导游词的作用在于向国外受众介绍旅游景点的情况，它与其它文本的不同之处在于带有浓重的文化内涵和感情色彩，而且强调对受众的传播效果。因此，导游词翻译不应该只是进行语言间的转换，更应该是文化传播的媒介，应进行文化层面的论释。目前国内英语版的导游词翻译还存在不少问题，比如用词不当、语言累赘、文化误译、漏译、译文不规范等亟待修正。由此可见，国内关于导游词的汉译英还需要进一步的探讨。

旅游资料翻译也是一种传播，其特性自然而然地使其归入传播学的框架。传播学作为一门新兴发展起来的学科，对于旅游资料翻译的意义在于，它为译者提供了更广阔视角，帮助译者将翻译看作是一项跨文化传播活动，旅游资料的传播特性得到重视，其中有可能影响到译本的众多因素都应考虑进去，避免了仅仅只是进行语言层面上的研究。本文正是通过应用传播学领域的主要理论一信息论，对旅游资料的翻译问题进行探讨和研究的，通过分析旅游资料汉译英中所存在的问题, 借助信息论展开针对性的探讨，提出解决问题的翻译方法。

意义：把跨学科的理论成果应用于翻译研究，是当今翻译研究中的一个新的思路，它使翻译研究走出了囿于语言学领域的传统范式。目前对于旅游资料翻译的研究力度也不够，大都缺乏理论指导。本文正是通过应用通讯领域的主要理论一信息论，对旅游资料的翻译问题进行探讨和研究的，试图为信息型这类实用型文本的翻译提供一个新的研究视角及评估标准。

由于每个社会群体都有自己的共有知识，每一种语言都有其文化特点和表达习惯，因此译者在翻译过程中要采取各种措施，才能把原文的信息适当地传递给目的语读者。目前在旅游翻译中还存在用词不当、语言累赘、文化误译、漏译、译文不规范的问题，本文作者收集了一些旅游资料中的典型例子，运用信息论中的主要理论，对其中、英文本进行了具体的对比、分析，从信息传递的角度对旅游资料翻译时采取的一些处理手法作了详细的阐述。旨在提高我国旅游宣传资料的翻译质量，促进我国旅游业的发展

选题的研究现状

自1948年shannon提出了信息论以来，信息论被应用到各个研究领域。著名翻译家奈达看到信息论与翻译之间的契合，认为翻译就是信息传递的过程，由此将信息论引入到翻译领域。在信息论的基础上，代写论文奈达创立了翻译的等效理论，即译文在译语读者心中能产生与原文读者大致相同的反应。从信息论的角度来说，由于语言特质（linguistic idiosyncrasy）和文化差异等因素，原语信息会超出目标语读者的解码能力，给译语读者造成认知负担。为了达到译文的动态等值，则需要增加冗余度。按照奈达的逻辑，冗余度与等效原则成正比关系，冗余度越高，等效原则实现得越充分。

随后，国内译介对信息论作了详细地介绍，证明了其对翻译的有效性。廖七一（1996，1997）指出两种语言转换中往往会出现原语信息与原语信道失衡的情况，冗余度的增加则有利于读者接受；王斌、王晋瑞（）提出翻译的任务是调整变换原语的冗余成分，保证语言交际的顺利进行。

第一条  聘用期限

本合同有效期限自合同签订之日起至甲方交付乙方的全部工作完成后为有效期。因不可抗力原因延期拍摄时，甲乙双方协商本合约可顺延。

第二条  乙方的工作

1.除日文之外其它各外文语种的全部翻译工作（外文配音台词本的制作、外文翻译中文并校对、配合后期配音工作的要求、配合甲方后期及审查工作中外文修改后的修改工作等）。乙方应在合同约定范围内无条件配合甲方的工作。

2.该合同甲方交付乙方的全部外文翻译工作，校对后交付给甲方的最后截止日期为：年 月 日。

3.在对外文翻译成中文过程中，对校对后的文本应第一时间陆续提交甲方，甲方根据翻译的中文上字幕。

4.为保证甲方整体工作的顺利进行，乙方应在合同有效期内完成甲方交付的所有内容。

5.乙方工作应有效衔接后期外文配音的相关工作。

第三条  乙方报酬

经甲、乙双方友好协商，甲方同意支付乙方除日文外其它各外文语种的全部翻译费用为人民币： 元整（￥ 元），该费用为乙方的全部费用(该费用工作范围指合同中第二条第一项包括的内容)，甲方不再增加本合同协议以外的任何费用及报酬。

酬金支付方式：甲方支付的款项汇给乙方指定账号（或现金支付）。乙方指定账号附后 （手续费乙方自理）。如遇节假日，付款时间顺延。全部翻译工作完成并由甲方验收通过后，支付乙方最后一笔酬金，并且乙方应将本合同交还甲方，如乙方不能退还此合同，甲方不予支付乙方最后一笔酬金。

酬金付款方式：

1.合同签订后，甲方向乙方支付合同约定金额的25%，计人民币：______元整（￥元）

第四条  有关版权

该剧属甲方出品，乙方只是协助甲方完成该剧集的翻译工作。甲方为该剧版权的唯一合法拥有人，甲方永久性拥有该剧及衍生品的所有形式的全部版权及衍生制品的所有权和财产权（包括但不限于在中国大陆及全球范围内的电影、电视录像带、录音带、VCD、DVD及诉诸各种传媒的全部永久版权及一切与该剧有关的广告权、角色名称、人物造型、肖像、对白、动作、剧照、音乐、歌曲、文字材料及各种文字翻译方面的所有权），甲方有权决定处理有关该剧所产生的一切权益及发行、宣传等事宜。

第五条  甲方的权利和义务

1.在合同有效期间，甲方为完成后期工作，并指定制片人（总制片主任）；总制片主任代表甲方实施后期管理等项工作，乙方愿在聘用期间接受甲方及总制片主任管理。

2.甲方享有判定乙方是否适合本剧之工作以及乙方是否最终完成受聘工作的决定权。

3.甲方应按期向乙方支付报酬，双方不得将乙方酬金内容透露给第三方。

第六条  乙方的权利和义务

1.在本合同期内，乙方保证除本合同外，保证没有第三方对乙方接受甲方聘用存在异议或对甲方有经济要求。

2.乙方应按摄制组的要求，尽职尽责地完成后期翻译工作。

3.乙方充分理解影视剧制作的特点，在甲方规定的时限范围内完成翻译工作。

第七条  保密义务

未经甲方书面同意，乙方不得向任何第三方披露与该剧相关的一切信息及在本合同签署和履行过程中知悉的甲方的商业秘密。否则，乙方应当承担违约责任，并赔偿因此给甲方造成的损失。

第八条  违约责任及合同的解除

1.本合同签署后，双方均应全面履行合同规定的义务。任何一方违反本合同约定或未经另一方同意，擅自变更、中止本合同的履行，一经发生均视为违约。违约方须赔偿履约方的一切损失。

2.乙方违反本合同的约定或未按规定日期交付，甲方可要求其立即加以改正，并有权解除本合同。乙方应向甲方支付酬金总额的50%作为违约金，并赔偿由此给甲方造成的损失。

第九条  其它

1.甲、乙双方未经对方书面同意，不得将本合同的权利与义务转让他人。

2.未尽事宜，由甲、乙双方另行协商并签订补充协议。

3.若乙方委托代理人，应向甲方提供载有乙方签字的授权委托书，该授权委托书应作为本合同的附件与本合同同时签署。

4.本合同一式贰份，甲、乙双方各执壹份，自甲、乙双方签字盖章之日起生效，具有同等法律效力。如有附件，附件与合同具体同等法律效力。
