保险货物在卸载港全部卸离海轮后满六十天为止。

2、被保险货物如在上述六十天期限内继续运往保险单所载原目的地或其他目的地时，保险责任仍按上述第（一）款的规定终止。

四、被保险人的义务

被保险人应按照以下规定的应尽义务办理有关事项，如因未履行规定的义务而影响保险人利益时，本公司对有关损失，有权拒绝赔偿。

（一）当被保险货物运抵保险单所载明的目的港（地）以后，被保险人应及时提货，当发现被保险货物遭受任何损失，应即向保险单上所载明的检验、理赔代理人申请检验，如发现被保险货物整件短少或有明显残损痕迹应即向承运人、受托人或有关当局（海关、港务当局等）索取货损货差证明。如果货损货差是由于承运人、受托人或其他有关方面的责任所造成，并应以书面方式向他们提出索赔，必要时还须取得延长时效的认证。

（二）对遭受承保责任内危险的货物，被保险人和本公司都可迅速采取合理的抢救措施，防止或威少货物的损失，被保险人采取此项措施，不应视为放弃委付的表示，本公司采取此项措施，也不得视为接受委付的表示。

（三）如遇航程变更或发现保险单所载明的货物、船名或航程有遗漏或错误时，被深险人应在获悉后立即通知保险人并在必要时加缴保险费，本保险才继续有效。

（四）在向保险人索赔时，必须提供下列单证：

保险单正本、提单、发票、装箱单、磅码单、货损货差证明、检验报告及索赔清单。如涉及第三者责任，还须提供向责任方追偿的有关函电及其他必要单证或文件。

（五）在获悉有关运输契约中“船舶互携责任”条款的实际责任后，应及时通知保险人。

五、索赔期限

本保险索赔时效，认被保险货物在最后卸裁港全部卸离海轮后起算，最多不超过二年。

附件

ocean marine cargo clauses

（i）scope of cover：

this insurance is classified into the following three conditions- free from particular average （f. p. a. ）， with average （w. a. ） and all risks. where the goods insured hereunder sustain loss or damage ， the company shall undertake to indemnify therefor according to the insured condition specified in the policy and the provisions of these clauses ：

1. free from particular average （f. p. a. ）.this insurance covers ：

1）total or constructive total loss of the whole consignment hereby insured caused in the course of transit by natural calamities： heavy weather， lightning， tsunami， earthquake and flood. in case a constructive total loss is claimed for， the insured shall abandon to the company the damaged goods and all his rights and title pertaining thereto. the goods on each lighter to or from the seagoing vessel shall be deemed a separate risk. constructive total loss refers to the loss where an actual total loss appears to be unavoidable or the cost to be incurred in recovering or reconditioning the goods together with the forwarding cost to the destination named in the policy would exceed their value on arrival.

2）total or partial loss caused by accidents the carrying conveyance being grounded， stranded， sunk or in collision with floating ice or other objects as fire or explosion .

3）partial loss of the insured goods attributable to heavy weather， lightning and/or tsunami， where the conveyance has been grounded， stranded， sunk or burnt. irrespective of whether the event or events took place or after such accidents.

4）partial of total loss consequent on falling of entire package or packages into sea during loading， transshipment or discharge.

5）reasonable cost incurred by the insured on salvaging the goods or averting or minimizing a loss recoverable under the policy， provided that such cost shall not exceed the sum insured of the consignment so saved.

6）losses attributable to discharge of the insured goods at a pert of distress following a sea peril as well as special charges arising from loading， warehousing and forwarding of the goods at an intermediate port of call or refuge.

7）sacrifice in and contribution to general average and salvage charges.

8）such proportion of losses sustained by the shipowners as is to be reimbursed by the cargo owner under the contract of affreightment both to blame collision clause.

2. with average（w. a. ）. aside from the risks covered under f. p. a. condition as above， this insurance also covers partial losses of the insured goods caused by heavy weather ， lightning， tsunami ， earthquake and/or flood.

3. all risks. aside from the risks covered under the f. p. a. and w. a. conditions as above， this insurance also cover all risks of loss of or damage to the insured goods whether partial or total， arising from external causes in the cause of transit.

（ii）exclusions：

this insurance does not cover ： .

1. loss or damage caused by the intentional act or fault of the insured.

2. loss or damage falling under the liability of the consignor.

3. loss or damage arising from the inferior quality or shortage of the insured goods prior to the attachment of this insurance.

4. loss or damage arising from normal loss， inherent vice or nature of the insured goods ， loss of market and/or delay in transit and any expenses arising there from..

5. risks and liabilities covered and excluded by the ocean marine （cargo） war risks clauses and strike ， riot and civil commotion clauses of this company.

（iii）commencement to termination of cover：

1. warehouse to warehouses clause ：

this insurance attaches from the time the goods hereby insured leave the ware-house or place of storage named in the policy for the commencement of the transit and continues in force in the ordinary course of transit including sea ， land and inland waterway transits and transit in lighter until the insured goods are delivered to the consignee s final warehouse or place of storage at the destination named in the policy or to any other place used by the insured for allocation or distribution of the goods or for stories other than in the ordinary course of transit. this insurance shall.， however ， be limited to sixty （60） days after completion of discharge of the insured goods from the seagoing vessel at the final port of discharge before they reach the above mentioned warehouse or place of stories. if prior to the expire of the above mentioned sixty （ 60） days ， the insured goods are to be forwarded to a destination other than that named in the policy ， this insurance shall terminate at the commencement of such transit.

2. if， owing to delay ， deviation ， forced discharge ， reshipment or transshipment beyond the control of the insured or any change or termination of the voyage arising from the exercise of a liberty granted to the shipowners under the contract of affreightment， the insured goods arrive at a port or place other than that named in the policy， subject to immediate notice being given to the company by the insured and an additional premium being paid， if repaired， this insurance shall remain in force and shall terminate as hereunder ：

1）if the insured goods are sold at port or place not named in the policy ， this insurance shall terminate on delivery of the goods sold， but in no event shall this insurance extend beyond sixty （60） days after completion of discharge of the insured goods from the carrying vessel at such port or place.

2）if the insured goods are to be forwarded to the final destination named in the policy or any other destination， this insurance shall terminate in accordance with section 1 above.

（iv）duty of the insured：

it is the duty of the insured to attend to all matters as specified hereunder ， failing which the company reserves the right to reject his claim for any loss if and when such failure prejudice the rights of the company ：

1. the insured shall take delivery of the insured goods in good time upon their arrival at the port of destination named in the policy. in the event of any damage to the goods， the insured shall immediately apply for survey to the survey and/or settling assent stipulated in the policy. if the insured goods are found short in entire package or packages or to show apparent traces of damage ， the insured shall obtain from the carrier， bailed or other relevant authorities （customs and port authorities etc. ） certificate of loss or damage and/or sbortlanded memo. should the carrier， bailed or the other relevant authorities be responsible for such shortage， the insured shall lodge a claim with them in writing and ， if necessary ， obtain their confirmation of an extension of them the time limit of validity of such claim.

2. the insured shall ， and the company also， take reasonable measures immediately in salvaging the goods or preventing or minimizing a loss or damage thereto. the measures so taken by the insured or by the company shall not be considered respectively， as a waiver of abandonment hereunder ， or as an acceptance thereof.

3. in case of a change of voyage or any omission or error in the description of the interest ， the name of the vessel or voyage， this insurance shall remain in force only upon prompt notice to this company when the insured becomes aware of the same and payment of an additional premium if required.

4. the following documents should accompany any claim hereunder made against this company ：

original policy， bill of lading. invoice， packing list， tally sheet， weight memo， certificate of loss or damage and/or shorthand memo， survey report， statement of claim.

if any third party is involved ， documents relative to pursuing of recovery from such party should also be included.

5. immediate notice should be given to the company when the cargo owners actual responsibility under the contract of affreightment n both to blame collision clause becomes known..

（v）the time of validity of a claim ：

the time of validity of a claim under this insurance shall not exceed a period of two years counting from the time of completion of discharge of the insured goods from the seagoing vessel at the final port of discharge.

when a sophomore, i joined the association of ai enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. in 1997, i participated in simulation tool development for the scheduling system in prof. wang’s lab. with the tool of opengl and matlab, i designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. it is now widely used by different research groups in nust. in 1998, i assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for nanjing sewage treatment plant. this was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

in 1999, i joined the distinguished professor yu-geng xis research group aiming at network flow problem solving and heuristic algorithm research. soon i was engaged in the fudan gene database design. my duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format. through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms, i introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- multi-population genetic algorithm. by dividing a whole population into several sub-populations, this improved algorithm can effectively prevent ga from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations. it proved more efficiently than sga in experiments, too. in the second semester, i joined the workshop-scheduling research in shanghai heavy duty tyre plant. the scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. to make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost, i proposed a dynamic layered scheduling method based on hybrid petri nets. the practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale. i also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea. recently, i am doing research in the composite predict of the electrical power system assisted with the technology of data mining for bao steel. i try to combine the decision tree with receding optimization to provide a new solution for the composite predictive problem. this project is now under construction.

一个公司团队管理的最小单位是员工，一个公司团队管理最大的财产也是员工。事在人为，一个部门士气的高低，直接影响了该部门的绩效。因而，员工的士气也是衡量部门绩效的主要指标之一。而公司团队管理的绩效，主要有两个方面：一是工作的积极性与主动性，二是员工的流动率。公司团队管理没有哪个部门不关心员工流动率这一问题的。那么，员工为什么要走?

员工之所以要走，最大的原因只有一个，那就是“不公平感”。所谓的不公平可分为以下几种情况。一是收入方面的不公平。如部门内部比，感觉自己做的事与别人一样，可自己的收入比别人低;与别的部门比，感觉同样的岗位，收入比别人低;与别的公司比，感觉待遇不如别人。二是工作职能上的不公平。如在公司团队管理各方面都差不多的人中挑选一个人培养或任用，其他人便会觉得不公平。三是在业绩评价上的不公平，自我感觉良好，却被评了B级或C级，感觉对方明明不如自己，等级反而在自己之上。凡此等等，不一而足。为什么会出现这样的情况呢?

这是因为每个人都有自己的一套评价体系，即所谓的“人人心中都有一杆称”。每个人都会用自己的尺度去衡量他所受到的待遇是否公平。而每杆称的准星都不一致，可能在主管看来已经很公平合理的方案，到了不同的当事人看来便一无是处。所以，往往是主管很想做包青天，最终却四面楚歌，很是尴尬。这其实也不难解释。

公司团队管理一、主管与下属掌握的信息量不一样。作为主管，接触的范围广，能掌握绝大多数下属的信息，并从中作分析比较。而作为下属，接触面相对较狭隘，仅能作非常有限的比对。

公司团队管理二、主管与下属的出发点不一样。作为主管，要从部门的全局出发，考虑整体的协调。而下属则更多地是从自身的角度考虑问题。

公司团队管理三、比对的基准不固定。在潜意识里，人都有趋利避害的本能，一般都会有意无意地拿自己的强项与别人的弱项去比，从而将自己的优点不断扩大，同时将对方的缺点也不断扩大。

一旦员工感觉到不公平，一般不会马上说出来，而是将这种忿恨压在心里，并在“疑邻偷斧”的心理作用下不断累积和扩大，最终只有两个后果：一是消极怠工，二是卷铺盖走人。可见，“不公平感”的累积和蔓延对部门的破坏性非常之大。那么，如何解决这一问题呢?

首先、要让大家都用同一杆称去衡量，即将标准统一化，公开化，透明化，并设法让全体员工掌握和认同。只有采用同样的标准去衡量，才能从源头上保证公平。而要使标准统一化，则要广泛地征求成员的意见，并使用科学统计的方法成形。

其次、标准一旦确立，就必须不折不扣地执行。

再次、一旦出现员工自感不公平的迹象，要及时采取措施消除影响。坏情绪具有极强的感染性，一旦有员工感到不公平，为了寻求心理上的平衡，便会四处找人倾诉，负面的情绪便会蔓延开来。这时候，管理者要通过与当事人的沟通，动之以情，晓之以理，作深入的分析使，之接受自己的意见。同时，采用会议或发文等形式作适当的解释。

此外、加强对员工价值观的培育。作为主管，要给下属客观地分析当前的现状并作思维上的引导。一个主管若能使下面员工的想法与自己的想法一致，那也就不存在所谓的不公平了。

how to deal with ellipsis in english-chinese translation

i. purpose and significance

with the development of globalization, the world’s political, economic and cultural communications are becoming increasingly frequent. therefore, the role of translation cannot be ignored. however, the differences between english and chinese cultures that are reflected in the two languages pose considerable difficulty.

it is acknowledged that when doing translation one can not translate word for word, or sentence by sentence. therefore, we must use some translation strategies such as amplification, ellipsis, conversion and so on. ellipsis as one of the basic translation methods plays an essential role in english-chinese rendition. translators apply it in order to make their versions more coherent and understandable.

according to the oxford advanced learner’s english-chinese dictionary, ellipsis means leaving out a word or words from a sentence deliberately, when the meaning can be understood without them. ellipsis in translation does not mean cutting some content from the original articles. what could be omitted are words that are useless in translated works or else they will make the versions redundant or disobey the manner of expression in another language.

some words and phrases are useless in chinese but necessary in english. articles in english are the most significant phenomenon from this aspect. they are very important in english, but we can hardly see any reflection of this part in chinese. ellipsis is designed on the basis of faithfulness to the original text, making it more fluent, smooth, concise, thus conforming to idiomatic chinese. the paper will explore ellipsis in english-chinese translation from five aspects, which are ellipses of pronouns, conjunctions, articles, prepositions, modifications, so as to achieve smoother and clearer communications among china and english-speaking countries.

ii. literature review

long before, some people began to learn other countries’ languages to understand others cultures. in china, xuanzang was the first translator who not only translated the sanskrit sutras into chinese, but introduced the first chinese writings to foreign countries, making foreigners understand china’s ancient culture. meanwhile, he was the first to translate lao tses works into sanskrit. indian scholars had a high opinion of xuanzang, "in china, there is no such great translator, and also in the human cultural history, we can only say that xuanzang is the first great translator."(ye lang, ) we can say that it was xuanzang who motivated people to know the different parts of the world, their cultures and the peoples who live there. then, some big countries such as america, china, and so on became a melting pot.(gu zhengkun, ) people have imperceptibly spent thousands of years in knowing each other.

with china’s entry into wto and its open-up policy, cross-cultural exchanges are increasingly frequent between this country and others. a lot of foreign tourists come to visit china. while traveling, these foreigners are not satisfied with the translations of the scenic spots. sometimes, they even feel confused. a lot of problems exist in the translation, such as misuse of words, poor expression of meaning and so on. all of these poor translations do harm to our country’s international image, and cause a lot of inconveniences for the foreign visitors. (ma zuyi, ). i am fond of tourism and being a free tourist like the others who are good at enjoying their wonderful lives. the love of tourism makes me feel the need to improve the translation. but every time when i have a trip, many unsuitable translations of the names of those scenic spots will embarrass me. tourism is part of intercultural communication, so proper translation of the scenic spots become more and more important to our country.

communication plays a significant role in the globalized society. in order to know each other better, people from all over the world have tried a verity of ways. of course, translation is one of them. all translators have done their best to make the translated works more consistent with the needs of people.(gu jinming, 1997) from my perspective, they really have done a great job. and i want to retrospect the cause of their development. after a thorough evaluation, i choose a branch of translation—ellipsis in translation from english to chinese, then i did the following jobs.

i put all my researches and other stuffs together, and then i found that it is a common case in english and chinese which draws much academic interest. in 1976, halliday and hsan classified ellipsis into nominal, verbal and clausal ellipsis. this classification exerts great influence in academic circle. thereafter, ellipsis in chinese and english has been studied according to this theory, which is based on different layers of structure. this kind of study underlines differentiations and similarities of ellipsis in chinese and english.

another famous theory to explain ellipsis is economy principle. economy principle was put forward by chomsky (1991,1993, and 1995) in his generate crammer. it maintains that language and linguistic study follow economy principle, which means using the least effort to express the most information. this principle just coincides with ellipsis in function.

in this thesis, i think that brevity is the most obvious and common function of ellipsis, especially in daily language. and in both english and chinese, people advocate brevity. shakespeare once remarked, “brevity is the soul of wit”, and in chinese there are numerous idioms like “yan jian yi gai” (meaning compendious). however, apart from the function of brevity, ellipsis embodies other functions which are also pretty common in the two languages but less noticed.(hua xianfa,)these functions distribute in both english and chinese unevenly and represent great colorfulness of language. exploring other functions of ellipsis and searching for functional recreation in translation will be of much benefit to both english to chinese and chinese to english translation.

i found that when chinese authors try to analyse ellipsis in english to chinese translation, they always initially put articles in the list. they consider that it is a common phenomenon that chinese always leave out personal articles. while it is obviously different in english that almost every sentence has a subject, we can see articles fluently. that is because when we translate from english to chinese, personal articles can be omitted, even though sometimes it may appear once, it can also be omitted if necessary. furthermore, if the objects can be seen obviously, personal articles should also be omitted. however, it never happens in english. from this point, it is not only allowable but also necessary when we translate personal articles which are objects in sentences into chinese.

in my point of view, the development of society has in some way has deliberately promoted the way of people’s thinking, translation system has become more and more perfect, people from all over the world have enjoyed the convenience. however, we can not neglect that there are still some problems in this field in china, and we have less influential chinese translators in the world. therefore, we still have a long way to go in translation.

iii. feasibility analysis

this academic paper is a feasible project and the reasons are as follows:

1.i have great interests in the way of english-chinese translation.

2.i have already studied translation methods and have been familiar with the functions and applications of ellipsis .

3.i have collected enough references both chinese and western on ellipsis in

translation and do a scrupulous study of the relationship between them.

4.i have a carefully planned schedule and have worked out a detailed outline of this thesis.

5.i have acquainted myself with the correct format, a clear and complete structure required by the academic paper, and my adequate english competence will enable me to write in fluent and precise english.

6.my instructor is a qualified translator who is familiar with the subject i havechosen.

iv. problems of the research and solutions

1. problems

despite the references i have collected and read, a thorough study of ellipsis in english-chinese translation from the point of freely using still needs far more. what’s more, owing to the limited ways of getting references in xinjiang, i will have to make full use of my present resources. also, this is the first time i have ever written such a serious academic paper. i am therefore a learner and lack the needed training and experience.

2. solutions

(1) i shall make full use of my already acquired references which come from books, magazines and the internet as well.

(2) i shall value my own original thoughts and mainly rely on detailed analysis that i have read from the books which have closely idea with my purpose.

(3) when i have difficulties in the writing process, i shall consult my instructor and seek for help.

为进一步加强未成年人思想道德建设及进一步贯彻落实中央、省、市、县文明办、县教育局《关于组织开展“向国旗敬礼”网上签名寄语活动的通知》的文件精神，根据学校德育实际，我校于9月22日至10月11日组织开展了“向国旗敬礼”网上签名寄语活动，引导全校学生积极参与爱国主义教育活动，增强爱国意识，激发爱国情感，学习理解为实现“中国梦”的光荣使命而努力学习。学校十分重视此项活动，积极部署，踊跃进行网上签名寄语，现将活动情况总结如下：

一、精心组织，周密安排

为将活动推向深入，学校把开展网上签名寄语活动纳入学校爱国主义教育活动和“迎国庆讲文明树新风”活动的总体计划，统一安排，加强落实。充分发挥团队组织优势，开展丰富多彩的团队活动，增强学生参与活动的积极性和主动性。同时，学校也将开展爱国主义教育和签名寄语活动作为家长学校的重要内容，动员广大家长和孩子共同学习、共同参与、共同提高。

二、营造氛围，开展活动

在学校团委的安排下，各班级通过周一升旗仪式、主题班队会向学生做好宣传发动工作，班主任老师利用班队会，说明此项活动的目的意义，并让学生说出自己的心声、宣读寄语，然后通过网上家长学校发布相关信息，让学生在家长的陪伴下在家中进行网上签名寄语。学校还利用信息技术课时间分年级分班级组织学生登录中央文明网进行网上签名寄语，在课堂上伴着雄壮的国旗声面向国旗敬礼并签名，留言寄语，抒发感言，表达心声。

三、围绕活动主题，开展系列活动

我校整合现有德育资源，精心设计活动项目，组织开展多种形式的道德实践活动。

1、讲文明树新风

引导学生尊敬师长，见面行礼、主动问好，推行校园“文明用语和谐相处”，做到知礼仪、重礼节;倡导同学之间结对互助，通过互帮互助，互学互爱，养成关爱他人、乐于助人的品德;组织学生积极参加学校的各项活动，认真完成老师布置的任务，爱护公物，关心集体，强化集体观念，增强合作意识。

2、以班级为单位开展主题班会活动

各班班主任在活动开始前利用班会课时间认真组织学生学习了活动方案，说明活动的意义，提出具体要求，并组织学生撰写寄语。

3、学校抓住活动有利时机，在此基础上又开展了“中国梦?我的梦”系列活动

(1)组织全体师生举行庄严的升国旗仪式，共同面向国旗庄严宣誓：“我热爱我的祖国，我祝福我的祖国，我报效我的祖国，愿伟大祖国繁荣昌盛”。

(2)为了深入开展“阳光体育活动”，增强学生体质，培养学生具有团结向上、勇于拼搏的精神和集体主义感，举行了“强我体魄，保卫祖国”学生系列活动比赛;

(3)召开“红领巾心向党”感受你的爱主题团队会，各班级通过会议通收看直播;组织全校学生开展“爱我中华”手抄报比赛活动和“书韵飘香”学生读书汇报活动;针对九年级举行“理想点亮人生”学生演讲比赛。

总之，通过这次活动，我校学生对如何做一个有道德的人、如何做一个文明学生、如何做一个对社会有益的人，有了更深刻的认识。今后，我们将继续以这次活动为契机，扎实开展各项工作，贴近学生思想实际、贴近学生生活现实，采取多种形式，广泛吸引学生参与，把“做一个有道德的人”成为学生的自觉行动，为构建和谐校园作出新贡献。
