一、实习目的

这是大学生涯中第二次到公司里实习。在每次实习之前，都会清楚自己此行的目的和计划。众所周知，在进入大学校门之后，就业问题就总是围绕在我们的身边。就业问题包含着很多的方面，比如，现今社会招聘会上写着的“有经验者优先”。面对这样的竞争压力，我想只有让自己提前到企业里经历一下，才能更好地完善自己的知识理论体系，学习到一点真本事，从而提高自身在应届毕业生中的竞争力。同时，为了拓展自身的知识面，扩大与社会的接触面，增加个人在社会竞争中的经验，锻炼和提高自己的能力，以便在以后毕业后能真正真正走入社会，并且能够在生活和工作中很好地处理各方面的问题。

今年，我实习所在的公司是与我大学的主专业息息相关的，在这里实习期间，要学会从实践中学习，从学习中实践。

五、实习内容在公司实习期间，我的主要工作是整理词条，同时也做过排版。

整理词条就是将翻译老师做好的翻译文本与原文一一对应起来，然后做成表格，做好之后就将其导入公司的翻译库中，为翻译老师以后的工作提供便利，提高工作效率。这是一件细小而又马虎不得的工作，在整理的过程中，必须认真仔细，同时还要记得检查。因为就算你再仔细也不可能完全保证不会出错。

再说一下我的另一项工作排版。其实在我刚接触这项任务时我就清楚它的意义在哪里。所以我知道应该怎么去做最好。在经过同事的一番指导之后我开始自己完成这项工作，这对我来说是一个非常大的挑战，因为你需要将新的文件与以前的文件一句一句的对应，少的要添上，多的要减去。包括图片、格式、版面、页码，都需要整理的一点不差。在刚开始的时候我做得很慢，因为有很多不清楚的技巧方法，但是，在渐渐地整理当中，我越来越熟练，也掌握了很多的工作技巧。最后结束时，我又从头到尾检查了一遍，将文件做到最完美，当看到自己的劳动成果，感觉自己又学到了很多。细节决定成败，也许你所做的工作并不是很复杂很难做的事情，但是却能显现一个人的工作素质和责任心，也能体现一个人的综合素质，如果连一点小事都做不好，如何有资本去干大事。

六、实习心得

转眼之间，为期一个月的实习已经结束了，虽然工作的时间很短暂，但对于我来说，在天和的每一天都是非常有意义的，在这里我学到了很多在学校里学不到的东西，也认识到了自己还有很多的不足，受益匪浅。感觉这一个月让自己成长了许多。

这个实习过程暴漏了单词量不够 ，这点对我来说影响很大， 比如经常会遇到一些单词 ，感觉见过但有不知道具体是什么意思只有浪费了很多时间。通过这次实践在以 后顶顶会注意多积累增加单词记忆量。 2. 对句子的分析能力不足,包括具子成分以及语法的欠缺导致了在翻译中的困难并且犯错。英语句子成分只是英语语法中的一小部分,而且平时的考试也不会考, 以前并没有注意到这一点。3. 我在速度方面的不足。在这儿我主要谈的是打印时的翻译速度因为看电子版本，首先是费眼睛时间长了眼睛会很花，所以会感到比较的疲劳总是不能坚持下去。其次，是我本身对电脑键盘的熟练程度还不够经常会打错字。不过在以后的学习 和工作中我会不断提高自己在这方面的能力把自己的翻译速度尽最大努力提上来。

这次的翻译实习对我来说是次绝佳的挑战。经过这次的学习后我发现自己的心静了很多，所以，什么都是一步一步来的，习惯和心态也是慢慢培养训练出来的。认真和努力了这就已经足够了。在以后的学习和工作中，我要有一个良好的心态，不刻意追求事情的完美 一直加油努力就好。 不管最后的结果怎样 我都会坦然去面对。 最后对魏老师和张老师对我的帮助以及指导我要深表感谢。总之一句话这次翻译让我收益匪浅，一定会对以后的道路会有所帮助。

在正式开始进行翻译实习前，公司细心地给我们安排了一堂翻译实习的培训课程以让我们尽快熟悉公司环境以及具体的工作流程：首先给我们分析了翻译行业的现状和前景，介绍了译员的职业生涯规划，详细解答了同学们对翻译行业的疑惑，鼓励有志从事翻译工作的同学积极投身翻译这个发展前景广阔的行业中来;其次，给我们专门介绍现在从事翻译活动所需要使用到得翻译辅助工具和软件，使翻译更科学化并且提高翻译的准确度。

当翻译项目开始后，每个同学会轮番扮演不同的角色。当翻译遇到困难的时候，会有翻译负责的老师对同学们的悉心指导。在接受在操作技能上有更高要求的编辑排版以及质检的时候，公司会选派这些领域顶尖的老师给同学们电脑远程答疑解惑，让同学们能更快地掌握翻译的要领。
